添加玉米和水稻秸秆对淹水土壤pH、二氧化碳及交换态铵的影响 总被引:4,自引:0,他引:4
通过温室土壤培养试验,研究了不同添加量玉米和水稻秸秆对淹水土壤pH、CO2及交换态铵的影响.结果表明:在接近中性的土壤中加入秸秆可使土壤pH值降低,4 g·kg-1玉米和水稻秸秆处理的土壤pH值均与对照差异显著(P<0.05),而1 g·kg-1玉米和水稻秸秆处理与对照差异不显著(P>0.05).土壤溶液中的CO2含量随秸秆添加量的增加而增大,1 g·kg-1玉米和水稻秸秆处理的土壤溶液CO2含量最大值分别为35.9%和31.9%(v/v),与对照(25.8%)差异达显著水平(P<0.05),但两者间差异不显著(P>0.05);4 g·kg-1玉米和水稻秸秆处理的土壤溶液CO2含量最大值分别为54.2%和41.8%(v/v),与对照差异极显著(P<0.01),两者间差异也达显著水平(P<0.05).在不施氮肥的情况下,添加秸秆可降低土壤铵态氮浓度,且铵态氮浓度随秸秆添加量的增加而降低,不同添加量处理间差异显著(P<0.05);在施入氮肥的情况下,1 g·kg-1玉米和水稻秸秆处理提高了土壤铵态氮浓度,而4 g·kg-1玉米和水稻秸秆处理降低了土壤铵态氮浓度.无论是否施入氮肥,玉米和水稻秸秆处理的土壤铵态氮浓度差异不显著(P>0.05). 相似文献

Habitat fragmentation and disturbance are two of the most significant drivers of species extinctions in plant populations. The degree of impact of fragmentation on plant populations depends on the level of specificity of plant–animal interactions, as well as on the availability of suitable sites for seedling recruitment. In this study, we describe the population density and structure, pollen limitation and reproductive success of the endangered tropical orchid Myrmecophila christinae, an epiphytic species with a specialized pollination system. We surveyed a total of 14 populations located in a fragmented landscape. Seedling density was related to habitat disturbance and host plant density; while density of juveniles was related to density of adults. Adult and total individual densities were related to habitat affectation. We also found that fragments <1 ha had significantly fewer seedlings, as well as an over‐representation of large adults. On the other hand, fruit production was higher in fragments >10 ha, and fruit set was significantly lower in highly disturbed fragments. Hand pollination experiments showed that M. christinae was pollen limited in all the studied populations, suggesting that pollen limitation is unrelated to habitat disturbance. Overall, our results suggest that fragmentation has affected key demographic features of M. christinae, including reproduction and recruitment. 相似文献

Background
Disease caused by the dengue virus (DENV) is a significant cause of morbidity throughout the world. Although prior research has focused on the association of specific DENV serotypes (DENV-1, DENV-2, DENV-3, and DENV-4) with the development of severe outcomes such as dengue hemorrhagic fever and dengue shock syndrome, relatively little work has correlated other clinical manifestations with a particular DENV serotype. The goal of this study was to estimate and compare the prevalence of non-hemorrhagic clinical manifestations of DENV infection by serotype.Methodology and Principal Findings
Between the years 2005–2010, individuals with febrile disease from Peru, Bolivia, Ecuador, and Paraguay were enrolled in an outpatient passive surveillance study. Detailed information regarding clinical signs and symptoms, as well as demographic information, was collected. DENV infection was confirmed in patient sera with polyclonal antibodies in a culture-based immunofluorescence assay, and the infecting serotype was determined by serotype-specific monoclonal antibodies. Differences in the prevalence of individual and organ-system manifestations were compared across DENV serotypes. One thousand seven hundred and sixteen individuals were identified as being infected with DENV-1 (39.8%), DENV-2 (4.3%), DENV-3 (41.5%), or DENV-4 (14.4%). When all four DENV serotypes were compared with each other, individuals infected with DENV-3 had a higher prevalence of musculoskeletal and gastrointestinal manifestations, and individuals infected with DENV-4 had a higher prevalence of respiratory and cutaneous manifestations.Conclusions/Significance

Carbamoyl phosphate synthetase (CPS) from rat liver is proteolitically inactivated at acid pH by broken lysosomes. Inactivation increases when lysosomes are previously incubated with inner mitochondrial membrane, although this mitochondrial fraction does not inactivate CPS 'per se'. The increased degradation is due to membrane factor(s), most probably mitochondrial proteinase(s), solubilized by lysosomal matrix proteinases, after incubation of the inner mitochondrial membrane fraction with broken lysosomes. This (these ) factor(s) degrade(s) CPS and other proteins in the absence of lysosomal proteinases or when these are inhibited by leupeptin, chymostatin and pepstatin. We have also tested the possible regulation of this degradation and found that ATP and, particularly, acetyl glutamate accelerate the degradation of CPS by the factor(s) liberated from the inner mitochondrial membrane. 相似文献

The current distribution of most species results from ecological niche, past distribution, and migrations during glacial–interglacial periods and in situ evolution. Here, we disentangle the colonization history of Saxifraga longifolia Lapeyr., a limestone plant abundant in the Pyrenees and rare in other Iberian mountains and the African Atlas. Our working hypothesis is that the current distribution results from the shrinkage of a more extensive distribution in previous cold periods. We sampled 160 individuals of 32 populations across the whole distribution range and sequenced four DNA regions (rpl32-trnL, rps16-trnQ, trnS-trnG, and ITS). Ecological conditions were modeled to identify factors promoting high genetic diversity and long-term persistence areas for S. longifolia. In addition, we inferred phylogenetic relationships, phylogeographic divergence, genetic diversity, and migration routes. Seven plastid haplotypes were found, of which six occur in the Pyrenees and one in the High Atlas (Morocco). Discrete phylogeographic analysis (DPA) estimated migration routes predominantly from the Pyrenees to the other areas. Colonization events to those areas appear to have taken place recently given that the rest of the Iberian mountains do not harbor exclusive haplotypes. Iberian–Northern African distribution was inferred to be the result of long-distance dispersal because the split between Iberian and High Atlas haplotypes is estimated to have taken place in the last 4 million years ago when the Strait of Gibraltar was already open. Migrations from the Pyrenees to the south may have been favored by a corridor of predominant limestone rocks along Eastern Iberia, followed by successful overcoming the Strait of Gibraltar to reach northern Africa. 相似文献

Thioredoxins (TRXs) are well-known redox signalling players, which carry out post-translational modifications in target proteins. Chloroplast TRXs are divided into different types and have central roles in light energy uptake and the regulation of primary metabolism. The isoforms TRX m1, m2, and m4 from Arabidopsis thaliana are considered functionally related. Knowing their key position in the hub of plant metabolism, we hypothesized that the impairment of the TRX m signalling would not only have harmful consequences on chloroplast metabolism but also at different levels of plant development. To uncover the physiological and developmental processes that depend on TRX m signalling, we carried out a comprehensive study of Arabidopsis single, double, and triple mutants defective in the TRX m1, m2, and m4 proteins. As light and redox signalling are closely linked, we investigated the response to high light (HL) of the plants that are gradually compromised in TRX m signalling. We provide experimental evidence relating the lack of TRX m and the appearance of novel phenotypic features concerning mesophyll structure, stomata biogenesis, and stomatal conductance. We also report new data indicating that the isoforms of TRX m fine-tune the response to HL, including the accumulation of the protective pigment anthocyanin. These results reveal novel signalling functions for the TRX m and underline their importance for plant growth and fulfilment of the acclimation/response to HL conditions. 相似文献

The objective of this study was to establish the relationship between the plasminogen activator inhibitor-1 (PAI-1), antithrombin-III (ATIII), fibrinogen, and white blood cell (WBC) levels in severely obese patients. We analyzed various plasma parameters implicated in the intrinsic and extrinsic coagulation pathway from 34 severely obese patients before and 1, 6, and 12 months after gastric bypass. In obese people, ATIII, fibrinogen, and WBC levels were in the upper limit of the normal range, and all were higher and significantly different from nonobese people. After bariatric surgery, the ATIII level continued to be high during the first month and increased until 12 months, while fibrinogen decreased only at that time. PAI-1 plasma protein and PAI-1 mRNA levels in liver and adipose tissue show similar profiles and had a strong positive correlation (r = 0.576, P = 0.0003 in liver; r = 0.433, P = 0.0004 in adipose tissue). They were higher in obese patients compared with nonobese control, but tended to recover normal values 1 month after surgery. Thus, the liver and adipose tissue could be an important source of PAI-1 protein in plasma. Gastric bypass surgery leads to a normalization of the hematological profile and a decrease in PAI-1 levels, which entails a decrease of risk for thromboembolism in severely obese. 相似文献

Oocytes from Xenopus laevis are commonly used as an expression system for ion channel proteins. The aim of this study was to determine whether oocytes from the Colombian native toad, Bufo marinus, could be used as an alternative expression system for ion channel protein expression and functional characterization using the two-microelectrode voltage clamp method. B. marinus oocytes and X. laevis were isolated and cultured in similar conditions. The mean resting membrane potential of B. marinus oocytes was similar to that of X. laevis oocytes as well as the whole-cell basal currents. The potassium ion channel Kv1.1 was successfully expressed in B. marinus oocytes and showed a typical outward rectifying current. Potassium channel blockers reduced these currents. The similarities on electrical properties and expression of ion channel proteins show that B. marinus oocytes can be used effectively to express these proteins, making these cells a viable heterologous system for the expression of ion channel proteins and their electrophysiological characterization. 相似文献

The synthesis and structure-activity relationship of a series of benzenesulfonamide indole inhibitors of cPLA(2)alpha are described. Substitution of the benzenesulfonamide led to analogues with 50-fold improvement in potency versus the unsubstituted benzenesulfonamide lead compound. Mapping of a higher order protein-DNA complex: two kinds of long-range interactions in lambda attL 总被引:19,自引:0,他引:19
To map the protein-protein and protein-DNA interactions involved in lambda site-specific recombination, Int cleavage assays with suicide substrates, nuclease protection patterns, gel retardation experiments, and quantitative Western blotting were applied to wild-type attL and attL mutants. The results lead to a model in which one IHF molecule bends the attL DNA and forms a higher order complex with the three bivalent Int molecules required for excisive recombination. It is proposed that each of the Int molecules binds in a unique manner: one bridges two DNA binding sites in cis, one is held via its high affinity amino-terminal DNA binding domain, and the third depends upon protein-protein interactions in addition to its low affinity carboxy-terminal DNA binding domain. This protein-DNA complex contains two unsatisfied DNA binding domains, each with a different sequence specificity, and is well suited to specific interactions with an appropriate recombination partner. 相似文献
