吊丝单竹林生态系统碳储量及其垂直空间分配特征   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
利用标准样方法研究了吊丝单竹(Dendrocalamopsis vario-striata)林的碳储量及其空间分布特征。结果表明,吊丝单竹不同器官的碳密度为0.4684~0.5092 g g-1,依次为竹秆>竹蔸>竹根>竹枝>竹叶;碳储量在吊丝单竹不同器官中的分配以竹秆最大(达50.46%),其次为竹蔸(20.71%),竹叶的最小(仅5.01%)。整个吊丝单竹林生态系统碳库主要由乔木层、灌草层、枯落物层和土壤层4部分组成,总碳贮量为104.9321 t hm-2,其空间分布为土壤层>乔木层>枯落物层>灌草层,其中土壤层占总碳储量的比例最大(59.74%);整个吊丝单竹林乔木层年固碳量为6.4460 t hm-2a-1,相当于每年同化CO2的量为23.6353 t hm-2a-1,这略低于我国森林植被的平均年固碳量,表明吊丝单竹林还有较大的发展空间。  相似文献

Microglia play an important role in neuronal protection and damage. However, the molecular and cellular relationship between microglia and neurons is unclear. We carried out a prospective study to detect that activation of BV2 microglia induced PC12 cell apoptosis in vitro through the TLR4/adapter protein myeloid differentiation factor 88 (MyD88)/nuclear factor-κB (NF-κB) signaling pathway. BV2 microglia were treated with different concentrations of LPS for 24 h. Western blot was utilized to detect the expression of TLR4 and the downstream signaling pathway. The level of inflammatory mediator was quantified using a specific ELISA kit. The supernatant of 10 μg/ml LPS-treated BV2 cells was used as conditioned medium (CM). PC12 cells were co-culture with CM for 24 h. Cell viability was determined by MTT assay and cell apoptosis was tested by flow cytometry. BV2 microglia were treated with 10, 20, or 30 μg/ml LPS for 24 h. The expression of TLR4, MyD88, and NF-κB significantly increased. When PC12 cells were co-cultured with CM for 24 h, cell viability decreased. CM up-regulated the Bax level and down-regulated the Bcl-2 protein level in PC12 cells. PC12 cells pretreated with interleukin-1 receptor antagonist (IL-1RA) for 30 min, significantly alleviated CM-induced PC12 cell apoptosis. These results suggest that BV2 microglia activated by LPS triggered TLR4/MyD88/NF-κB signaling pathway that induced the release of IL-1β and could participate in the PC12 cells injury.  相似文献

(1) Similar results were obtained after controlled digestion of spinach chloroplasts with trypsin and chymotrypsin, but the specificity of digestion of chymotrypsin differed from that of trypsin. Trypsin weakly uncoupled photosynthetic electron transport but chymotrypsin did not. (2) Both changes of DCIP and Fecy reduction activity and the recovery of CCCP inhibition by electron donors of PSⅡ during proteolytic enzyme digestion showed that trypsin not only affected oxidizing side and reducing side of PSⅡ, but also partially inactivated the reaction center of PSⅡ. (3) The effects of CCCP on photosynthetic electron transport in chloroplasts digested with trypsin and chymotrypsin indicated the probable presence of "channel" in PSⅡ. These results support the interpretation that there is a fine structure in PSⅡ membrane. Modification of the protein components of PSⅡ in the membrane might alter their function.  相似文献

从华重楼(Paris polyphyllavar.chinensisFranch)的地下块茎中分离筛选得到2株可能产生甾体皂甙的内生菌(SS01和SS02),薄层层析检测菌株SS01、SS02的发酵产物分别有3条和2条层析带与重楼总皂甙的层析带迁移率相当。形态和生理生化特征初步表明SS01和SS02分属于肠杆菌科(Enterobacteriaceae)和芽孢杆菌属(Bacillussp.)细菌。扩增、测序得到SS01和SS02的部分16S rDNA序列,GenBank接收号分别为AY842143和AY842144。用Blastn调出与菌株16SrDNA同源的序列,用Clustal W进行多重序列对比,用软件Phylip按Neighbor-Joining方法构建16SrDNA系统发育树。菌株SS01和SS02分别与Cedecea davisae DSM4568、Paenibacillus daejeonensis处于同一分支,相似性分别为98.9%和97.7%,将它们鉴定为Cedecea davisae SS01和Paenibacillus daejeonensis SS02。  相似文献

目的:通过研究GX1-rmhTNFα对动物重要生命功能的影响,观察其主要药效学以外的药理作用,为临床研究和安全用药提供信息。方法:分别取大鼠、小鼠肌肉注射,测试GX1-rmhTNFα对动物中枢神经系统、心血管系统、呼吸系统的影响。结果:GX1-rmhTNFα三个剂量组对动物中枢神经系统,呼吸系统,心血管系统无明显影响,与生理盐水对照组比较P>0.05。结论:在本实验中,GX1-rmhTNFα对小鼠的中枢神经系统无明显影响,对大鼠呼吸系统,心血管系统无显著性影响,提示其不良反应小。  相似文献

采用水培方法,以不同浓度的PEG-6000(0、8.3%、12.6%(W/V))和NaCl(0、25、50 mmol·L-1)溶液模拟不同程度的干旱胁迫及盐胁迫,研究了盐分对干旱胁迫条件下冬小麦沧-6001幼苗生长及其抗逆生理特性的影响.结果表明:在8.3%或12.6% PEG-6000处理条件下,添加25 mmol·L-1NaCl均使植株干物质积累和植株含水量比单一PEG处理增加,同时叶片可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白质含量增加,丙二醛和脯氨酸含量下降,植株各部位Na+含量升高、K+含量下降;在12.6% PEG-6000处理条件下,添加50 mmol·L-1NaCl对植株的胁迫效应高于单一PEG处理.表明在干旱胁迫条件下,加入适量盐分可缓解干旱胁迫对冬小麦幼苗生长的抑制.  相似文献

The effects of nitrogen sources on growth of sophorolipid-producing yeast, Wickerhamiella domercqiae var. sophorolipid CGMCC 1576 and on production and composition of sophorolipids were studied. Organic nitrogen sources are more favorable for accumulation of biomass than inorganic ones. Presence of ammonium ion from different inorganic nitrogen sources (except NH4HCO3) greatly inhibited the production of lactonic sophorolipids. However, when organic nitrogen sources were used, lactonic sophorolipid production was strongly increased. Production of crystalline lactonic sophorolipids from organic/inorganic nitrogen sources was enhanced with the increase of pH value adjusted by sodium hydroxide or sodium citrate solution. Fourier-transform infrared (FT-IR), gas chromatography mass spectrometry (GC-MS), high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), and mass spectra (MS) were employed to compare the composition of sophorolipid mixture obtained from different nitrogen sources. More than 15 acidic sophorolipid molecules and only 4 lactonic sophorolipid molecules were produced by using 1.27 g/l ammonium sulfate as nitrogen source; they were separated by preparative HPLC and their structures were elucidated by MS. These results suggest extraordinary regulatory effects of nitrogen source on growth and sophorolipid synthesis of W. domercqiae var. sophorolipid.  相似文献

甲烷胁迫是限制垃圾填埋场绿化植物存活和生长的主要因素。在室内模拟条件下,利用盆栽试验研究了2种绿地植物高羊茅和苜蓿对甲烷胁迫的适应性。结果表明:甲烷胁迫严重影响2种绿化植物的生长,主要表现在生长速度减小、光合作用减弱、干物质积累量减少;2种植物均通过提高体内脯氨酸含量来增加对甲烷胁迫的耐受力,苜蓿还可以通过降低SOD酶的活性来抵御甲烷胁迫;对2种绿化植物而言,脯氨酸含量可以作为评定其耐甲烷胁迫的主要生理指标。  相似文献

CPPU和6-BA对盐胁迫下番茄活性氧代谢及叶绿素荧光的影响   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
以番茄品种 '金棚一号' 幼苗为材料,通过营养液水培试验,研究了不同浓度(10、20、30 mg·L-1)外源细胞分裂素N-苯基-N'-(2-氯-4-吡啶基)脲(CPPU)和6-苄基腺嘌呤(6-BA)对NaCl胁迫下番茄幼苗活性氧代谢及叶绿素荧光的影响.结果表明,NaCl胁迫处理导致番茄幼苗活性氧生成速率和过氧化物酶(SOD)、超氧化物岐化酶(POD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性显著增加,但抗氧化酶活性的提高幅度低于活性氧的积累速度,最终导致番茄幼苗光合系统Ⅱ(PSⅡ)能力降低;营养液添加CPPU和6-BA在一定程度上均可缓解NaCl对番茄幼苗的伤害,但存在明显浓度效应,其中20 mg·L-1 CPPU处理效果最好,其次为30 mg·L-16-BA处理;在20 mg·L-1 CPPU和30 mg·L-16-BA处理下,番茄幼苗叶片和根系O2产生速率、MDA含量显著低于NaCl处理,而SOD、POD、CAT活性和光合性能却显著提高.研究发现,CPPU和6-BA均通过诱导提高番茄幼苗抗氧化酶活性来缓解NaCl胁迫对其细胞膜的伤害和对光合的抑制,但CPPU缓解效果更好且最适浓度较低.  相似文献
