从手术切除的24例女性和12例男性尖锐湿疣新鲜标本中,以及42例女性尖锐湿疣、16例男性外耳道乳头状瘤和4例女性假性湿疣的石蜡包埋标本中,提取组织的基因组DNA,用人工合成的人乳头瘤病毒6.11和16型E6区特异性寡聚核苷酸引物,通过PCR进行HPV DNA的分型检测。结果66例女性尖锐湿疣中,感染HPV6型者4例,感染11型者12例,6+11型混合感染者49例;阴性1例,总检出率达98.4%。4例女性假性湿疣中1例为HPV6型感染,阳性率25%。16例男性外耳道乳头状瘤中HPV6+11型感染者5例,6+16型感染者3例,6+11+16型多重感染者8例,阳性率100%。12例男性尖锐湿疣中,HPV11型感染者7例,6+11型4例,阴性1例,总阳性率91.6%。还对细胞学上空泡化和非典型空泡化尖锐湿疣标本的HPV感染做了比较,未发现差异。  相似文献

动物群落是构成城市绿地生态系统的关键要素,声景作为野生动物重要的生态信息,掌握其时空变化及其影响因素,对于指导城市绿地景观设计与生物多样性保护具有重要意义。本文以Web of Science数据库的核心合集2005–2022年收录的67篇研究文献为对象,综合梳理与分析了城市绿地动物声景的时空模式及其驱动因素。城市绿地动物声景在空间上表现出环境空间梯度和植被空间结构的差异,动物声音多样性随海拔、纬度、城市化程度的降低以及植被类型和高度的增加呈现升高趋势。时间尺度呈现出昼夜、季节和年度变化差异,表现为鸟类在黎明和黄昏合唱、昆虫和两栖动物在夜间鸣叫以及季节性和年度性发声规律等。影响城市动物声景模式的因素主要包括植被、环境、人为干扰和动物自身驱动等。动物声景作为当前声景生态学研究的热点之一,面临大时空尺度演变规律研究不足、动物声景分析有限等挑战,建议未来着重开展多时空尺度变化规律研究、创新动物声景分析方法、定量解析影响因素及其响应机制、建立全球动物声景数据库等。  相似文献

Oresitrophe and Mukdenia (Saxifragaceae) are epilithic sister genera used in traditional Chinese medicine. The taxonomy of Mukdenia, especially of M. acanthifolia, has been controversial. To address this, we produced plastid and mitochondrial data using genome skimming for Mukdenia acanthifolia and Mukdenia rossii, including three individuals of each species. We assembled complete plastomes, mitochondrial CDS and nuclear ribosomal ETS/ITS sequences using these data. Comparative analysis shows that the plastomes of Mukdenia and Oresitrophe are relatively conservative in terms of genome size, structure, gene content, RNA editing sites and codon usage. Five plastid regions that represent hotspots of change (trnH-psbA, psbC-trnS, trnM-atpE, petA-psbJ and ccsA-ndhD) are identified within Mukdenia, and six regions (trnH-psbA, petN-psbM, trnM-atpE, rps16-trnQ, ycf1 and ndhF) contain a higher number of species-specific parsimony-informative sites that may serve as potential DNA barcodes for species identification. To infer phylogenetic relationships between Mukdenia and Oresitrophe, we combined our data with published data based on three different datasets. The monophyly of each species (Oresitrophe rupifraga, M. acanthifolia and M. rossii) and the inferred topology ((M. rossii, M. acanthifolia), O. rupifraga) are well supported in trees reconstructed using the complete plastome sequences, but M. acanthifolia and M. rossii did not form a separate clade in the trees based on ETS + ITS data, while the mitochondrial CDS trees are not well-resolved. We found low recovery of genes in the Angiosperms353 target enrichment panel from our unenriched genome skimming data. Hybridization or incomplete lineage sorting may be the cause of discordance between trees reconstructed from organellar and nuclear data. Considering its morphological distinctiveness and our molecular phylogenetic results, we strongly recommend that M. acanthifolia be treated as a distinct species.  相似文献

Vegetable crops provide a rich source of essential nutrients for humanity and represent critical economic values to global rural societies. However, genetic studies of vegetable crops have lagged behind major food crops, such as rice, wheat and maize, thereby limiting the application of molecular breeding. In the past decades, genome sequencing technologies have been increasingly applied in genetic studies and breeding of vegetables. In this review, we recapitulate recent progress on reference genome construction, population genomics and the exploitation of multi-omics datasets in vegetable crops. These advances have enabled an in-depth understanding of their domestication and evolution, and facilitated the genetic dissection of numerous agronomic traits, which jointly expedites the exploitation of state-of-the-art biotechnologies in vegetable breeding. We further provide perspectives of further directions for vegetable genomics and indicate how the ever-increasing omics data could accelerate genetic, biological studies and breeding in vegetable crops.

NAD激酶在光合作用等植物生理过程中起重要作用。NAD激酶的激活依赖于钙离子和钙调素(CalmOdulin,CaM).从植物中分离得到的一种新的CaM结合蛋白CaMBP-10(BP-10)明显抑制NAD激酶的激活活性,抑制作用可被CaM所克服.动力学研究表明,抑制效应是BP-10与CaM之间特异性相互作用的结果。实验证实BP-10对NAD激酶活性起着重要调节作用.  相似文献

合成了2-氯-5-正十二硫烷基-6-甲基-4,7-苯并噻唑醌(2-Cl-DMMDBT)和2-氯-5-正丁烷氨基-6-甲基-4,7-苯并噻唑醌(2-Cl-BAMDBT)两种化合物,研究了它们对线粒体呼吸链酶系的抑制作用.结果表明:2-Cl-DMMDBT和2-C1-BAMDBT对琥珀酸氧化酶及泛醌氧化酶的电子传递活性均表现一定的抑制作用,而对细胞色素氧化酶无作用,说明二者的抑制作用发生在泛醌反应区.二者对NADH氧化酶的抑制行为略有不同,2-Cl-DMMDBT是一个逐渐加强的过程,最终可致酶活性完全抑制,而2-Cl-BAMDBT则表现为瞬间抑制.比较了2-Cl-DMMDBT和2-Cl-BAMDBT对琥珀酸氧化酶的抑制能力,长侧链的2-Cl-DMMDBT比短侧链的2-Cl-BAMDBT抑制能力强很多.  相似文献

Excised wheat (Triticum aestivum L.) leaves, when subjected to drought stress, increased ethylene production as a result of an increased synthesis of 1-aminocyclopropane-1-carboxylic acid (ACC) and an increased activity of the ethyleneforming enzyme (EFE), which catalyzes the conversion of ACC to ethylene. The rise in EFE activity was maximal within 2 h after the stress period, while rehydration to relieve water stress reduced EFE activity within 3 h to levels similar to those in nonstressed tissue. Pretreatment of the leaves with benzyladenine or indole-3-acetic acid prior to water stress caused further increase in ethylene production and in endogenous ACC level. Conversely, pretreatment of wheat leaves with abscisic acid reduced ethylene production to levels produced by nonstressed leaves; this reduction in ethylene production was accompanied by a decrease in ACC content. However, none of these hormone pretreatments significantly affected the EFE level in stressed or nonstressed leaves. The germination of lettuce (Lactuca sativa L.) seeds was greatly reduced when the seeds were heated at 97°C for 30 h prior to imbibition. This dormancy was effectively released when ethylene (1–100 ppm) or benzyladenine (BA) (0.005–0.05 mM) was applied during the imbibition period. Ethylene was not required during the early part of imbibition, but was essential during the period immediately prior to radicle protrusion. Treatment with 1-aminocyclopropane-1-carboxylic acid (ACC) (0.1–10 mM) stimulated germination, but was not as effective as ethylene or cytokinin treatment. During the germination of nondormant lettuce seeds, ethylene production increased rapidly and reached a peak at 24 h, which coincided with the emergence of the radicle, and then declined; the level of ACC increased as ethylene production rate increased, but remained at a high level after radicle protrusion. In heat-pretreated dormant lettuce seeds, the increases in percent germination, ethylene production, and ACC levels were all delayed and lower than those of nondormant seeds, and these increases were accelerated by treatment with ethylene or cytokinin.  相似文献
