云南普通马矮型马蛋白多态性及其品种分化关系

本文运用蛋白电泳技术对来自云南省文山州马关县和麻栗坡县的２１匹普通马和１４匹矮型马进行了分析。共分析遗传座位４４个,其中有１０个座位检测到多态性。根据分子钟假说和相应的公式,推算两者的分歧时间约为１８．５万年。     

Identification of a 175 kDa protein as the ligand-binding subunit of the rat liver sinusoidal endothelial cell hyaluronan receptor

The rat liver sinusoidal endothelial cell (LEC) hyaluronan (HA)receptor was previously identified using a photoaffinity HAderivative (J. BioL Chem., 267, 20451–20456, 1992). Twopolypeptides with M_r = 175,000 and 166,000, were consistentlycrosslinked, suggesting that the LEC HA receptor is an oligomer.Whether one or both subunits participate in HA binding, wasnot determined. Here we investigate the HA-subunit interactionsand the potential oligomeric nature of the LEC HA receptor.When Sephacryl-400 gel filtration chromatography was used toenrich the HA receptor, the 175 kDa polypeptide was the majorband seen by SDS-PAGE analysis. Little staining was seen at166 kDa, suggesting that the 175 kDa protein could be separatedfrom the 166 kDa protein and still retain HA-binding activity.A ligand blot assay was used to determine if each individualsubunit could bind HA. 后丽盲蝽属四新种记述（半翅目：盲蝽科）

Ｍｉｙａｍｏｔｏ于１９８７年将Ａｐｏｌｙｇｕｓ Ｃｈｉｎａ提升为独立的属,但其他作者仍将其作为丽盲蝽属Ｌｙｇｏｃｏｒｉｓ Ｒｅｕｔｅｒ的一个亚属,作者认为Ｍｉｙａｍｏｔｏ的意见更为合理。本文记述了产于中国的后丽盲蝽属４新种。标本度量单位均为ｍｍ。模式标本除注明者外,均保存于面开大学生物系。     

银额果蝇自然群体分化过程中的细胞遗传学

对我国大陆银额果蝇的分布及其细胞遗传学进行了广泛的调查,发现了一种值得注意的新核型。该核型结构兼有早已认可的长、短两大类基本核型的特征,即核型中的两条同源４号染色体为１长１短型。含新核型的群体分布于我国大陆东南沿海一带的上海、福州、厦门和深圳。而且,这些自然群体内还出现“１长１短型”、“长型”和“短型”重叠并存的多态现象。跟踪研究表明,新核型具有不稳定的遗传性,能世代传递,它的频率随世代增长而降低,并不是突然消失。但是,在上海、福州群体内出现的“长型”至第十五代之后却全部消失。这种新核型大概是银额果蝇自然演化过程中的中间过渡核型,是该果蝇种群分化中的细胞遗传学变异的过渡表征     

Yersinia pseudotuberculosis in China

Thirty strains of Yersinia pseudotuberculosis were isolated from rabbits (17 strains), wild rats (9 strains) and house rats (4 strains) in China between 1990 and 1993. The biochemical properties of these isolates were identical with those of Y. pseudotuberculosis and no special characteristics were found in these strains. Serologically, serogroups 4b and 5b were identical to isolates found in Japan, and a new serogroup 1c and unclassified strains have also been detected. The existence of virulence-associated properties were different among strains. The pYV plasmid was detected from 6 strains of 30 isolates. This report documents the presence of Y. pseudotuberculosis in China, providing important epidemiological information.     

高苯丙氨酸血症大鼠脑内单胺类递质的研究

以3d龄Sprague-Dawley大鼠腹腔注射苯丙氨酸(Phe)诱导高苯丙氨酸血症,荧光法测定大脑皮层及其突触体中去甲肾上腺素(NE)、多巴胺(DA)和5-羟色胺(5-HT)含量;Y型电迷宫法测其学习记忆能力.结果显示:高苯丙氨酸血症大鼠大脑皮层NE、DA及5-HT含量降低38.6%～67.4%,突触体中NE、DA和5-HT含量降低51.9%～70.2%,学习记忆能力明显低于对照组.结果提示,苯酮尿症智力障碍可能与大脑皮层及其突触体中某些单胺类递质含量降低相关.     

科尔沁沙质草甸草场不同牧压条件植物群落分异数量分析

本文用ＴＷＩＮＳＰＡＮ分类和ＰＣＡ及ＤＣＡ排序技术分析了沙质草甸草场放牧试验引起地植物群落分异的特征,主要结论为：放牧强度是引起群落分异的主要原因,群落的分异主要表现在高度和现存生物量上。放牧引起群落变化的动力主要是放牧强度。而无牧条件下群落变化的主要动力是植物间的相互作用。当地的放牧强度处于中牧与重牧之间,属于过度放牧。这是引起草场退化及沙漠化的主要原因之一。     

移居海拔3700m高原青年体质综合评价方法的研究

在海拔３７００ｍ高原选择５０名男性青年的体重、立定跳远、引体向上、仰卧起坐、６０ｍ和２０００ｍ跑速度６项指标进行高原移居青年体制综合评价方法的研究。通过用百分位法制定各项指标评分标准,以各项指标评分相加作为体质总分,并用各项指标的简单相关系数与多元逐步回归方程的标准化偏回归系数的乘积（贡献率）分配“权重”,建立综合评价总分的计算式：Ｙ＝０．０５Ｘ１＋０．１６（Ｘ４＋Ｘ６）＋０．２１（Ｘ２＋Ｘ３＋Ｘ     

Mechanism of Action of Lycoricidinol, a Plant Growth Inhibitor Isolated from Lycoris radiata Herb.

We studied the action mechanism of lycoricidinol, a plant growthinhibitor isolated from Lycoris radiata Herb. Lycoricidinolinhibited protein synthesis in mung bean hypocotyls, but notRNA synthesis. Protein synthesis in Escherichia coli was notaffected by the inhibitor. Results of in vitro translation experimentswith the wheat germ system and the E. coli system indicatedthat lycoricidinol inhibited only eukaryotic but not prokaryotictranslation. Use of specific inhibitors of initiation and polypeptidechain elongation of polypeptide synthesis revealed that chainelongation was inhibited by lycoricidinol. ¹Permanent address: Department of Biology, Yonsei University,Seoul 120, Korea.
