中国新叶蚜属研究及新种记述：（同翅目：斑蚜科）

作者系统整理了我国新叶蚜属Neophy llaphis Takahashi,1920标本,共有2种,其一为新种。给出中国的分种检索表。新种的模式标本保存在中国科学院动物研究所。 新叶蚜属Neophy llaphis Takahashi,1920 Neophy llaphis Takahashi,1920,Can.Ent.52:20模式种Neophy llaphis podocarpi Takahashi,1920.     

蝮蛇抗栓酶治疗小儿脑炎致急性偏瘫血中6—K—PGF1α,TXB2的变化

应用蝮蛇抗栓酶治疗小儿脑炎致急性偏瘫共25例。沿疗前后检测血中的6-K-PGF_1x及 TXB_2.结果表明:治疗后血中 6-酮-前列腺素 F_1x 明显增高,血栓素 B_2明显降低。推测蝮蛇抗栓酶之所以具有去纤、溶栓、扩血管等作用,可能与血中前列腺素、血栓素 B_2水平变化有关。     

Antisense EGFR sequence reverses the growth properties of human liver carcinoma cell line BEL-7404 in vitro

A recombinant plasmid containing a full length human epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) cDNA sequence in antisense orientation was transferred into cells of a human liver carcinoma cell line BEL-7404. Compared with the control cell clone JX-0 transferred with the vector plasmid and the parent BEL-7404 cells, the antisense EGFR transferred cell clone JX-1 showed a decreased EGFR gene expression and reduced significantly the growth potential either in anchorage-dependent or anchorage-independent growth. Furthermore, JX-1 cells appeared to be distinctly dependent on serum concentration for monolayer growth. The results suggested that antisense EGFR could partly block the EGFR gene expression and reverse the malignant growth properties of human liver carcinoma cells in vitro.     

Cytoskeletal arrangement and its intercellular connec-tion in wheat young leaf cells

By using the techniques of partial digestion of cell wall and selective extraction,we examined the cytoskeleton of wheat yong leaf cells under scanning electron microscope(SEM).A 3-dimensional cytoskeletal system,showing some new features,was observed.The cortical network located beneath the cross wall was an anastomosing organization.The association of nucleus with the cell wall by some skeletal filaments was also found.It is notice able that there were cytoskeletal filaments,which passed through cell wall and connected together with cytoskeletal arrays of adjacent cells,Thus,it is possible that an integral skeletal network existed within the yong leaf tissue of wheat.     

菰属系统与演化研究—胚形态

本文采用光学显微镜对全世界菰属４种２亚种及其有关属种共４属７种的胚形态进行系统研究后,获得菰属Ｚｉｚａｎｉａ Ｌ．与山涧草Ｃｈｉｋｕｓｉｃｈｌｏａ ａｐｕａｔｉｃａ Ｋｏｉｄｚ．的胚型为Ｆ＋ＦＰ,稻Ｏｒｙｚａ ｓａｔｉｖａ Ｌ．与拟菰Ｚｉｚａｎｉｏｐｓｉｓ ｍｉｌｉａｃｅａ（Ｍｉｃｈｘ．）Ｄｏｅｌｌ ＆ Ａｓｃｈｅｒｓ．的胚型为Ｆ＋ＦＰ,其中山涧草的胚型为首次报导。根据胚型,这４属均应位在禾本科Ｇ     

中国栗米草属植物的校订

本文校订了中国粟米属植物,共有4种。国产的粟米草应是Mollugo stricta L.,而不是M.pentaphylla L.;多棱粟米草M.costataY.T.Chang et C.F.Wei是种棱粟米草M.verticillata L.的异名     

中国蒿属植物比较形态和解剖学研究——(Ⅰ)叶表皮结构

本文通过光学显微镜和扫描电镜,观察国产菊科蒿属2亚属7组30种代表植物成熟叶片的表皮细胞、气孔器、表皮毛的特征和气孔形状、气孔外拱盖及拱盖内缘、角质膜和蜡质纹饰。其中表皮细胞多角(边)形,大小不等,垂周壁平直、弓形,或者表皮细胞形状不规则,大小不等,垂周壁波浪状或波纹状。下表皮均有气孔器,上表皮有或无气孔器,气孔器类型有无规则型。无规则四细胞型、不等细胞型、十字型、横列型和平列型。大多数种类具多细胞单列毛。多细胞双列毛和腺毛仅发现在腺毛蒿组。这些微形态特征在组间存在着某些差异,具有一定的分类学和生态学意义。     

H．史密斯采集的中国紫草科植物

自H．Smith在二十,三十年代从我国采集的紫草科标本中鉴定出15属,36种,4变种,均属紫草亚科,其中包括附地菜属一新种,其中,这批标本本来应该包括更多的新种,如Johnston在1928年及以后描述的Microula rockii Johnst.,Onosma mertensioides Johnst.,O.adenopus Johnst.,Trionotis floribunda Johnst.,Kitagawa在六十年代描述的Lappula shanhsiensis Kitag.,本文作者和王庆瑞在八十年代描述的Microula pseudotrichocarpa W.T.Wang,M.turbinata W.T.Wang,M.turbinata W.T.Wang,M.floribunda W.T.Wang,Trigontis longipes W.T.Wang,T.corispermoides C.J.wang。只是由于这批柴草科标本未得到及时鉴定,才推迟了这10个种的发表。
