23个实验小鼠和大鼠近交系的保种研究

从1985年开始,陆续从国外实验动物著名机构引进常用近交系小鼠共23个品系(亚系和亚群)。在多年来保种繁殖过程中,根据修饰平行线系统选择留种动物,同时对动物进行全兄妹近亲交配繁殖,保持完整的谱系记录,控制饲养环境条件,成功地保持了绝大多数品系。同时对多数品系的繁殖性能和体重增长进行了观察,为这些品系的实验应用提供基本参数。     

江淮稻区稻象虫生物学、生态学的研究

在扬州地区,稻象虫一年发生1代。以老熟幼虫越冬,其越冬存活率免耕田>少耕田>常规耕田,肾发育的高低温临界点为38．16℃和9．84℃,最适发育温度26.52℃,有效积温117.8日度,每头稻虫产卵卵3-29粒,平均18．8粒;成虫羽化后17-31天为产卵盛期;产卵孔平均高度为4.1±1.5cm,水象下卵孔占28．6％：产卵孔与取食孔特征不同．卵期7±1．8天．成,幼虫的各群空间格局基本属密集颁布（仅x^-≤3时的成虫种群为随机分布)．单季稻的为害重于双季稻;沙质土壤的发生量多于粘壤土,稻—麦（油菜）两熟制田的为害显重于稻-稻麦(油菜）三熟制田。     

沙门氏菌增菌培养基中细菌混合培养生长动力学的试验研究

本文就甘露醇亚硒酸盐和亚硒酸盐两种增菌培养基对沙门氏菌各血清变型的选择性增菌作用作了研究。研究述及37℃下沙门氏菌与埃希氏大肠杆菌、绿脓杆菌、普通变形杆菌三种竞争菌混合培养生长动力学过程,测出了评价增菌培养基优劣的客观指标EI值;按沙门氏菌传统分离方法,对加有终浓度为10~1、10~2、10~4、10~6、10~8个活菌/毫升的沙门氏菌株与正常人大便的两种增菌培养基,经37℃下孵育20至24小时后作SS琼脂平板划线分离和沙门氏菌血清学鉴定。通过两种培养基EI值及沙门氏菌分离结果的比较证实,甘露醇亚硒酸盐培养基对沙门氏菌株的选择性增菌作用明显优越于亚硒酸盐培养基(P<0.001)。     

PRELIMINARY STUDY ON INCREASING GROWTH AND REJUVENATION FOR OSSIFIED EELS WITH THE MICROECOLOGICS

This paper was adopting intestinal normal microbiota: Micrococcus tntestinalt, sp. and Beneckea campbell, and were prepared to microecologics, also gave a rebuild of intestinal micro ecospecies for ossified eels, and research effect of increasing growth and rejuvenation to them, by the microecologics. Moreover, specially to set up double-control, including a thyroideum medicament and an empty test group, for the comparison and analysis. Our results show that the intestinal microecologics of eel, for increasing growth and rejuvenation to ossified eels, that are botth achieve striking effect. But looked the thyroideum for increasing growth to ossified eels were be very effective. Nevertheless, which for rejuvenation was failed to take effect.Furthermore, we inc-lined to believe that the could be possible still significance of effect, if again added intestinal obligate anserobes of adult eels, and the cerebiogen into this microecologics.     

动物胃粘膜提取物对双歧杆菌的促生长作用

本文阐述了不同浓度的动物胃粘膜提取物对双歧杆菌生长繁殖的影响。试验结果表明,胃粘膜提取物对双歧杆菌有明显的促进作用,而且随着浓度增加为1％时,其菌数为4.45亿/ml,而不加提取物的菌数为2.53亿/ml,加胃粘膜提取物的比不加的菌数增长175.9％,促生长作用明显。证明胃粘膜提取物中含有促进双歧杆菌生长因子。     

抗人IgG Fc片段及Fab段单抗的鉴定及应用

本实验采用木瓜酶水解,SPA柱亲合层析等手段得到人IgGFc段及Fab段,以Sigma抗人IgGfFc段和抗人IgG Fab段单抗为标准品,鉴定了细胞库中抗人IgG系列的部分细胞株,得到特异性分泌抗人IgG Fc段和抗人IgG Fab段单抗的细胞各一株。 在上述实验基础上,用抗人IgG Fc及抗人IgG Fab单抗分别制备了Sepharose4B亲合层析柱,提纯了酶解人IgG Fc、Fab片段,经ELISA法鉴定,相互之间无交叉反应。同时用此方法制备了人抗HBe Fab片段,并将该片段进行了过氧化物酶标记,用来配制HBe ELISA诊断盒,证明其生物活性未受影响,而且消除了类风湿因子引起的HBe Ag假阳性现象。因抗HBe单抗来源困难,如采用HBe多抗制备ELISA试剂,本法将是提高质量的一个好方法。     

Dieckol,a natural polyphenolic drug,inhibits the proliferation and migration of colon cancer cells by inhibiting PI3K,AKT, and mTOR phosphorylation

This study investigated that dieckol (DKL), a natural drug, inhibits colon cancer cell proliferation and migration by inhibiting phosphoinositide-3-kinase (PI3K), protein kinase B (AKT), and mammalian target of rapamycin (mTOR) phosphorylation in HCT-116 cells. The cells were treated with DKL in various concentrations (32 and 50 μM) for 24 h and then analyzed for various experiments. MTT (tetrazolium bromide) and crystal violet assay investigated DKL-mediated cytotoxicity. Dichlorodihydrofluorescein diacetate staining was used to assess the reactive oxygen species (ROS) measurement, and apoptotic changes were studied by dual acridine orange and ethidium bromide staining. Protein expression of cell survival, cell cycle, proliferation, and apoptosis protein was evaluated by western blot analysis. Results indicated that DKL produces significant cytotoxicity in HCT-116, and the half-maximal inhibitory concentration was found to be 32 μM for 24-h incubation. Moreover, effective production of ROS and enhanced apoptotic signs were observed upon DKL treatment in HCT-116. DKL induces the expression of phosphorylated PI3K, AKT, and mToR-associated enhanced expression of cyclin-D1, proliferating cell nuclear antigen, cyclin-dependent kinase (CDK)-4, CDK-6, and Bcl-2 in HCT-116. In addition, proapoptotic proteins such as Bax, caspase-9, and caspase-3 were significantly enhanced by DKL treatment in HCT-116. Hence, DKL has been considered a chemotherapeutic drug by impeding the expression of PI3K-, AKT-, and mTOR-mediated inhibition of proliferation and cell cycle-regulating proteins.     

A New Antiroll Device for Cryostat Wax Sectioning

A new antiroll device has been developed to replace the antiroll guide plate for cryostat wax sectioning. With this device, a continuous ribbon of 3-4 μm sections can be obtained. The sections are flat, uncreased. and compression is reduced to a minimum.
