中药马蓝叶及其混乱品的比较鉴别

马蓝叶是加工传统中药青黛的主要原料。为了确保药材质量,作者对中药马蓝叶及其混乱品种球花马蓝、疏花马蓝、广西马蓝的原植物、药材性状、叶组织显微特征和薄层层析鉴别等进行了研究。指出其混乱品种虽与马蓝叶是同属植物,但不含马蓝叶的有效成分靛玉红,应仔细鉴别,不宜混用。     

畜牧业在农业生态系统中的地位——窦店畜牧业的系统分析

本研究把畜牧业看作整个农业生态系统中的一个亚系统,定量分析了各种畜禽对能量、蛋白质和营养物质的转化效率,分析了畜牧亚系统与其它亚系统间以及与环境间的能量与物质的交流,从而对窦店畜牧业的生产力水平及其在整个农业生态系统中的地位做出客观评价,对畜牧结构的调整提出了建议,并讨论了农区畜牧业和农业生态系统的开放等问题。     

固定化酶的微环境效应—载体离子基团性质的影响

作者合成了阴离子型和阳离子型葡聚糖,以此为载体,用CNBr活化其剩余羟基,固定化了葡萄糖淀粉酶和葡萄糖异构酶。就离子型载体对固定化酶的蛋白载量、最适pH和热稳定性等的影响做了考察。发现固定化酶的蛋白载量不仅与载体的电性质有关,也与酶分子自身的电性质有关。当载体电性质与酶蛋白电性质相反时,固定化酶的蛋白载量增加,热稳定性提高、载体电性质与酶蛋白电性质相同时,固定化酶的蛋白载量不变或下降,其热稳定性不变。作者还发现当离子型载体孔度和体系缓冲液浓度一定时,酶分子能否进入多孔性载体内部,对其最适pH是否变化影响极大。若酶分子仅被连接在载体的外表层,其最适pH不发生变化,反之亦然。作者还观察到当多糖类载体引入氨基或羧基后,大大增强了其抵抗微生物侵蚀的能力。     

Mobilization of calcium from intracellular stores as one of the mechanisms underlying the antiopioid effect of cholecystokinin octapeptide.

In enzymatically dissociated brain cells prepared from neonatal rats, KCl produced a significant increase in [Ca2+]i and this increase could be prevented by verapamil or nifedipine, known to block voltage-sensitive calcium channels. The opioid receptor agonists ohmefentanyl (OMF, mu agonist), [D-Pen2,D-Pen5]enkephalin (DPDPE, delta agonist), and 66A-078 (kappa agonist) produced a marked suppression of the Ca2+ influx induced by high K+ depolarization. The suppressive effect of OMF, DPDPE, and 66A-078 on the high K(+)-induced increase in [Ca2+]i was markedly reversed by their respective antagonists beta-funaltrexamine (beta-FNA), ICI174864, and nor-binaltorphimine (nor-BNI). Cholecystokinin octapeptide (CCK-8), at concentrations of 0.3, 3.0, and 30 nM, dose-dependently mobilized Ca2+ from intracellular stores. While CCK-8 30 nM did not affect significantly the increase of [Ca2+]i following high K+, it did reverse the suppression of the high K(+)-induced increase in [Ca2+]i by the mu agonist OMF and the kappa agonist 66A-078, but not that by the delta agonist DPDPE. The results suggested that while opioid ligands suppress [Ca2+]i by blocking voltage-operated Ca2+ influx, the antiopioid effect of CCK-8 seems to be operated via mobilization of Ca2+ from intracellular stores.     

白腹锦鸡机体营养成分的分析与探讨

本文报道笼养和野生白腹锦鸡机体营养成分及其差异。分析表明,笼养的比野生种营养成分含量高的有:腿肌蛋白质高11％,胸肌、腿肌、全血的氨基酸分别高2.64％,1.39％和4.68％,胸肌、腿肌和肝脏的碳水化合物分别高0.076％、0.092％和3.962％,胸肌和腿肌的维生素A分别高188.63和84.09 I.U.,胸肌和腿肌的维生素D分别高47.2和12.8 I.U.。但是胸肌蛋白质含量笼养的比野生的低26％。     

A genetic linkage map of 96 loci on the short arm of human chromosome 3.

We constructed a genetic map of 96 loci on the short arm of human chromosome 3 (3p) in 59 families provided by the Centre d'Etude du Polymorphisme Humaine (CEPH). Twenty-nine continuously linked loci were placed on the map with likelihood support of at least 1000:1; one locus, D3S213, was placed on the map with likelihood support of 871:1; D3Z1, an alpha satellite centromeric repeat probe, was placed on the map with likelihood support of 159:1; 65 loci were assigned regional locations. The average heterozygosity of the uniquely ordered markers was 49%. The map extends from 3p26, the terminal band of 3p, to the centromere (from D3S211 to D3Z1). Multipoint linkage analysis indicated that the male, female, and sex-averaged maps extend for 102, 147, and 116 cM, respectively. The mean genetic distance between uniquely ordered loci on the sex-averaged map was 4.0 cM. Probe density was greatest for the region of 3p between D3F15S2e and the telomere. The sex-averaged map contained two intervals greater than 10 cM. Seventeen probes were localized by fluorescence in situ hybridization. The loci described in this report will be useful in building an integrated genetic and physical map of this chromosome.     

Localized membrane depolarizations and localized calcium influx during electric field-guided neurite growth.

Our study explores the mechanisms behind neurite galvanotropism. Using phase, differential interference contrast and ratiometric fluorescence microscopy, we reveal four responses of N1E-115 mouse neuroblastoma cells to 0.1-1.0 mV/microns uniform DC electric fields: cathode-directed neurite initiation and elongation, cathode-biased growth cone filopodial protrusions, transient cathode-localized calcium increases, and persistent cathode-localized membrane depolarizations. These newly demonstrated events are temporally and spatially correlated, suggesting that they are causally related. The calcium increases are prevented by calcium channel blockers and by the removal of extracellular calcium. We therefore propose that the observed field-induced membrane depolarizations activate voltage-dependent calcium channels, resulting in cathode-localized calcium influx. This, in turn, may initiate the observed cathode-biased growth cone filopodial protrusions, followed by the cathode-directed neurite elongation.     

Gastric effects of thyrotropin-releasing hormone microinjected into the dorsal vagal nucleus in cats

We investigated the gastric acid secretory and motility responses to microinjection of thyrotropin-releasing hormone (TRH) into the dorsal motor nucleus of the vagus (DMV) in anesthetized cats. Gastric acid output was collected every 15 min through a gastric cannula after saline flush and titrated to pH 7.0. Antral and corpus contractions were continuously recorded by extraluminal force transducers. TRH dissolved in 200 nl of saline and microinjected unilaterally into the DMV induced a dose-dependent (50-200 ng) increase in gastric acid secretion. The acid secretory response began in the first 15 min collection and lasted 45 min. TRH frequently increased the force of contractions of the antrum and corpus within one minute of microinjection. The minimal effective dose for eliciting increased motility was lower than for inducing acid secretion. These results demonstrate that TRH acts in the DMV of cats to stimulate gastric acid secretion and contractions.     

Simultaneous bilateral forearm revascularization

A successful simultaneous bilateral forearm revascularization was performed on a 17-year-old boy. Functional recovery of both forearms was evaluated 42 months after injury. The patient can use both hands for the activities of daily living. So far, he has been employed and has no significant psychological problems. Temporary intraluminal silicone shunts are extremely helpful for reducing ischemic damage to the injured limb. The sufficient skeletal shortening of the upper limb replantation is crucially important. The wounds must be managed by aggressive and repeated debridement. Accurate primary nerve repair is essential, and the early postoperative rehabilitation is also important to achieve a satisfactory functional return. The functional replanted or revascularized upper extremity is superior to an amputation or prosthesis, especially in the cases of bilateral upper extremity amputation or devascularization.
