中国皮司霉属分类研究 I

报道了采集自我国境内的皮司霉属Pithomyces 8个新种:山葵皮司霉P.arecastri sp.nov.,串珠皮司霉P.cateniformis sp.nov.,椭圆皮司霉P.ellipticus sp.nov.,蠕形皮司霉P.helminthosporioides sp.nov.,长柄皮司霉P.longipes sp.nov.,倒梨形皮司霉P.obpyriformis sp.nov.,络石皮司霉P.trachelospermi sp.nov.,和羊蹄甲皮司霉P.variegatae sp.nov.。2个中国新记录种:油棕生皮司霉P.elaeidicola和垫状皮司霉P.pulvinatus。新种分别进行了详实的拉丁文和中文描述并附图。研究标本(自然标本和干制培养物)保存于山东农业大学植物病理系标本室(HSAUP)。     

Two new species of Taeniolina from southern China

Taeniolina euryae sp. nov. and T. schimae sp. nov. were discovered on dead branches of Eurya macartneyi and Schima superba, respectively, in tropical forests of southern China. They are described, illustrated and compared with closely related taxa. A key to species of Taeniolina is provided.

正近期,黄芬实验室在Hepatology发表了一篇题为"Excretion of Infectious Hepatitis E Virus Into Milk in Cows Imposes High Risks of Zoonosis"的文章[1],首次发现牛奶能够作为戊型肝炎病毒(HEV)的一种跨物种感染途径,存在将HEV传播给人类的风险.该研究通过对中国云南省大理市某农村(该地区一直维持传统的家庭混养模式)的HEV流行情况调查显示,该地区奶牛HEV RNA的阳性率     

Three new species of Neosporidesmium from Hainan, China

Three species of the anamorphic fungus Neosporidesmium were collected from tropical forests in Hainan province, China. N. malloti sp. nov., N. xanthophylli sp. nov. and N. antidesmae sp. nov., and occurring, respectively, on dead branches of Mallotus hookerianus, Xanthophyllum hainanense and Antidesma ghaesembilla, are described and illustrated. A key to Neosporidesmium species is provided.     

Spadicoides camelliae and Diplococcium livistonae, two new hyphomycetes on dead branches from Fujian Province, China

Two new dematiaceous hyphomycetes, Spadicoides camelliae and Diplococcium livistonae, are described and illustrated based on specimens collected from the subtropical forests in Fujian Province, southeast China. They were collected on dead branches of Camellia japonica and Livistona chinensis, respectively. Spadicoides camelliae is characterized by polytretic, terminal conidiogenous cells with solitary, ovoid, versicolored, and mainly 2-septate conidia (15.0–22.0 × 7.0–10.0 μm). Diplococcium livistonae is distinguished by polytretic, terminal, and intercalary conidiogenous cells with catenate, cylindrical, concolored, and mainly 2-septate conidia (15.0–28.0 × 5.0–7.0 μm). They are compared with other similar species by their morphological characteristics.     

Three new species of Sporidesmiella from southern China

Sporidesmiella rosae sp. nov., S. machili sp. nov., and S. archidendri sp. nov., occurring, respectively, on dead branches of Rosa chinensis, Machilus grijsii, and Archidendron clypearia, were collected from subtropical forests in southern China. They are described, illustrated, and compared with similar taxa. A dichotomous key to Sporidesmiella species is provided.     

牛胚胎生殖细胞的分离与培养

胚胎生殖细胞 (Embryonicgermcells,EG)是由生殖嵴原始生殖细胞 (Primordialgermcells,PGCs)中分离得到的一种未分化而多潜能的干细胞。牛EG细胞的研究在EG细胞核移植、转基因及建立生物反应器方面具有广阔的应用前景。本研究从 2 9- 70日龄牛胎儿PGCs分离得到EG细胞 ,经过抑制分化培养 ,其中一个细胞系传至 6代。所分离得到的EG细胞具有典型的EG细胞形态 ,AP及PAS染色呈阳性 ,核型正常 ,同时观察到这些细胞在体外进行自发性分化 ,可形成类胚体、成纤维样细胞及神经样细胞     

中国匍柄霉研究I.

来自山东泰安和安徽合肥匍柄霉属的两个新种分别命名为棉匍柄霉Stemphylium gossypii和莴苣匍柄霉Stemphylium lactucae。模式标本保存于山东农业大学植物病理系标本室(HSAUP)。
