Electron microscopic study of Sertoli cells from normal and Misulban-treated rats has been realized during foetal and postnatal life. From 15th day of foetal life, morphological aspects of Sertoli cells plead for a steroidogen activity and protein synthesis. Ultrastructural organels of Sertoli cells are the same in sterile and normal seminiferous tubule, except the Sertoli junctions which are less numerous in sterile tubules and appear later. 相似文献
