提出了一种带有隐含神经元的单层神经网络模型。把网络的记忆容量区分为信息记忆容量和物理记忆容量。新模型能记忆相关图样,其信息容量α_i(最大记忆图样数/表达神经元数)首次超过了1。所作出的计算机模拟结果,表明了理论分析的正确性,证实了由5×5个显神经元组成的点阵能记住包含26个英文字母和4个任选图样的30个图样,因此该模型为神经网络的广泛应用提供了一条重要途径。  相似文献

1985—1987年对苏州市郊区主养青鱼池塘生态系统的能量转换率进行了分析。结果表明,主养青鱼净产7.5、11.25、15t/ha 3个产量级型池塘青鲤团头鲂产出能占养鱼总产出能的比例分别为82.49、78.03、79.34%;总投入能(太阳辐射能+辅助能)转移到鱼的总产出能转换率分别为0.19、0.24、0.31%;太阳辐射能转移到毛和净初级生产力的能量转换率分别为0.76、0.90、0.96%和0.61、0.72、0.77%;净初级生产力转移到滤食性鱼净产量的能量转换率分别为4.02、4.63、5.27%;辅助能转移到鱼净产量的能量转换率分别为12.20、11.33。11.74%。在3个产量级型池塘中,以15t/ha产量级的能量转换率为最佳型。  相似文献

(Deoxy)thymidylate (dTMP) kinase is an enzyme which phosphorylates dTMP to dTDP in the presence of ATP and magnesium. This enzyme is important in cellular DNA synthesis because the synthesis of dTTP, either via the de novo pathway or through the exogenous supply of thymidine, requires the activity of this enzyme. It has been suggested that the activities of the enzymes involved in DNA precursor biosynthesis, such as thymidine kinase, thymidylate synthase, thymidylate kinase, and dihydrofolate reductase, are subjected to cell cycle regulation. Here we describe the cloning of a human dTMP kinase cDNA by functional complementation of a yeast dTMP kinase temperature-sensitive mutant at the non-permissive temperature. The nucleotide sequence of the cloned human cDNA is predicted to encode a 24 KD protein that shows considerable homology with the yeast and vaccinia virus dTMP kinase enzymes. The human enzyme activity has been investigated by expressing it in yeast. In this work, we demonstrate that the cloned human cDNA, when expressed in yeast, produces dTMP kinase activity.  相似文献

Conclusion To sum up, the character of China's existing system is basically all-embracing totalitarianism formed by the combination of the old tradition of feudal-despotism and the new tradition of Stalinism. This system is the basic source of all the social evils in China.The ultimate aim of the democratic movement is to transform the old, allembracing totalitarian system and to establish a democratic, free, humane, and rational new system. The present ruling group is the beneficiary and defender of the existing system. The contradictions and conflicts between reformers who want to transform the old system and the hardliners who want to protect the old system formed the crux of the struggle of the 1989 democratic movement. Because the democratic movement lacked preparation in theory, organization, tactics and strategy, and because the ruling group controls the means of dictatorship — especially the army —military force was used to suppress the democratic movement with brutal bloodshed. In order to promote the democratic movement, we should sum up some lessons and experiences. First, we should study in depth the existing system and oppose feudaldespotism and Stalinism through effective propaganda and education. The fatty acid and cholesterol contents of tissue membranes are the determinants of membrane stability and functionality. This study was designed to evaluate the influence of a high monounsaturated fatty acid diet on the fatty acid composition of rat liver microsomes and on their cholesterol and lipid phosphorus content. Weanling animals were fed for 5 weeks with high fat diets containing olive oil or corn oil. Saturated fatty acids were increased and oleic acid decreased in microsomal total phospholipids and in the three major phosphoglycerides, phosphatidylcholine (PC), phosphatidylethanolamine (PE) and phosphatidylinositol (PI), of rats fed corn oil as compared to the olive oil group. The percentage of linoleic acid was higher in the corn oil group, but only for total phospholipids and PC. Linoleic and alpha-linolenic metabolites were significantly increased in total phospholipids of olive oil-fed animals with respect to those fed corn oil. These changes were responsible for the low unsaturation index found in microsomal phospholipids of the corn oil group. The diet did not affect the microsome cholesterol or the lipid phosphorus content. These results show that, in olive oil-fed rats, the cholesterol content and the degree of unsaturation of liver microsomes was similar to that observed in weanling animals; this probably suggests an adequate maintenance of functionality of membranes in olive oil-fed animals.  相似文献

A protein, starch phosphorylase inhibitor, was purified from the root of sweet potato (Ipomoea batatas [L.] Lam. cv Tainon 65). It had a molecular weight of 250,000 and could be composed of five identical subunits. The isoelectric point of the inhibitor was 4.63. It was a noncompetitive inhibitor toward the sweet potato enzyme with a Ki value of 1.3 × 10−6 molar when glucose-1-P was the variable substrate. Because cross-reacting materials of rabbit antiphosphorylase inhibitor of sweet potato were found in three arbitrarily selected plant materials, viz. potato tuber, spinach leaf, and rice grain, the occurrence of this protein seemed universal in higher plants. By an immunofluorescence technique, the inhibitor was located in the amyloplast and cell wall where phosphorylase was also found. This implies that they may interact in vivo, and the inhibitor may play an unknown regulatory role against the plant enzyme.  相似文献

 本文研究了北京东郊污灌区重金属在作物—土壤中的迁移、分布、积累规律,证实本区蔬菜中汞含量比粮食作物约大3—15倍,比水果约大6—200倍。麦粒、糙米中的Cu、Hg、Cd、Pb、Ni的含量与土壤含量相关性不显著。架豆中重金属含量与土壤中重金属含量的相关性,只有Zn,Pb达显著水平。白菜土有机质含量与重金属含量相关性达显著水平,而白菜的重金属含量与土壤的重金属含量相关性却不显著。说明除了土壤中重金属的总量外,有效态含量的多少,是影响本区作物吸收积累重金属的主要因素。 本区施污泥的土壤和生长的作物Cd/Zn大部小于1%、盆栽试验证明:施用本区污泥污水对水稻生长发育的影响比施污泥灌清水的影响大些,因此,施用含重金属污泥时,最好不要超过5000斤/亩。大田和室内模拟试验证明:重金属从土壤中迁移到植物,由植物带走输出的量极少,其中以带走输出的Hg、Cd,As相对较多,带走输出的Pb、Cr相对的少些。  相似文献
