The headspace of root of Levistlcum officinale was subjected to adsorb by means of XAD 4. The chemical components of the headspace obtained were analysed by GC/MS and GC/FTIR. 64 compounds have been seperated, of which 20 compounds were identified. It has been proven that the Ce content of cucumber (Cucumis sativus L. ) leaves was enhanced with the increase of CeC13 concentration in Hoagland solution. The Chl a/b ratio of cucumber leaves in the control was the same as that in the treated plant, both being 3.67. However, under lower light intensity, the Chl a/b ratio in leaves of the contral was 2.72 whereas that of the treated leaves was 2.86. It showed that only under lower light intensity Ce could decrease the contents of chlorophyll b in leaves. The authors also evidenced that Ce was able to accelerate the formation of chlorophyll-protein complexes of PS Ⅰ and 110 kD polypeptide and decrease the light harvesting complex protein and 27 kD polypeptide. 相似文献

Electrophoresis and staining of proteins from the single pollen grains of Hibiscus rosasinensis have been developed by using general ultrathin polyacrylamide gel combined with highly-sensitive silver staining technique. The result revealed that the pollen abortion could occur in different stages of pollen development. The protein patterns varied greatly in different stages of pollen development, even in the different pollen grains in the same anther at the same development stage. Some bands exhibited a disjunction by classical Mendelian ratio 1: 1, suggesting that the gene loci were heterogeneous and the proteins were related to the expression of the genes at the early stage of pollen development. 相似文献

The localization of 6-benzyladenine in the callus cell of tobacco was studied by means of autoradiography. Electron microscope autoradiographs showed that the silver grains localized at not only cell membrane system such as plasma membrane, tonoplast, plastid membrane and mitochondrion membrane but also nucleus especially nucleolus. Light and electron microscopic observations show that a kind of spherical electron-dense body appears in the dediffercntiating mesophyll cells and their subdivided cells in tobacco leaf explants cultured for more than two days. The larger electron-dense bodies (1.0–1.5μm in diameter) present in vacuoles while the smaller ones (0.1–0.8 m in diameter) in cytoplasm. This implies that the bodies first can be formed in cytoplasm and then secreted into vacuoles. Since the bodies can be fixed with glutaradehyde and 3H- leucine can incorporated into them, they may be recognized as protein bodies. The protein bodies usually closly combined with newly formed cytoplasmic masses so we suggest that they probably play some role in cytoplasmic growth of dedifferentiafing ceils. 相似文献
