Recent research on fabricating scaffold‐type perovskite solar cells on plastic substrates has reported noteworthy progress in replacing the high‐temperature processing of TiO2 scaffolds and compact layers with various low‐temperature processes. Herein, recent progress in the laboratory is reported regarding the development of electrodeposited TiOx compact layers and brookite TiO2 scaffolds, both of which can be processed under 150 °C without greatly sacrificing their photovoltaic performance. Through systematic characterization of device properties and careful optimization of the fabrication conditions, a record‐high 15.76% power conversion efficiency of a plastic TiO2 scaffold‐type perovskite solar cell is demonstrated. In addition, bending durability and preliminary stability tests on this plastic perovskite solar cell show promising results and indicate clear directions for future improvement.  相似文献

In this report, a pivotal improvement in the performance of dye‐sensitized solar cells has been achieved, thus taking it one step closer toward the commercialization. Through the stepwise modification on the anthracene‐based organic sensitizers, the alteration of alkyl to alkoxy chain and incorporation of electron deficient moieties in the new sensitizing dyes TY3 , TY4 , and TY6 are found to play a significant role in the efficiency enhancement. The dye TY6 , when tested under 1 sun (AM 1.5G) illumination, is found to exhibit the best efficiency of 8.08% in the series reported here. Taking it further, sensitizer TY6 achieves a milestone by displaying an efficiency of 28.56% when tested under T5 fluorescent illumination of 6000 lux and 20.72% under same illuminance from a commercial light emitting diode light source. Such an excellent performance can be attributed to its outstanding J SC and V OC, which are characteristic properties of these anthracene dyes.  相似文献

Abstract

It is well known that microRNAs (miRNAs) play important roles in plant physiology, especially in development and stress responses. However, little is known about the role of miRNAs in plant height. In this study, the rice cultivar Shiokari and its dwarf near isogenic line Shiokari-d6 were analysed to identify and characterize plant height-associated miRNAs. This anatomic and morphological investigation revealed that the major cause of the shorter height of Shiokari-d6 is the significantly dis-elongated internodes, particularly the second internode and those underneath it. The results of miRNA microarray profiling and real-time RT-PCR indicated that miR319 is expressed at a significantly higher level in Shiokari-d6 than in Shiokari. Transgenic rice overexpressing miR319 in Oryza sativa L. cv. Tainung 67 generated through Agrobacterium-mediated transformation had a stable dwarf phenotype regardless of whether the plants were from the T1 or T2 generation. We also found that the internodes of miR319-overexpressing rice are shortened, particularly the third internode and those underneath it. Furthermore, we identified three putative miR319 target genes that were previously uncharacterized with expression levels that were negatively correlated with the expression of miR319. In conclusion, miR319 is the first miRNA proposed to be involved in plant height regulation, and its function may influence the elongation of internodes, which leads to decreased plant height.

Pullulanase is a debranching enzyme that specifically hydrolyzes the α‐1,6 glycosidic linkage of α‐glucans, and has wide industrial applications. Here, we report structural and functional studies of a new thermostable pullulanase from Anoxybacillus sp. LM18‐11 (PulA). Based on the hydrolysis products, PulA was classified as a type I pullulanase. It showed maximum activity at 60°C and pH 6.0. Kinetic study showed that the specific activity and Km for pullulan of PulA are 750 U mg?1 and 16.4 μmol L?1, respectively. PulA has a half‐life of 48 h at 60°C. The remarkable thermostability makes PulA valuable for industrial usage. To further investigate the mechanism of the enzyme, we solved the crystal structures of PulA and its complexes with maltotriose and maltotetraose at 1.75–2.22 Å resolution. The PulA structure comprises four domains (N1, N2, A, and C). A is the catalytic domain, in which three conserved catalytic residues were identified (D413, E442, and D526). Two molecules of oligosaccharides were seen in the catalytic A domain in a parallel binding mode. Interestingly, another two oligosaccharides molecules were found between the N1 domain and the loop between the third β‐strand and the third α‐helix in the A domain. Based on sequence alignment and the ligand binding pattern, the N1 domain is identified as a new type of carbohydrate‐binding motif and classified to the CBM68 family. The structure solved here is the first structure of pullulanase which has carbohydrate bound to the N1 domain. Proteins 2014; 82:1685–1693. © 2013 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.  相似文献

We outline and describe steps for a statistically rigorous approach to analyzing probe-level Affymetrix GeneChip data. The approach employs classical linear mixed models and operates on a gene-by-gene basis. Forgoing any attempts at gene presence or absence calls, the method simultaneously considers the data across all chips in an experiment. Primary output includes precise estimates of fold change (some as low as 1.1), their statistical significance, and measures of array and probe variability. The method can accommodate complex experiments involving many kinds of treatments and can test for their effects at the probe level. Furthermore, mismatch probe data can be incorporated in different ways or ignored altogether. Data from an ionizing radiation experiment on human cell lines illustrate the key concepts.  相似文献

Intravenous infusion of prostaglandin A2 (0.24 μg/min) increased intraocular pressure and decreased mean arterial blood pressure in rabbits. This ocular hypertensive response was antagonized by a single topical pretreatment with 0.1 ml of a 1% 1-epinephrine and by pretreatment with intramuscular injections of progesterone (25 mg/kg, twice daily for a total of five injections). These results and others suggested that plasma prostaglandin A or E or both might be involved in the pathogenesis of ocular hypertension in glaucoma.  相似文献

A novel atomic stacking transporting layer (ASTL) based on 2D atomic sheets of titania (Ti1?δO2) is demonstrated in organic–inorganic lead halide perovskite solar cells. The atomically thin ASTL of 2D titania, which is fabricated using a solution‐processed self‐assembly atomic layer‐by‐layer deposition technique, exhibits the unique features of high UV transparency and negligible (or very low) oxygen vacancies, making it a promising electron transporting material in the development of stable and high‐performance perovskite solar cells. In particular, the solution‐processable atomically thin ASTL of 2D titania atomic sheets shows superior inhibition of UV degradation of perovskite solar cell devices, compared to the conventional high‐temperature sintered TiO2 counterpart, which usually causes the notorious instability of devices under UV irradiation. The discovery opens up a new dimension to utilize the 2D layered materials with a great variety of homostructrual or heterostructural atomic stacking architectures to be integrated with the fabrication of large‐area photovoltaic or optoelectronic devices based on the solution processes.  相似文献
