华中冬青化学成分的研究

从华中冬青（Ｉｌｅｘ ｃｅｎｔｒｏｃｈｉｎｅｎｓｉｓ Ｓ．Ｙ．Ｈｕ）的叶片分离到９ 种黄酮类化合物：１ 种新化合物鉴定为３,５,５,７－四羟基二氢黄酮,命名为华中冬青黄酮（Ⅰ）;８ 种化合物鉴定为柚皮素（Ⅱ）、橙皮素（Ⅲ）、异樱花素（Ⅳ）、枸柑甙（Ⅴ）、橙皮甙（Ⅵ）、洋芹素（Ⅶ）、紫云英甙（Ⅷ）和野漆树甙（Ⅸ）。它们皆首次从该植物分得     

野生大豆种子蛋白含量差异的生理及结构基础的探讨

利用ＳＤＳ－聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳、电子显微镜、蛋白及酰脲含量测定等技术,对高蛋白含量（５０．７％ ）的５０３５９ 和低蛋白含量（４０．８％ ）的５０３０５ 两个野生大豆在种子发育过程中贮藏蛋白积累的速率、蛋白组分合成的起始时间、蛋白体发育的进程以及幼茎的酰脲含量进行了比较研究。结果表明：野生大豆５０３５９的高蛋白含量是与其种子发育过程中较高的植株酰脲含量、较早较快的贮藏蛋白合成及积累速率,液泡中高效的蛋白贮藏方式以及蛋白体在子叶细胞中占有较大体积相联系的     

刺果番荔枝中的番荔枝内酯

从刺果番荔枝（Ａｎｎｏｎａ ｍ ｕｒｉｃａｔａ Ｌ．）的种子中分离到３ 个单四氢呋喃型番荔枝内酯类化合物,用波谱方法鉴定为海南哥纳香甲素（ｈｏｗ ｉｉｃｉｎ Ａ, Ｓ１３）、乙素（ｈｏｗ ｉｉｃｉｎ Ｂ, Ｓ５）和新化合物４－去氧海南哥纳香乙素（４－ｄｅｓｏｘｙｈｏｗ ｉｉｃｉｎ Ｂ, Ｓ２）。     

Direct and sensitive fluorescence in situ hybridization of 45S rDNA on tomato chromosomes.

We describe a direct and sensitive fluorescence in situ hybridization protocol for plant chromosomes. We labelled 45S rDNA with fluorescein-12-dUTP and hybridized to somatic chromosomes of four tomato genotypes. This technique does not require posthybridization immunocytochemical amplifications. The improved signal sensitivity with this technique allowed identification of new rDNA loci on three pairs of chromosomes, in addition to the previously known locus on chromosome 2. We discuss favorable features of direct fluorescence in situ hybridization for chromosomes fixed on a slide and chromosomes or cells in suspension.

蜜蜂脑中5—HT，GABA，Ach免疫反应阳性神经元分布的比较研究

通过免疫细胞化学方法－ＰＡＰ法,研究了中华峰（Ａｐｉｓｓｉｎｅｎｓｉｓ）和意大利峰（ＡｐｉｓｍｅｌｌｉｆｅｒａＬ）脑和视叶中乙酰胆碱（Ａｃｈ）、５－羟色胺（５－ＨＴ）、γ－氨基丁酸（ＧＡＢＡ）免疫反应阳性神经元胞体和纤维的形态、染色强度、分布和各种神经丛之间的联系．一方面将这些阳性分布系统和蜜蜂脑中相应的神经元类型进行比较,另一方面也分析了在一些特殊解剖学通路中存在的可能的神经递质及其作用．     

Cytosolic triosephosphate isomerase is a single gene in rice.

A cDNA clone encoding rice (Oryza sativa L.) cytosolic triosephosphate isomerase (TPI), an important glycolytic enzyme, was isolated and characterized. The clone (pRTPI-6) contains an open reading frame of 759 base pairs, encoding a polypeptide chain of 253 amino acid residues (M(r) 27,060). The identity of this clone was defined by its high homology (85% nucleotide sequence and 89% amino acid sequence identical match) with a maize mRNA sequence encoding the cytosolic TPI and with TPIs from other species. Genomic DNA blot analysis using the cDNA as a probe showed that the cytosolic TPI gene is present as a single copy per haploid rice genome, as opposed to that found in maize, in which multiple TPI gene copies exist. A single TPI mRNA species of about 1100 nucleotides was detected by gel blot hybridization analysis of RNA isolated from root, culm, and leaf tissues, indicating that its expression is ubiquitous. Based on sequence comparison and molecular analysis, we propose that the chloroplast-located TPI may be encoded by divergent structural nuclear genes in rice.     

ALTERNATIVE HOSTS OF TRICHOGRAMMA DENDROLIMI MATSUMURA IN DIFFERENT HABITATS (HYMENOPTERA: TRICHOGRAMMATIDAE)

Abstract  This paper deals with alternative hosts of an egg parasitoid. Trichogramma dendrolimi Matsumura in three habitats: mixed forest, pure stand and sparse wood. The experiment was conducted in Liuyan County which is located in the eastern part of Hunan Province. The results suggested that there are 103 species of alternative Lepidopteran hosts for T. dendrolimi . There were two critical periods throughout the year when there were no eggs of Dendrolimus punctatus Walker and few eggs of alternative hosts available for ovipsition by the parasitoids.
