关于茭白黑粉菌的正名问题

茭白黑粉菌在文献中出现Yenia esculenta(P.Henn.)Liou及Ustilago esculenta P.Henn.两个名字。现经形态发生学的研究以明确新名字是否有效。此菌冬孢子没有休眠期,孢子成熟后在适宜的环境中即可萌发。萌发的最适pH值为6;最适温度为25％;不需要外界光的诱导,在黑暗条件下也能正常萌发;培养基中的营养成份对孢子萌发的速率有一定影响。冬孢子在不同的环境条件下,其萌发形态及方式都是稳定的:孢子萌发时产生有隔的担子或先菌丝(promycelium)。该先菌丝起初可以是无隔的,但生长到一定程度,便产生分隔,分隔多为2—4个。初生的先菌丝和小孢子是单核的,但成熟的先菌丝、小孢子及短菌丝细胞内均是双核的。可以认为,该菌的双核期在整个生活史中占有相当长的时间,它只有短暂的单核期。没有发现先菌丝、小孢子彼此之间或相互间融合的现象;未见到双核的融合及减数分裂过程。茭白黑粉菌在人工组合培养基上生成厚壁的孢子,较自然界中的冬孢子为大,但萌发方式则相同。最后作者等认为茭白黑粉菌仍应保留在Ustilago属中,而Yenia esculenta(P.Henn.)Liou的名字是无效的。     

倭竹属地理分布的研究

倭竹属Shibataea Makino隶于禾本科之竹亚科,现已知有8种,分布于我国东南部的浙江、福建、江苏、安徽、江西等省,广东、台湾两省有少量栽培,日本产1种。苏联、西德、印尼等国所栽培的倭竹均系自我国或日本引入。我国浙-闽地区产8种,且都有野生发现,是本属的现代分布中心。倭竹属植物体型矮小,常植于庭院或公园中供观赏。近年来盆景艺术迅速发展,微型园林日益兴起,倭竹属植物体态优美,常绿,耐寒且易于栽培,为广大园林工作者所垂青。     

吗啡耐受大鼠心房心钠素的释放及其基因转录

本工作应用心钠素放射免疫测定和分子杂交技术首次发现,吗啡耐受大鼠血浆心钠素水平显著降低,心房内心钠素含量明显升高,同时心房内心钠素特异性mRNA水平也相应提高,提示在吗啡耐受时大鼠心房内心钠素的合成和贮存增加,释放减少。     

Production of a foreign protein product with genetically modified plant cells.

Plant cells (Nicotiana tabacum) were genetically engineered to produce a foreign protein, chloramphenicol acetyltransferase (CAT), and the CAT production from suspension cultures was investigated. Suspension cultures were grown in a shake flask, a stirred fermenter, and a bubble-column fermenter. The CAT production was growth related and the maximum activity was reached during the early stationary phase. A 41-day, semicontinuous stirred fermenter run, consisting of five sequential batch runs, demonstrated long-term CAT production. Continuous CAT production was also accomplished in a bubble-column fermenter at a medium flow rate of 3.1 ml h-1, which was equivalent to a dilution rate of 0.25 day-1.     

Nucleotide sequence of the sex pheromone inhibitor (iAD1) determinant of Enterococcus faecalis conjugative plasmid pAD1

The determinant for the peptide sex pheromone inhibitor iAD1 (iad) on the hemolysin/bacteriocin plasmid pAD1 of Enterococcus faecalis was sequenced. The sequence reveals a 22-amino-acid precursor with the carboxyl-terminal 8 residues corresponding to iAD1. It appears that iAD1 is a component of its own signal sequence.     

Agrobacterium-mediated transformation of apple (Malus x domestica Borkh.): an assessment of factors affecting regeneration of transgenic plants

We have previously developed a protocol for efficient gene transfer and regeneration of transgenic calli following cocultivation of apple (cv. Jonagold) explants with Agrobacterium tumefaciens (De Bondt et al. 1994, Plant Cell Reports 13: 587–593). Now we report on the optimization of postcultivation conditions for efficient and reproducible regeneration of transgenic shoots from the apple cultivar Jonagold. Factors which were found to be essential for efficient shoot regeneration were the use of gelrite as a gelling agent and the use of the cytokinin-mimicing thidiazuron in the selective postcultivation medium. Improved transformation efficiencies were obtained by combining the hormones thidiazuron and zeatin and by using leaf explants from in vitro grown shoots not older than 4 weeks after multiplication. Attempts to use phosphinothricin acetyl transferase as a selectable marker were not successful. Using selection on kanamycin under optimal postcultivation conditions, about 2% of the leaf explants developed transgenic shoots or shoot clusters. The presence and expression of the transferred genes was verified by -glucuronidase assays and Southern analysis. Visualization of Golgia apparatus as an intracellular calcium store by laser scanning confocal microscope

Using laser scanning confocal microscopy,we have found that the in cells loaded with fluo-3/AM,highest intracellular Ca^2 in the perinuclear region is associated with the Golgi apparatus.The spatiotemporal subcellular distribution of Ca^2 in living human fibroblasts exposing to calcium-free medium in response to agonists has been investigated.PDGF,which releases Ca^2 from intracellular stores by inositol(1,4,5)-trisphosphate pathway ,produced a biphasic transient rise in intracellular calcium.The initial rise was resulted from a direct release of calcium from the golgi apparatus.Calcium could be also released from and reaccumulated into the Golgi apparatus by the stimulation of thapsigargin,an inhibitor of the Ca^2 transport ATPase of intracellular calcium store,Permeablizing the plasma membrane by 10μM digitonin resulted in the calcium release from the Golgi apparatus and depletion of the internal calcium store.These results suggest that the Golgi apparatus plays a role in Ca^2 regulation in signal transduction.

１９９２～１９９３年对武汉东湖三个主要湖区（郭郑湖、汤林湖和牛巢湖）水生植被的调查表明,该湖区共有水生植物３２种,优势种为大茨藻、狐尾藻、苦草和菱。金鱼藻呈不断扩大的趋势。植被类型可分为１１个群丛,植被面积约为０．６５ｋｍ￣２,总生物量为１２３６．３９ｔ（湿重）,植被带状分布仅见于汤林湖北部和其他部分湖汊。汤林湖和牛巢湖水生植被正处于自然恢复演替阶段。
