土壤水分亏缺对春小麦根系干物质累积和分配的影响

在人工气候室中进行实验,实施光、温自动控制,研究了土壤水分对春小麦根系干物质积累和分配的影响,３个处理是春小科整个生长发育期内土壤水分分别控制在田间持水量的３０％,６０％,９０％,实验结果表明,在四叶一心－抽穗开花期间,３个处理气孔阻力逐渐降低,光合速率蒸腾速度逐渐上升,其中,中等水分条件下蒸腾速率明显低于充分供水,而光合速率则接近或显著高于是。抽一开花期,下层以根长,根竽中等水分处理显著高于其余     

不同视觉经验中zif268基因的表达模式

zif268基因编码一转录因子ZIF268. 在发育的视皮层中,zif268基因的表达模式受发育的调节. 在具有正常视觉经验的视皮层中,zif268基因有较高水平的表达. 视觉废置后,视皮层内该基因的表达水平显著降低. 通过视觉刺激可显著增强该基因的表达. 有关zif268基因表达模式的研究对于阐明该基因在哺乳动物视觉系统中的生理功能起到借鉴的作用.     

控灌对小麦植株体内激素含量与籽粒灌浆速率的影响

利用防雨棚研究了控灌对小麦植株体内激素含量与籽粒不乐速率的影响。结果表明：随控水加重,小麦旗叶、根系和籽粒中ＡＢＡ含量迅速达到高峰,然后快速降低;控水愈重,ｉ－ＰＡｓ峰值和籽粒灌浆速率峰值出现愈早,尔后下降,从而加速了植株衰老进程,导致产量降低。籽粒灌浆速率变化与旗叶,根主籽粒中激素含量变化呈极显著相关,且上述性状在相对含水量６０％处理下与８０％（对照）相比无显著差异,从而为小麦节水栽培提供了依据     

柄锈菌属中国种补充记载

本文报告了柄锈菌属4个中国新记录。它们是羊角芹柄锈菌Pucciniaaegopodii（Strauss）Roehl．多夫勒柄锈菌PucciniadovrensisBlytt、大谷柄锈菌PucciniaotanianaHirats．和艾菊柄锈菌狭叶青蒿变种PucciniatanacetiDC．var．dracunculina（Fahrend）Cummins。形态特征描述是基于中国的材料。附有简要讨论和线条图。     

酵母金属硫蛋白对酵母和小鼠抗γ射线损伤的作用

酿酒酵母BD101菌株的金属硫蛋白能清除羟基自由基。含金属硫蛋白的酵母菌有拮抗60Coγ射线的作用。用计数血液中血小板（PLT）、白细胞（WBC）变化来研究酵母Cu－MT在小鼠γ射线损伤中的作用。结果表明,该菌Cu－MT对PLT降低的改善和回升有作用。但未观察到其对WBC总数变化的影响。提示酿酒酵母Cu－MT在临床放射病治疗和放疗后抗出血方面有良好的应用前景。     

RAPD Study on Inter species Relationships in Roegneria (Poaceae: Triticeae)

To assess the relationships among 26 species in Roegneria C. Koch, 34 random decamer primers were screened for RAPD fragments. 28 primers produced polymorphic RAPD products. Data from 16 primers were used for RAPD assay. By NTSYS-pc program, Jaccard' s genetic similarity coefficients were generated and dendrogram was constructed using UPGMA. It is concluded as follows: (1) Distinct genetic differences and extensive genetic diversity were present among the species. (2) There were some genetic differences between StY and StYH genomes, and StY and StYH had a certain degree of differentiations respectively which were related to geographic regions, the farther the geographic distribution between species, the less the similarity to each other. (3) When different accessions in a species, such as species with similar morphological characters, homologous genomes and similar geographic distribution, were clustered together respectively, it suggusted that they had closer relationships. (4) The awnless species R. alashanica Keng and R. magnicaespes (D. F. Cui) L. B. Cai, in Roegneria, were separated from the other species analysed in this study, indicating that these two species had intensive genetic differences from the others. (5) R. caucasica C. Koch, a species from Western Asia, was quite different from the other species contained StY genomes in Roegneria from Eastern Asia and Central Asia. (6) The results were in consistance with that of the analysis of morphology and chromosome pairing in the taxonomic treatments for R. ciliaris (Trin) Nevski and R. japonensis (Honda) Keng, R. tenuispica J. L. Yang et Y. H. Zhou and R. pendulina Nevski, and R. tsukushiensis (Honda) Ohwi and R. kamoji Ohwi. The present study discussed the usefulness of RAPD markers in the systematic study of Roegneria.     

Biological Characterization of Heat-stable Antifreeze Proteins from Leaves of Ammopiptanthus mongolicus

Antifreeze protein(afp) was purified from the heat stable proteins in the leaves of Ammopiptanthus mongolicus (Maxim.) Cheng f. by two-dimensional electrophoresis-electrophoretic elution. Its molecular weight and pi are about 40 kD and 9.0 respectively, and its thermal hysteresis activity (THA) is 0.9 ℃ at 20 g/L. afp is different from other antifreeze proteins. The N-terminal 20 amino acids of afp is SDDLSFTFNKFVPCQTDILF. alp is abundant in leaves and may play an important role in the antifreeze process in A. mongolicus during the period of ovenwintering.     

蛋白激酶C抑制剂对U937细胞清道夫受体功能的影响

为了解细胞内蛋白质磷酸化水平对清道夫受体功能的影响,用蛋白激酶Ｃ抑掉剂形孢菌素（ｓｔａｕｒｏｓｐｏｒｉｎｅ,ＳＴＡ）处理人Ｕ９３７细胞,分别测定对照组和处理组细胞对碘标记的氧化低密度脂蛋白（＾１２５Ｉ）ｏｘ－ＬＤＬ的降解,结合,细胞表面受体复合物的内移以及细胞内脂质蓄积的程度,并利用放射自显影方法观察药物对细胞表面受体表达的影响,结果发现ＳＴＡ可以促进细胞结合（＾１２５Ｉ）ｏｘ－ＬＤＬ增加细胞表面     

Gene therapy for rat renal anemia with implantation of erythropoietin-transgenic myoblasts

To investigate whether an erythropoietin (EPO) gene-based therapy could serve as an alternative to the repeated injection of rhEPO in treatment to renal anemia, the genetically modified myoblasts of rats, named Myo/ EPO, were implanted through intramuscular injection to model rats with renal anemia. The hemoglobin (Hb) and hematocrit (HCT) of the rats increased from (92. 5±3.0) g/L and 0.29 ±0.04 to the peak values of (103.8 ±5.0) g/L and 0. 32 ±0. 04 respectively 14 d after implantation, and sustained the pre-implantation level for 90 d. Otherwise, the control rats implanted with Myo/X, which carried the parent retroviral vector, gradually became severe in anemia. The PCR detection for hEPO cDNA in the rat muscle adjacent to injection sites indicated that the Myo/EPO cells survived for a long period in the muscle of rats. The results primarily demonstrate that myoblast gene transfer of EPO is effective for the treatment of rat renal anemia.     

利用Inverse PCR快速筛选单个T-DNA拷贝转基因水稻植株的方法

为了获得单个T-DNA插入拷贝的植株, 我们建立了一套利用Inverse PCR(IPCR)快速检测转基因水稻中T-DNA拷贝数的方法。用IPCR的方法可以扩增出与已知T-DNA序列相邻的水稻基因组DNA未知序列,由此推测转基因水稻植株中T-DNA的拷贝数。我们共对15个转化株系20棵不同植株的DNA进行了IPCR检测。其中12株表现为T-DNA单拷贝插入,3株为双拷贝插入,1株为三拷贝插入。另外4株未检测到T-DNA插入拷贝。IPCR分析结果经过Southern杂交和测序的验证。
