人工饲养的蒙新河猪其动情周期可划分为４个阶段：动情前期、动情期（发情交配期）、动情后期和停滞期（动情间隔期）。动情期间雌雄河狸均表现出活跃好动,浮躁不安,食量减小;发情交配期雌雄河狸均发出低沉嘶哑的叫声,雄性叫声频率比性略高,爬跨交配是动情期发情的高峰,动情周期各阶段的行为特征,在雌性与阴道涂片细胞学及外生殖器形态、色泽、阴道分泌物周期性变化特征相吻合,在雄性则与睾丸及阴茎形态特征吻合,在人工饲养

Somatic hybridization between Citrus reticulata and Citropsis gabunensis through electrofusion

Protoplasts from embryogenic calli of Citrus reticulata Blanco cv. Ponkan and Citropsis gabunensis (Engl.) Swing. & M. Kell (Cabon Cherry Orange), were isolated and fused using electric current. Maximum fusion frequency was obtained with AC at 75 kV/cm (1.0 MHz) for 15 s, followed by DC square-wave pulses at 1.25 kV/cm for 40 s. Fusion-treated protoplasts were cultured on MT medium containing no growth regulators, solidified with 0.6% Bacto Difco agar. Protoplast-derived calli were proliferated on MT medium containing 1 mg/l zeatin and 0.9% agar. A total of 31 lines of somatic hybrid calli were obtained by screening on the basis of chromosome count and isozyme analysis. The somatic hybrids were tetraploid (2n=36). Plants were regenerated from the calli via somatic embryogenesis. 人重组IL6／IL2融合蛋白的变性、复性及纯化

经超声破碎,分离已表达CH925包涵体,较系统地研究变性剂浓度、融合蛋白浓度对蛋白折叠的影响.在还原型及氧化型谷胱甘肽复性条件下,成功地将融合蛋白CH925折叠成具有IL6及IL2双活性蛋白,IL6的比活为2.3×10⁸U/mg, IL2比活为2.2×10⁶U/mg.经阴离子交换、凝胶过滤层析,获得一定纯度的CH925,配合反相HPLC.洗脱收集蛋白峰,CH925纯度为98%.     

穗花杉染色体的研究

穗花杉为国家三级重点保护的珍稀濒危植物,雌雄异株。根尖细胞染色体分析表明：雌株和雄株的染色体数目为２ｎ＝４０,其中第１对和第２对为中部着丝粒染色体,第３－２０对为端部着丝粒染色体。核型为２ｎ＝４０＝４ｍ＋３６Ｔ。雌雄株除第２对的长度稍有差异外,其余各对的相对长度和臂比都较近似,可能尚无性染色体分化。Ｇｉｅｍｓａ Ｃ带显示,间期核有３个较大的染色中心,最长的３条染色体的中央缢痕有深染色带纹,可能是着     

RGDS肽对大鼠主动脉球囊内膜剥脱后血管壁增殖的影响

在大鼠主动脉球囊内膜剥脱术后血管壁细胞过度增殖模型上,用合成的血小板膜纤维蛋白原受体（ｇｌｙｃｏｐｒｏｔｅｉｎⅡｂ／Ⅲａｃｏｍｐｌｅｘ,ＧＰⅡｂ／Ⅲａ）拮抗剂ＲＧＤＳ（Ａｒｇ－Ｇｌｙ－Ａｓｐ－Ｓｅｒ,５０μｍｏｌ·ｋｇ－１·ｄ－１）治疗可有效地抑制损伤血管壁的细胞计数增加和内膜增厚以及血管平滑肌细胞增殖,显著降低其血管组织３Ｈ－ＴｄＲ和３Ｈ－Ｌｅｕ的参入增加程度。实验结果提示ＲＧＤＳ肽作为血管成型术的辅佐剂,对于防治血管再狭窄可能具有潜在的临床应用前景。     

麻疹疫苗生产连续培养多次收获工艺研究

本研究对连续培养多次收获工艺用于麻疹疫苗生产的可行性、疫苗维持液保护剂、冻干保护剂及冻干过程等进行了大量反复试验,结果表明在现行条件下,本生产工艺具有重复性好、成本低、投入产出率高、易于质量控制等优势。对本工艺生产疫苗进行全面检定,表明成品滴度和稳定性试验指标等均高于９０版《生物制品规程》要求,并在试验基础上制定出了生产工艺流程。     

钙／钙调素依赖性蛋白激酶对17．7kD和6kD胰腺蛋白的磷酸化

本文报导了胰腺提取物中两种可被钙／钙调素依赖性蛋白激酶磷酸化的热稳定蛋白。ＳＤＳ－ＰＡＧＥ测定其表观分子量分别为１７．７ｋＤ和６ｋＤ。经钙／钙调素依赖性蛋白激酶磷酸化后,其最大磷酸参入量为８．８μｍｏｌ／ｇ蛋白。同时磷酸化作用导致１７．７ｋＤ蛋白在ＳＤＳ－ＰＡＧＥ中迁移率发生变化。本文还进一步分析了各种阳离子对磷酸化的影响,并对此两种蛋白可能具有的生理功能进行了初步探讨。     

Substrate induction and metabolite accumulation during anaerobic toluene utilization by the denitrifying strain T1.

The denitrifying strain T1 utilizes toluene anaerobically. We now report that anaerobic toluene degradation is inducible in strain T1. Fluoracetate treatment of cell suspensions inhibited both the rate of toluene metabolism and the formation of the toluene dead-end products benzylsuccinate and benzylfumarate, which is consistent with the pathway proposed by Evans et al. (Appl. Environ. Microbiol. 58:496-501, 1992). In addition, when either nitrate was limiting or fluoroacetate was added, benzoate was detected during toluene metabolism.
