以Quox-1基因的特异性片段b2为探针与人基因DNA作Southern杂交,结果显示,人基因组中存在Quox-1基因的同源序列。结果表明其表达有明显的时间和空间特异性。胚龄30天以前,Quox-1基因的同源序列在人胚包神经管等许多部位表达,30天以后表达部位局限于脊索、心肌细胞、生机节、消化道上皮及周皮等处。 相似文献

The co-metabolism of citrate plus xylose by Leuconostoc mesenteroides subsp. mesenteroides results in a growth stimulation, an increase in d-lactate and acetate production and repression of ethanol production. This correlated well with the levels of key enzymes
involved. A partial repression of alcohol dehydrogenase and a marked stimulation of acetate kinase were observed. High citrate
bioconversion yields in diacetyl plus acetoin were obtained at pH 5.2 in batch (11.5%) or in chemostat (up to 17.4%) culture.
In contrast, no diacetyl or acetoin was detected in citrate plus glucose fermentation.

采用光合速率和蒸腾速率之比 (Pn/Tr)表示植物水分利用效率 (WUE) ,发现在两种不同水分处理下春小麦拔节期 .WUE日变化中都有上午高于下午值 ,且 8∶0 0~ 1 0∶0 0为明显峰值的特征 ,这种特征与Pn、Tr日变化存在的上、下午值不对称性和反向性 (Pn为上午高于下午 ,Tr相反 )紧密相关 ,水分胁迫处理中 ,Pn、Tr值均有降低 ,但不同品种的WUE反应不一 .研究表明 ,叶水势 ( ψw)、气孔阻力 (Rs)等生理因素和空气相对湿度 (RH)、光照 (Q)及冠层温度 (Tc)等生态因子 ,通过对Tr和Pn的不同影响而同WUE显著相关 ,40 %RH是WUE变化的一个重要阈值 . 相似文献

The aim of the present study was to determine how the intra-muscular segments of three shoulder muscles were coordinated to produce isometric force impulses around the shoulder joint and how muscle segment coordination was influenced by changes in movement direction, mechanical line of action and moment arm (ma). Twenty male subjects (mean age 22 years; range 18-30 years) with no known history of shoulder pathologies, volunteered to participate in this experiment. Utilising an electromyographic technique, the timing and intensity of contraction within 19 muscle segments of three superficial shoulder muscles (Pectoralis Major, Deltoid and Latissimus Dorsi) were studied and compared during the production of rapid (e.g. approximately 400ms time to peak) isometric force impulses in four different movement directions of the shoulder joint (flexion, extension, abduction and adduction). The results of this investigation have suggested that the timing and intensity of each muscle segment's activation was coordinated across muscles and influenced by the muscle segment's moment arm and its mechanical line of action in relation to the intended direction of shoulder movement (e.g. flexion, extension, abduction or adduction). There was also evidence that motor unit task groups were formed for individual motor tasks which comprise motor units from both adjacent and distant muscles. It was also confirmed that for any particular motor task, individual muscle segments can be functionally classified as prime mover, synergist or antagonist - classifications which are flexible from one movement to the next. 相似文献

The functional region of interest (fROI) approach has increasingly become a favored methodology in functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI) because it can circumvent inter-subject anatomical and functional variability, and thus increase the sensitivity and functional resolution of fMRI analyses. The standard fROI method requires human experts to meticulously examine and identify subject-specific fROIs within activation clusters. This process is time-consuming and heavily dependent on experts’ knowledge. Several algorithmic approaches have been proposed for identifying subject-specific fROIs; however, these approaches cannot easily incorporate prior knowledge of inter-subject variability. In the present study, we improved the multi-atlas labeling approach for defining subject-specific fROIs. In particular, we used a classifier-based atlas-encoding scheme and an atlas selection procedure to account for the large spatial variability across subjects. Using a functional atlas database for face recognition, we showed that with these two features, our approach efficiently circumvented inter-subject anatomical and functional variability and thus improved labeling accuracy. Moreover, in comparison with a single-atlas approach, our multi-atlas labeling approach showed better performance in identifying subject-specific fROIs. 相似文献

The mechanism of activation of the Mg(II) X ATP-dependent phosphatase by the kinase FA has been investigated. The inactive protein phosphatase can be represented as FC X M where FC is the inactive catalytic component and M is the heat-stable modulator protein (also known as inhibitor-2). Phosphorylation of the modulator protein is demonstrated during activation of FC X M. In addition, continuous ATP hydrolysis during the activation is observed. This suggests that a cyclic phosphorylation-dephosphorylation reaction is continuously occurring during the activation. It is proposed that phosphorylation of the modulator protein causes an isomerization in FC to generate an active phosphatase. The activated phosphatase is capable of dephosphorylating the phosphorylated modulator. Upon dephosphorylation of modulator, the active phosphatase returns to its inactive form via a slow isomerization. 相似文献
