褐稻虱在武育粳2号上不同生育期危害对水稻产量结构的影响

通过试验测定在武育粳2号上水稻拔节期正处于幼穗形成阶段,受褐稻虱危害实粒数减少,产量下降;孕穗期较耐褐稻虱危害,有明显的补偿作用;孕穗末期至灌浆初期为水稻受害最敏感的时期,危害后使结实率和千粒重均明显下降,水稻显著减产;灌浆后期至乳熟期受褐稻虱危害主要导致干粒重降低,且越接近成熟产量损失越低。     

Differential modulation of carbachol and trans-ACPD-stimulated phosphoinositide turnover following traumatic brain injury

In the fluid percussion model of traumatic brain injury (TBI), we examined muscarinic and metabotropic glutamate receptor-stimulated polyphosphoinositide (PPI) turnover in rat hippocampus. Moderate injury was obtained by displacement and deformation of the brain within the closed cranial cavity using a fluid percussion device. Carbachol and (±)-1-Aminocyclopentane-trans-1,3.-dicarboxylic acid (trans-ACPD)-stimulated PPI hydrolysis was assayed in hippocampus from injured and sham-injured controls at both 1 hour and 15 days following injury. At 1 hour after TBI, the response to carbachol was enhanced in injured rats by up to 200% but the response to trans-ACPD was diminished by as much as 28%. By contrast, at 15 days after TBI, the response to carbachol was enhanced by 25% and the response to trans-ACPD was enhanced by 73%. The ionotropic glutamate agonists N-methyl-D-aspartate (NMDA), and -amino-3 hydroxy-5-methyl-4-isoxazolepropionate (AMPA), did not increase PPI hydrolysis in either sham or injured rats and injury did not alter basal hydrolysis. Strong adjuvant action of Klebsiella O3 lipopolysaccharide and its inhibition of systemic anaphylaxis

Abstract Immunization with lipopolysaccharide from Klebsiella O3 as an immunological adjuvant did not cause the death of mice in systemic anaphylaxis to bovine serum albumin. On the other hand, most mice immunized with lipopolysaccharide from Escherichia coli O111, Klebsiella O4 and Salmonella minnesota did die. Klebsiella O3 lipopolysaccharide enhanced IgM and IgG antibody response to BSA more markedly than Escherichia coli O111 lipopolysaccharide, while it affected the production of IgE antibody only slightly. Therefore, it is suggested that the inhibition of systemic anaphylaxis by Klebsiella O3 lipopolysaccharide adjuvant might be related to its strong adjuvant action on IgM and IgG class antibody production, and that high levels of circulating IgM and IgG antibodies might act as blocking antibodies in the development of IgE-mediated systemic anaphylaxis.     

银杏速生早实示范栽培试验

本研究是在我区银杏主产区兴安进行的８０多亩,３０００多株的示范栽培试验。其综合技术措施是选用良种嫁接苗、适当密植、配置雄株、整形修剪、合理施肥、防治病虫害及促花早实等。种后５—６年取得速生、早实、高产的良好效果。

大豆根尖维管组织分化和静止中心

用~3H-胸腺嘧啶核苷标记的自显影方法测定了大豆根尖的静止中心。结果表明在萌发后24小时产生,其高度为最大值,随着天数增加静止中心的高度逐渐减小。静止中心的高度与根的直径显著相关(r=0.94,p=0.01)。用显微光度计测定了静止中心细胞核的DNA 含量,大部分细胞在2c 水平,处在 G_1期。大豆根尖的静止中心与维管组织分化水平不相关,静止中心不直接控制维管组织的分化。     

Neurotensin interacts with dopaminergic neurons in rat brain

Neurotensin (NT) injected intracerebroventricularly in rat increases dopamine (DA) turnover in the corpus striatum and nucleus accumbens. Significant increases in 3,4-dihydroxyphenylacetic acid (DOPAC) levels occurred within 15 minutes after injection with peak levels at 60 minutes. The effect on NT on DOPAC and homovanillic acid (HVA) accumulation was dose-dependent at 3–100 μg. NT, like haloperidol, stimulated 3,4-dihydroxyphenylalanine (DOPA) accumulation in striatal neurons, in the presence of DOPA decarboxylase inhibitor, after injection of gamma-butyrolactone (GBL). NT had a similar stimulatory effect on DOPA levels in the accumbens while haloperidol (0.25 mg·kg^?1) had no significant effect in this brain region. NT did not block the inhibitory effect of apomorphine on DOPA accumulation in both the striatum and accumbens, while haloperidol inhibited apomorphine effect in both regions. NT also failed to displace ³H-spiperone from DA receptors and the presence of NT in the binding assay did not alter the ability of DA to displace ³H-spiperone in either brain region. These experiments demonstrate that NT increases DA turnover in both the nigrostriatal and mesolimbic pathways.     

浙北平原水杉人工林生物量的研究

 本文对浙江省北部平原水杉人工林的生物量和生产力进行了测定和研究。按平均标准木法分别调查了干、枝、叶、根的生物量。据调查材料,用相对生长规律建立了估测单株林木各器官干重的回归方程,方程的相关系数和估测精度符合要求,具实用价值。研究结果表明：水杉人工林生物量随年龄的增长而增加,林带18年生后增加速度变缓,片林生物量普遍大于林带生物量,生物量组成比例因年龄而异。随着年龄的增加,年平均净生产量、叶面积指数、光能利用率均逐步加大,至18年生时,上述指标分别为17.51t／ha·a、9.1和0.77%。叶净光合生产率以速生阶段为最大,衰退阶段为最低,当叶净光合生产率急剧下降时,可实施主伐更新。
