<正> 本文报道以pAT153质粒为载体克隆的adr亚型乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)全基因的限制性内切酶图谱。重组质粒已命名为pHBV-NCl。重组质粒的提取和酶解采用常规方法。限制性内切酶为Bio-Labs公司产品。用Sepharcry S-1000纯化得到的质粒,经电泳鉴定都是完整的超螺旋DNA。经过鉴定其BamHⅠ、XhoⅠ、XbaⅠ、SstⅡ、SphⅠ、BglⅠ、BglⅡ、BstEⅡ、AceⅠ、AvaⅠ、HincⅡ、HpaⅠ等12种酶的21个切口已被定位。其中XhoⅠ、XbaⅠ、SstⅡ、     

Localization of a beta-crystallin gene, Hu beta A3/A1 (gene symbol: CRYB1), to the long arm of human chromosome 17

We have assigned a human beta-crystallin gene, Hu beta A3/A1 (gene symbol: CRYB1), to chromosome 17 using a panel of 19 human-hamster somatic cell hybrids and blot-hybridization analysis of cell hybrid DNA. Positive probe-hybridization signal was detected in a hybrid that had lost the short arm of human chromosome 17 but retained the long arm, translocated to a hamster chromosome. In addition, in situ hybridization analysis of metaphase chromosome spreads of this cell line suggested that the most probable location for CRYB1 is on the long arm of chromosome 17, in the region q21.     

水稻、小麦、油菜和烟草细胞质雄性不育系统中组分Ⅰ蛋白的比较分析

组分Ⅰ蛋白(RuBP羧化酶/加氧酶)的生物合成系由叶绿体基因和细胞核基因共同控制,所以,被作为研究细胞质遗传的标记。本实验用免疫化学和氨基酸成分分析等方法,对水稻(珍汕97)、小麦(繁7)、油菜(湘矮早)和烟草(G28)的细胞质雄性不育系及其保持系的组分Ⅰ蛋白作了比较,同时对不同作物的组分Ⅰ蛋白也作了免疫鉴定。结果表明,细胞质雄性不育系及其保持系的组分Ⅰ蛋白差异不大,但是,四种不同作物的组分Ⅰ蛋白之间有明显差异。     

河北阳原—蔚县晚上新世兔形类化石

本文记述河北阳原——蔚县晚上新世小哺乳动物群中的兔形类化石共3属5种:Pliopent-alagus nihewanensis sp.nov.,Hypolagus sohreuderi,Ochotona cf.lagrelii,Ochotona minor和Ochotona erythrotis.。对首次发现于亚洲的Pliopentalagus进行了起源和演化方面的探讨;并就华北上新世一早更新世常见的Hypolagus作了一些评述。本文指出:Hypolagus—Plio-pentalagus组合已延至早维拉方期;Ochotona lagrelii—Ochotona minor则为已知的最晚代表。     

Plant regeneration from embryogenic callus initiated from immature inflorescences of several high-tannin sorghums

A procedure was established for the induction of regenerable calli from immature inflorescence segments of high-tannin cultivars of sorghum (Sorghum bicolor (L.) Moench). Murashige & Skoog's medium with several components altered was utilized for inducing, maintaining, and regenerating the cultures. Embryogenic calli formed at a frequency of 8–70% depending on the genotype. During a ten-month period, 3600 plants were regenerated from eight genotypes tested. Among the developmental stages of immature inflorescence tested (from differentiation of secondary branch primordia to floret formation) no critical differences were found in potential for callusing, embryogenesis or regeneration. 泥鳅精子入卵的动力作用

在扫描电镜下,泥鳅成熟卵卵膜孔外围呈现完整的左涡旋状结构,受精时精子是顺着涡旋的流线进入卵膜孔。涡旋纹理接近对数螺线。本文分析了真骨鱼类的受精因素,除已知的化学因素外,还存在物理因素。也讨论了泥鳅成熟卵卵膜孔形态形成的必然性。     

慢性缺氧对肺动脉内皮依赖性和非内皮依赖性舒张反应的影响

本实验用生物测定法观察了模拟海拔5000m高度连续缺氧20d对大鼠肺动脉内皮依赖性和非内皮依赖性舒张反应的影响。结果显示慢性缺氧明显抑制了肺内和肺外动脉对乙酰胆碱、ATP、硝普钠和异丙肾上腺素舒张反应的敏感性和反应性。在浓度为10~(-6)mol/L时,缺氧组大鼠肺内动脉对乙酰胆碱、硝普钠和异丙肾上腺素的舒张反应分别只有对照组大鼠的61.3％、75.9％和61.7％,对浓度为1.8×10~(-5)mol/L的ATP的舒张反应只有对照组大鼠的64.9％。研究表明,ATP和乙酰胆碱主要是通过内皮舒张因子使肺动脉产生内皮依赖性舒张反应,硝普钠和异丙肾上腺素分别通过直接激活血管平滑肌细胞鸟苷酸环化酶和β受体使血管产生非内皮依赖性舒张反应。缺氧同时抑制了肺动脉内皮依赖性和非内皮依赖性舒张反应,提示慢性缺氧可能抑制了正常肺内舒血管活性物质的生理作用。     

柑桔果实中柠檬苦素类化合物的研究现状与展望

柠檬苦素类似物（ｌｉｍｏｎｏｉｄ）是三萜类的植物次生代谢产物,主要存在于芸香科和楝科植物中。柠檬苦素（ｌｉｍｏｎｉｎ）及其类似物存在于柑桔属（Ｃｉｔｒｕｓ）的多种植物中。至今已从柑桔属植物中分离出３６种柠檬苦素类似物及１７种柠檬苦素类似物配糖体。柑桔中苦味原因之一为柠檬苦素类似物。作为其代表具有强烈苦味的柠檬苦素和诺米林如果在柑桔果汁中含量超过６ｍｇ／Ｌ,那么这种柑桔用于饮食业已不适合［１］。近年来,笔者对柑桔果实中的柠檬苦素类似物的生理变化及生物合成作过系统研究［１～９］,并提出将柠檬苦素类似…
