Structural Identification of Kudinchagenin I

A novel triterpenoid, kudinchagenin Ⅰ was isolated from the leaves of Ilex kudincha C. J. Tseng and its structure was determined to be 3β-hydroxy- 11 (12), 13 ( 18 ), 19 ( 29 ) - triene-28,20β-lactonic-ursane by a combination of spectroscopic methods and single crystal X-ray analysis.     

Observations on the Ultrastructure of the Root Nodules and Its Endophyte of Elaeagnus mollis Diels

The ultrastructure of the root nodule infecting cell of Elaeagnus mollis Diels and its shapes of the endophyte were observed by light microscope, scanning electron microscope and transmission electron microscope. The endophyte in the root nodules of Elaeagnus mollis D. has five different developing forms: hyphae, nitrogen fixing vesicles, sporangia, sporangio-spores and bacteroid-like cells. The roles played by the different forms of the endophytes in symbiotic nitrogen fixation arc discussed also.     

The Isolation and Identification of Phytoecdysones from Dacrydium pierrei Hickel

Three crystals were isolated from the bark of Dacrydium pierrei Hickel and were identified by melting point spectral data (UV, IR, MS, NMR) and GC. Hplc. Crystal Ⅰ is β-ecdysone, Crystal Ⅱ is a jugasterone C. Crystal Ⅲ consists of ponasterone A (ⅢA) and a new phytoecdysone named dacryhainansterone (ⅢB). Total yield of three crystals is 0.4%.

以两年全国北方夏灭迹主区试资料,用Ｅｂｅｒｈａｒｔ法、Ｔａｉ及变异系数法对陕资１号进行稳定性分析。分析结果与区试、生产示范的实际情况吻合,充分表明陕资１号产高、稳定性好,抗逆性强,适应范围广,是具有一定发展前任的优良杂种。
