Genetic analysis of four tow straw rye populations has been carried out basing on the trait electrophoretic spectrum of grain esterase isozymes. Expression of seven independent Est genes has been shown. Three of them are clustered and their intrapopulation polymorphism exceeds two alleles. Comparative analysis of the frequences of different genes in parental populations and in F2 with literature data about localization of Est genes makes it possible to carry out chromosomal localization of the genes identified according to the fact of presence or absence of linking with the genes of rye self-incompatibility.  相似文献

The character "hairy leaf sheath" was studied in two groups of introgressive common wheat lines. The first group involves lines containing genetic material of Aegilops sharonensis, the second one includes lines with chromatin of Triticum miguschovae. The gene controlling hairy leaf sheath, Hs, was located by us on chromosomes 4S1 (Ae. sharonensis) and 4D (T. miguschovae) due to its joint transfer with beta-Amy-S(1)1, beta-Amy-D1, Acph-S(1)1 and Acph-D1 genes situated on the and 4D chromosomes. The possibility to use the identified gene as a morphological marker for these chromosomes was shown.  相似文献

The antagonistic activity of staphylococci isolated from the mucosa of the anterior parts of the nose of practically healthy persons was studied with respect to 102 strains of Sarcinia. Staphylococcus aureus had the most pronounced inhibitory effect on Sarcinia. No difference in the antagonistic activity of the staphylococci isolated from the carriers of the permanent and transitory types was found. However, Staphylococcus aureus isolated from the permanent carriers had a broader activity spectrum.  相似文献

Karyotypes of two ferret species, Putorius eversmanni (2n = 38) and P. putorius (2n = 40), differ in a single Robertsonian rearrangement, resulting in decreased chromosome number in P. eversmanni. Interspecific hybrids from crosses between P. eversmanni and domesticated albino ferret P. putorius furo are fertile. Hybrid individuals have a chromosome set 2 = 39. Analysis of offspring from crosses of these hybrids showed that albinism is a recessive character. Offspring obtained from crosses between interspecific hybrid ferrets and between these hybrids and parental species was subjected to chromosome analysis. A statistically significant correlation was observed between the chromosome number and albinism. As a rule, albino hybrids have a chromosome number 2n = 40. This suggests that the locus, controlling albinism, is located at one of the two pairs of acrocentric chromsomes involved in Robertsonian rearrangement. The rare occurrence of albino hybrids with 2n = 39 may be attributed to recombination. According to our data, recombination probability is less than 0.5 which indicates that the albinism locus located near the centromere. Possible extrapolation of the data obtained for ferrets to other Mustelidae is discussed.  相似文献
