The criteria of max VO2 and max O2D which are traditionally used in studying aerobic and anaerobic work capacity, have the different dimensions. While max VO2 is an index of the power of aerobic energy output, max O2D assesses the capacity of anaerobic sources. For a comprehensive assessment of physical working capacity of athletes, both aerobic and anaerobic capabilities should be represented in three dimensions, i.e. in indexes of power, capacity and efficiency. Experimental procedures have been developed for assessing these three parameters in treadmill running tests. It is proposed to assess anaerobic power by measuring excess CO2, concurrently with determination of max VO2. Maximal aerobic capacity is established as the product of max VO2 by the time of max VO2 maintenance determined in a special test with running at critical speed. The erogmetric criteria derived on the basis of the tests proposed, may be used for systematization of various physical work loads.  相似文献

Distribution in dynamics of [1-14C]N-palmitoyl ethanolamine in the subcellular fractions of neuroblastoma C1300 N18 has been studied. It is shown that distribution dynamics of the label is different depending on subcellular fractions. The level of the label in cytoplasm 15 min after incubation reaches the value which remains constant till the end of the experiment. In the microsomal fraction the label is accumulated with time and becomes maximum at the end of the experiment. The highest amount of the label in the plasma membrane has been found 15 min later and then its amount falls. Parallel with this the amount of free fatty acids grows and then begins to fall simultaneously with an increase of the amount of esterified fatty acids. A considerable amount of the label of fatty acids has been determined 15 min later in the composition of di- and triglycerides of cytosol and microsomal fraction.  相似文献

In our previous studies we have described the non-equilibrium binding of hydrogen ions to the membranes upon induction of transmembrane proton flux in the model system (BLM) and in mitochondria. In 2009 the investigation program aimed to find uncouplers selectively interacting with the non-equilibrium bound protons was started. This study is devoted to a new representative of this class of uncouplers. The effect of respiratory stimulation evoked by this compound can be suppressed by 50–90% through the elimination of non-equilibrium fraction of protons associated with the outer side of the inner mitochondrial membrane. The peculiarity of this compound results from its belonging to the class of quinones with a high affinity to lipid membranes. It becomes a weak acid (hydroquinone) only after reduction. The formation of hydroquinone in the mitochondria determines the observed effect of respiratory stimulation. Thus, the artificial induction of interaction between redox-reactions and reactions of proton association and dissociation occurring on the surface of the inner mitochondrial membrane was demonstrated for the first time.  相似文献

The effect of extracellular calcium binding and temperature of isolation and storage of thymus lymphocytes on their viability was studied. The last was evaluated by the fluorescence intensity of fluoresceindiacetate stained cells and by the intracellular ATP content. The rise of temperature of isolation and storage of lymphocytes from 1 degree to 22 degrees C significantly lowered the intracellular ATP concentration in cells storing in dense suspension [(3-4) x 10(9) lymphocytes/ml]. However, the ATP content in lymphocytes increased as a result of short-term incubation by diluted suspension (3 x 10(7) lymphocytes/ml) at 22 degrees C. The fluorescence of fluorescein introduced into lymphocytes decrease in the presence of 1-5 mM EGTA (EDTA).  相似文献
