Cloud computing provides many kinds of application services for cloud users, but security problems have caused great impact on Software as a Service (SaaS). As a commercial model, SaaS is related among different participants who could be malicious or dishonest. This paper presents a Software Service Signature (S3) to deal with several security issues in SaaS and keep the interests and rights of all participants in safety. Our design is based on ID-based proxy signatures from pairings. The analysis shows that the proposed scheme can effectively strengthen the security through authentication in cloud computing. 相似文献

We sought to study the corrosion behavior and surface properties of a commercial cobalt–chromium (Co–Cr) alloy which was fabricated with selective laser melting (SLM) technique. For this purpose, specimens were fabricated using different techniques, such as SLM system and casting methods. Surface hardness testing, microstructure observation, surface analysis using X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) and electrochemical corrosion test were carried out to evaluate the corrosion properties and surface properties of the specimens. We found that microstructure of SLM specimens was more homogeneous than that of cast specimens. The mean surface hardness values of SLM and cast specimens were 458.3 and 384.8, respectively; SLM specimens showed higher values than cast ones in hardness. Both specimens exhibited no differences in their electrochemical corrosion properties in the artificial saliva through potentiodynamic curves and EIS, and no significant difference via XPS. Therefore, we concluded that within the scope of this study, SLM-fabricated restorations revealed good surface properties, such as proper hardness, homogeneous microstructure, and also showed sufficient corrosion resistance which could meet the needs of dental clinics. 相似文献

During the last four decades, nuclear medicine has undergone enormous growth, and positron emission tomography (PET) has been in the driving seat for most of the time. 18F-fluorodeoxyglucose (18F-FDG) is the most widely used agent for the detection of hibernating myocardium and metabolically active cancer tissue. But its cost and limited availability are the main limitations. For a long time different researchers and groups of pharmacists have tried to label glucose with a cheaper and long-acting radionuclide like 99mTc. However, they failed to achieve this goal owing to the chemical complexity of 99mTc and the lack of maintaining the physiological activity of diagnostic compounds. A pre-targeting strategy based on strain-promoted [3 + 2] azide-alkyne cycloaddition (SPAAC) reaction was applied to solve this problem. Functional click synthons were synthesized: 2-azido-2-deoxy-d-glucose (GlucN3) as a glucose analogue, and N- (2- (2- (2- (bis (pyridin-2-ylmethyl) amino) ethoxy) ethoxy) ethyl-2- (6H-11,12-didehydrodibenzo [a,e] cycloocten-5-ylideneaminooxy) acetamide (C7) as a 99mTc(CO)3 labeling and azido-binding group. The results of biodistribution experiments in mice bearing S180 tumor show the relatively high tumor/blood ratio (up to 2.95) and tumor/muscle ratio (up to 6.37), and both of them decreases significantly in the glucose blocking experiment. It indicates that GlucN3 behaves similarly to glucose and that in vivo SPAAC reactions can occur effectively. It is supposed that this pre-targeting strategy can indeed enhance target specificity and may be used for glucose metabolism imaging in tumor diagnosis. 相似文献

Esophageal carcinoma, with a increasing incidence, is one of the most aggressive carcinomas in gastrointestinal tract. Epidemiologic studies demonstrate an association of oral pathogens with multiple diseases, including rheumatoid arthritis, cardiovascular diseases, diabetes, and gastrointestinal malignancies. Nevertheless, a causal relationship between oral pathogens and esophageal squamous cell carcinoma (ESCC) has not been elucidated. Here, we found that Porphyromonas was significantly enriched in the saliva of patients with ESCC, compared with that in normal human. In vitro studies showed that Porphyromonas gingivalis (P. gingivalis) promoted the proliferation and motility of ESCC cells, as evidenced by up regulated expression of key molecules implicated in NF-κB signaling pathway. These findings, for the first time, demonstrated a role of oral pathogens in inducing ESCC tumorigenesis and metastasis, which might involve regulation of NF-κB signaling pathway. 相似文献

Alternative chemicals to diverse fossil-fuel-based products is urgently needed to mitigate the adverse impacts of fossil fuel depletion on human development. To this end, researchers have focused on the production of biochemical from readily available and affordable waste biomass. This is consistent with current guidelines for sustainable development and provides great advantages related to economy and environment. The search for suitable biochemical products is in progress worldwide. Therefore, this review recommends a biochemical (i.e., medium chain carboxylic acids (MCCAs)) utilizing an emerging biotechnological production platform called the chain elongation (CE) process. This work covers comprehensive introduction of the CE mechanism, functional microbes, available feedstock types and corresponding utilization strategies, major methods to enhance the performance of MCCAs production, and the challenges that need to be addressed for practical application. Breast cancer (BC)-related mortality is associated with the potential metastatic properties of the primary breast tumors. The following study was conducted with the main focus on the effect of LINC00518 on the growth and metastasis of BC epithelial cells via the Wnt signaling pathway through regulation of the methylation of CDX2 gene. Initially, differentially expressed long intergenic non-protein coding RNAs (lincRNAs) related to BC were screened out in the Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA) database, after which we detected the LINC00518 expression and localization in BC tissues and cells. Then the CDX2 positive expression and methylation level were identified. The targeting relationship of LINC00518 and CDX2, and binding methyltransferase in the promoter region were examined. BC epithelial cell proliferation, colony formation ability, invasion, migration and apoptosis were further evaluated. The lincRNA expression data related to BC downloaded from the TCGA database revealed that there was a high expression of LINC00518 in BC, and a negative correlation between LINC00518 and CDX2. In addition, LINC00518 promotes CDX2 methylation by recruiting DNA methyltransferase through activating the Wnt signaling pathway. The down-regulation of LINC00518 inhibited proliferation, invasion, migration, and EMT of BC epithelial cells while enhancing apoptosis. The inhibitory effects of LINC00518 down-regulation was reversed by CDX2 down-regulation. In conclusion, our findings revealed that down-regulation of LINC00518 might have the ability to suppress BC progression by up-regulating CDX2 expression through the reduction of methylation and blockade of the Wnt signaling pathway, resulting in the inhibition of proliferation and promotion of apoptosis of BC epithelial cells. 相似文献
