为定量分析潮河流域土地利用和气候变化对流域径流变化的影响,应用SWAT模型对流域上游至下游的大阁、戴营和下会3个水文站径流进行模拟,采用情景法分析径流对土地利用和气候变化的响应。在模型校准期和验证期采用两个参数:p因子和r因子来评价模拟的拟合度及不确定性。结果表明,3个水文站在校准期和验证期的p因子值分别为:0.70和0.77,0.87和0.82,0.92和0.78,r因子值分别为0.63和0.90,0.97和0.79,0.88和0.92,评价整个流域模拟有效性的模型目标函数g最佳值为0.66,说明该模型对潮河流域的产水量模拟具有很好的适用性。以1981—1990年为基准期,1991—2000年流域土地利用变化造成年径流量减少了4.10 mm,而气候变化导致年径流增加了29.68 mm;2001—2009年土地利用变化造成年径流量减少2.98mm,气候变化造成年径流量减少了14.30 mm。与1999年土地利用条件模拟径流值相比,几种极端情景法模拟分析结果表明:灌木林地情景下年径流增加了158.2%,草地情景下年径流增加了4.1%,林地和耕地情景下年径流分别减少23.7%和41.7%;不同气候变异情景模拟结果显示,径流对降水的变化敏感性高于对温度变化的敏感性,降水每增加10%,径流平均增加23.9%。温度每增加12%,径流平均减少6%。因此,在气候变化背景下,优化土地利用结构与方式是实现流域水资源科学管理的途径之一。  相似文献

Sustained divisions of protoplast-derived cells obtained from cell suspension cultures of Rosa‘Paul's Scarlet’ leading to colony and callus formation was achieved. The rather low plating efficiencies observed for agar-plated protoplasts were partly due to early arrests in further development of dividing protoplast-derived cells and cell clusters. Successful cultivation of dividing protoplast-derived cells was particularly dependent upon frequent subculturing of the precultures and on an efficient procedure for viable protoplast isolation. Colony formation was largely independent of medium composition.  相似文献

We developed a method of screening RAPD markers for the presence of organelle DNA products using enriched organelle DNA probes, then used these markers to compare the structure of nuclear and mitochondrial RAPD diversity in Douglas fir. Of 237 screened RAPD fragments from 25 primers, 16% were identified as originating in the mitochondrial genome and 3% in the chloroplast genome. The mitochondrial DNA probe correctly distinguished fragments with known maternal inheritance (which is exclusive for the mitochondrial genome in the Pinaceae), and neither of the organelle probes hybridized to biparentally inherited fragments. Mitochondrial RAPD markers exhibited low diversity within populations compared to nuclear RAPD diversity ( H S = 0.03 and 0.22, respectively), but were much more highly differentiated than were fragments of nuclear origin at both the population ( G ST = 0.18 and 0.05, respectively) and racial levels ( G ST = 0.72 and 0.25, respectively). Both nuclear and mitochondrial DNA based phylogenetic analyses identified the varieties as monophyletic groups; the nuclear RAPD markers further separated the north and south interior races.  相似文献

Missing data are frequent in morphometric studies of both fossil and recent material. A common method of addressing the problem of missing data is to omit combinations of characters and specimens from subsequent analyses; however, omitting different subsets of characters and specimens can affect both the statistical robustness of the analyses and the resulting biological interpretations. We describe a method of examining all possible subsets of complete data and of scoring each subset by the 'condition' (ratio of first eigenvalue to second, or of second to first, depending on context) of the corresponding covariance or correlation matrix, and subsequently choosing the submatrix that either optimizes one of these criteria or matches the estimated condition of the original data matrix. We then describe an extension of this method that can be used to choose the 'best' characters and specimens for which some specified proportion of missing data can be estimated using standard imputation techniques such as the expectation-maximization algorithm or multiple imputation. The methods are illustrated with published and unpublished data sets on fossil and extant vertebrates. 1. Although it is well known that sediments can be hot spots for nitrogen transformation in streams, many previous studies have confined measurements of denitrification and nitrate retention to shallow sediments (<5 cm deep). We determined the extent of nitrate processing in deeper sediments of a sand plains stream (Emmons Creek) by measuring denitrification in core sections to a depth of 25 cm and by assessing vertical nitrate profiles, with peepers and piezometers, to a depth of 70 cm. 2. Denitrification rates of sediment slurries based on acetylene block were higher in shallower core sections. However, core sections deeper than 5 cm accounted for 68% of the mean depth‐integrated denitrification rate. 3. Vertical hydraulic gradient and vertical profiles of pore water chloride concentration suggested that deep ground water upwelled through shallow sediments before discharging to the stream channel. The results of a two‐source mixing model based on chloride concentrations suggested that the hyporheic zone was very shallow (<5 cm) in Emmons Creek. 4. Vertical profiles showed that nitrate concentration in shallow ground water was about 10–60% of the nitrate concentration of deep ground water. The mean nitrate concentrations of deep and shallow ground water were 2.17 and 0.73 mg NO3‐N L?1, respectively. 5. Deep ground water tended to be oxic (6.9 mg O2 L?1) but approached anoxia (0.8 mg O2 L?1) after passing through shallow, organic carbon‐rich sediments, which suggests that the decline in the nitrate concentrations of upwelling ground water was because of denitrification. 6. Collectively, our results suggest that there is substantial nitrate removal occurring in deep sediments, below the hyporheic zone, in Emmons Creek. Our findings suggest that not accounting for nitrate removal in deep sediments could lead to underestimates of nitrogen processing in streams and catchments.  相似文献

Allometric scaling of metabolic rates is commonly described as a power function and 0.75 is a widely accepted exponent. The universality of this exponent is in doubt and, particularly for insects, contradictory results have been obtained. Furthermore, sexual differences in scaling exponents are observed for several species that could lead to artefacts when they are not considered in intra‐ and interspecific scaling. Whether the metabolic scaling exponent in the lesser wax moth Achroia grisella differs significantly from 0.75 is tested, as well as whether it differs between the sexes. Adults of this moth neither feed nor drink, rendering them as suitable subjects for a study of metabolic rates. Neglecting sex differences, a metabolic scaling exponent of 0.8 is recorded. However, there are significant differences in metabolic scaling between the sexes. When considered separately, males scale with 0.96 and females with 0.67. Thus, in this species, a scaling exponent of 0.75 does not appear to exist either for males or females. The body size optimization model offers a potential explanation for the sex differences in metabolic scaling, although it remains to be tested in wax moths. With insects in particular, there is the need for more detailed studies on the scaling of metabolic rates that also take sexual differences into account.  相似文献

SYNOPSIS. The fine structure of Leishmania tarentolae growing in the presence of homologous rabbit antiserum was investigated. Immediately after agglutination of the promastigotes, a dense band between pellicles of adjacent cells could be seen, and a surface coat was rendered visible. The cells did not fuse. At dilutions of antiserum from 1:100–1:1200 the promastigotes continued to grow, forming large masses. By 5 days these consisted of individual cells adhering to one another. In cross-section, any 2 cells were separated by 2 membranes with associated subpellicular fibrils and a dense band between the 2 membranes. The term syncytium generally refers to a multinucleate cell originating by fusion of several cells and has been used to mean a multinucleate cell arising from nuclear division unaccompanied by cytokinesis. Therefore, it is unlikely that the masses formed in the presence of homologous antiserum are syncytia.  相似文献

Abstract.  1. Urban brownfields offer an excellent opportunity to study successional processes. Changes in the frequencies of biological traits during succession are of particular interest. They shed light on the general reasons why species emerge and vanish during the course of succession.
2. Leafhopper (Hemiptera: Auchenorrhyncha) occurrence data (3763 species observations) of 194 species were studied. Data was collected on 246 brownfield plots, aged 0–40 years, in two cities in Northern Germany.
3. Four categorical traits were studied: host-plant type, phagy, dormancy, and voltinism. In these traits, two aspects were analysed: (1) changes in trait category frequencies during succession, and (2) distribution of trait categories (i) within the brownfield species pool versus the German species pool and (ii) within species observations.
4. Trait categories showed clear successional trends. Young successional stages were related to feeding on herbs, polyphagy, egg overwintering, and two generations per year.
5. By analysing combinations of two traits, species could be assigned to four functional groups: species associated with young, intermediate and old sites, and one group indifferent to site age. The pioneer group comprised the least number of species, but the highest number of observations.
6. Categories associated with young site age were over-represented in the brownfield species pool. Moreover, within this already biased species pool, species with pioneer trait categories occurred with higher frequency. For the slow colonisers among leafhoppers, brownfields seem to be habitats that are hard to exploit.  相似文献
