一种显微图像的拼接方法

描述了一种显微图像拼接的方法,共包括特征检测、特征匹配、空间坐标转换和图像混合等四个步骤。实验结果显示本方法对重叠面积在50％以上的显微图像,能够进行拼接并且都没有出现明显的缝隙、错位、变形、图像模糊、图像重影等错误。     

嗜卷书虱气调抗性形成过程中能源物质的积累与利用

报道了嗜卷书虱对高二氧化碳,低氧气调抗性形成过程中能源物质的积累以及抗性形成后在气调胁迫下能源物质的利用情况。结果表明随着抗性水平的提高。嗜卷书虱体内甘油三酯,多糖以及游离氨基酸含量均显升高。在气调胁迫环境下,嗜卷书虱抗性品系能源物质的消耗率明显低于敏感品系,甘油三酯的积累以及在气调摁迫下缓慢消耗可能是其抗气调性的主要内在机理之一。

大剂量国产胸腺肽联合干扰素治疗慢性乙肝疗效及其机理初探

本文研究大剂量胸腺肽联合干扰素对慢性乙肝患者的治疗作用,发现胸腺肽联合干扰素治疗三个月后,患者的ＡＬＴ复常率、ＨＢｅＡｇ转阴率、ＨＢＶＤＮＡ阴转率和ＨＢＶＤＮＡ有效下降率分别为７６０％、４４０％、５６０％和９６０％。Ｔ淋巴细胞亚群分析结果表明,联合治疗后,患者外周血ＣＤ４＋淋巴细胞亚群上调,ＣＤ８＋亚群下调,二者比值趋于正常,说明国产胸腺肽联合干扰素治疗慢性乙肝的治疗机理与免疫调节作用有关。
