浙江天童国家森林公园微地形与植被结构的关系   总被引:12,自引:1,他引:11

植物群落的本质特征之一是群落中的植物和环境之间存在一定的相互关系。丘陵地区的地形由各种微地形单元构成,这些微地形单元在空间上的分化提供的异质化的生境导致了区域丰富的物种和群落多样性的形成。选择浙江东部低山丘陵地区具有典型代表意义的天童国家森林公园,在地形识别的基础上,结合详细的植被调查,分析了不同微地形单元物种组成及其林分结构的变化。结果表明,基于物种组成相似性,7个微地形单元可以归为2组,与通过侵蚀前线划分结果一致。依据物种在这2个小尺度地形单元的分布格局,可以划分出3个特征种组,即上部坡面分布型、下部坡面分布型和无统计偏差型。壳斗科、山茶科、冬青科和山矾科常绿物种是构成上部坡面植被的主要成分,而榆科、槭树科、胡桃科和漆树科等的落叶种及樟科常绿种则是构成下部坡面植被的主要成分。下部坡面各微地形单元的林分垂直构造比上部坡面复杂,由榆科、槭树科、胡桃科和漆树科生境先锋种形成的明显超高层以及超大个体的存在是其显著特征。但其密度低于上部坡面微地形单元。上部坡面的顶坡和谷头凹地明显缺乏乔木层的存在。侵蚀前线是丘陵地区不同生境最重要的划分界限,由其切分的上部坡面和下部坡面是评价物种组成和林分结构的两大基本功能区域。  相似文献

中国社会经济快速转型背景下土地利用变化所引发的环境问题被广泛关注。以土地利用现状遥感监测数据和统计资料为数据源,借助ArcGIS和SIMCA-P软件平台,基于"三生"空间视角,通过生态环境质量指数测度了1980-2018年甘肃省土地利用转型的生态环境效应,并运用偏最小二乘法揭示生态环境质量演变的驱动机制。研究发现:(1)"三生"空间结构演化和地域分异显著。生产、生活空间集中分布于河西走廊、陇中和陇东黄土高原并呈扩张态势;生态空间主要分布于陇南山地、甘南高原、祁连山地和河西走廊以北地带且整体呈缩减趋势;生产、生活空间的增长源于对生态空间的侵占。(2)生态环境质量改善和恶化趋势并存,整体上经历了先下降后上升的"U"形演化过程;空间上呈"东南高-西北低"的分布特征,空间格局演化具有明显的集聚性。(3)生态建设、科技进步等对生态环境改善具有明显的促进作用;而人口增加、社会消费水平提升在一定程度上加剧了生态环境压力;对外贸易对生态环境的影响具有双面性。  相似文献

Investigations were made of the variation in copper toleranceamong homokaryons and dikaryons originating from one dikaryoticisolate of Polyporus palustris, as shown by their growth onnutrient agar containing copper sulphate, usually at 0.32 Mconcentration (c. 8 per cent of CuSO4.5H2O). Homokaryons obtainedby monobasidiospore isolation were crossed and further homokaryonsobtained in the same way. Selection for copper tolerance gavean increase in the second generation, but no further increasein the third; whilst selection for copper sensitivity gave substantialincreases in both second and third generations. It is concludedthat copper tolerance in this fungus is controlled by a numberof genes. It was found that, in this fungus, the copper toleranceof a dikaryon was substantially greater than that of eitherof its constituent homokaryons. It was also found that differentisolates of P. palustris varied very widely in copper tolerance.  相似文献

Manual and automated spectrophotometric methods are described for the determination of 3-deoxyhexonic and 3-deoxy-2-C-hydroxymethylpentonic acids. The method utilises the chromophores formed by condensation of barbituric acid with the products of oxidation with periodate. This method obviates the need for solvent extraction required when using 2-thiobarbituric acid for chromophore production.  相似文献

Nicotinic acetylcholine receptors (nAChRs) have vital functions in processes of neurotransmission that underpin key behaviors. These pentameric ligand-gated ion channels have been used as targets for insecticides that constitutively activate them, causing the death of insect pests. In examining a knockout of the Dα1 nAChR subunit gene, our study linked this one subunit with multiple traits. We were able to confirm previous work that had identified Dα1 as a target of the neonicotinoid class of insecticides. Further, we uncovered roles for the gene in influencing mating behavior and patterns of sleep. The knockout mutant was also observed to have a significant reduction in longevity. This study highlighted the severe fitness costs that appear to be associated with the loss of function of this gene in natural populations in the absence of insecticides targeting the Dα1 subunit. Such a fitness cost could explain why target site resistances to neonicotinoids in pest insect populations have been associated specific amino acid replacement mutations in nAChR subunits, rather than loss of function. That mutant phenotypes were observed for the two behaviors examined indicates that the functions of Dα1, and other nAChR subunits, need to be explored more broadly. It also remains to be established whether these phenotypes were due to loss of the Dα1 receptor and/or to compensatory changes in the expression levels of other nAChR subunits.  相似文献

Levels of 2-O-methylation were determined in ribosomal 5·8 S RNAs from whole cells and both the nuclear and cytoplasmic fractions of rat liver, rat kidney cells in culture (NRK) and HeLa cells. All 5·8 S RNA molecules contained the alkali stable Gm-Cp dinucleotide at position 77 but only whole cell rat liver RNA contained large amounts (0·7 mol) of Um at position 14. All nuclear 5·8 S RNA fractions were largely undermethylated at this site. In contrast, cytoplasmic 5.8 S RNA from rat liver and, to a lesser degree, NRK cells contained significantly more Um; up to 80% of the molecules from rat liver contained the methylated residue. These results indicate that mature 5·8 S RNA can be methylated in the cytoplasm. When labeling kinetics were examined in NRK cells, the methylation at residue 14 was found to increase as a function of the time spent in the cytoplasm, confirming that this modification is, unlike other ribosomal RNA methylations, in part or largely cytoplasmic.  相似文献
