本文是从棉籽饼粕中,应用732阳离子树脂柱提取碱性氨基酸。研究结果表明,碱性氨基酸与中性氨基酸之间交叉部分较小。因此,本法即简化了提取工序,又缩短了操作时间,大大提高了氨基酸的分离效果。  相似文献

黑长臂猿(Hylobatesconcolor)是长臂猿科中较为原始的类群,对其野外行为生态习性近年来已有所报道,但意见不一。本文根据近两年的野外观察,认为黑长臂猿的群体大小为4.3±1.0只,(范围3—6,n=7),群体组成为1成年雄性,1—2成年雌性,1—3后代个体,群体之大小除与其本身的特点有关外,还与其赖以生存的生境条件好坏有关。  相似文献

The 37-kDa laminin receptor precursor/67-kDa laminin receptor (LRP/LR, also known as ribosomal protein SA, RPSA) has been reported to be involved in cancer development and prion internalization. Previous studies have shown that the LRP/LR is expressed in a wide variety of tissues. In particular, expression of LRP/LR mRNA may be closely related to the degree of PrPSc propagation. This study presents a detailed investigation of the LRP/LR mRNA expression levels in eleven normal ovine tissues. Using real-time quantitative PCR, the highest LRP/LR expression was found in neocortex (p < 0.05). Slightly lower levels were found in the heart and obex. Intermediate levels were seen in hippocampus, cerebellum, spleen, thalamus, mesenteric lymph node, and the lowest levels were present in liver, kidney, and lung. In general, the LRP/LR mRNA levels were much higher in neuronal tissues than in peripheral tissues. The observation that differences in LRP/LR mRNA expression levels are consistent with the corresponding variation in PrPSc accumulation suggests that the 37-kDa/67-kDa laminin receptor may be involved in the regulation of PrPSc propagation.  相似文献

Abstract

1-α-Methylarabinose was converted, in three steps, to 2-deoxy-2-methyleneribose derivative 3, which was subjected to hydroboration to give 2-α-hydroxymethyl derivative 4 exclusively. 4 was converted to 2,4-bis(hydroxymethyl)ribose derivative 6 in four steps. Mesylation, detritylation, and ring closure, followed by hydrolysis of the mesyl group at O5, gave 3,6-dioxabicyclo[3,2,1]octane derivative 8. After acetylation, 8 was coupled with silylated 6-chloropurine to give desired α- and β-bicyclic-sugar nucleosides.  相似文献

Abstract

An enantioselective approach towards the synthesis of optically pure cyclohexene nucleosides 3 has been developed starting from (R)-carvone. The key steps are the regio- and stereoselective hydroboration of an exo double bond, the selective reduction of an enone intermediate and introduction of a base moiety by Mitsunobu reaction. Conformational analysis showed that the adenine base adopts predominantly in a pseudo-axial position.  相似文献

Zea mays (Z. mays) is one of the main cereal crops in the world, and it′s by-products have exhibited medicinal properties to explore. This article intends to review the chemical compositions and pharmacological activities of by-products of Z. mays (corn silks, roots, bract, stems, bran, and leaves) which support the therapeutic potential in the treatment of different diseases, with emphasis on the natural occurring compounds and detailed pharmacological developments. Based on this review, 231 natural compounds are presented. Among them, flavonoids, terpenes, phenylpropanoids, and alkaloids are the most frequently reported. The by-products of Z. mays possess diuretic effects, hepatoprotective, anti-diabetic, antioxidant, neuroprotective, anti-inflammatory, anti-cancer, plant protection activity, and other activities. This article reviewed the phytochemistry and pharmacological activities of Z. mays for comprehensive quality control and the safety and effectiveness to enhance future application.  相似文献

To validate whether down‐regulation of microRNA‐203 (miR‐203) in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) is involved in HCC progression by targeting survivin. MiR‐203 mimics was transfected into HepG2 cells to enhance miR‐203 expression, and miR‐203 inhibitor was transfected into HepG2 cells to inhibit miR‐203 expression. The effect of up‐regulation and down‐regulation of miR‐203 on survivin expression of HepG2 cells was evaluated using Western blot assay. The effect of miR‐203 or survivin expression on the proliferation of HepG2 cells was detected using the CKK‐8 assay. Over‐expression of miR‐203 significantly inhibited the expression of survivin in HepG2 cells (p < 0·05), and down‐expression of miR‐203 significantly promoted the expression of survivin in HepG2 cells (p < 0·05). Both over‐expression of miR‐203 and down‐regulation of survivin suppressed proliferation of HepG2 cells significantly compared with negative control. A series of shikonin derivatives, selectively acylated by various fluorinated carboxylic acids at the side chain of shikonin, were synthesized and their anticancer activity evaluated, in which eight compounds are reported for the first time. Among all the compounds tested, compound S7 showed the most potent anticancer activity against B16‐F10 (malignant melanoma cells), MG63 (human osteosarcoma cells), and A549 (lung cancer cells) with IC50 0.39 ± 0.01, 0.72 ± 0.04 and 0.58 ± 0.02 µmol/L. Docking simulation of compound S7 was carried out to position S7 into a tubulin active site to determine the probable binding conformation.
