报道1例由棕黑腐质霉属(Humicola fuscoatra)导致的真菌性腹膜炎。此菌分离自1名长期腹膜透析患者的腹水。腐质霉属在自然界广泛存在,棕黑腐质霉导致的人类感染罕见。现对棕黑腐质霉的真菌学特点进行研究,并进行分子测序。体外药物敏感性试验结果对伊曲康唑的MIC为0.008μg/mL,伏立康唑的MIC为0.016μg/mL,两性霉素B的MIC为1.5μg/mL。患者拔除腹透管,改行血液透析。口服伊曲康唑0.1 g/12 h,28 d后病情明显改善,出院。 相似文献

Kosteletzkya virginica (L.) Presl. is a perennial dicot halophytic species, that grows in brackish portions of coastal tidal marshes of the mid-Atlantic and southeastern United States. New saline mudflats have been increasing every year in Northern Jiangsu, China. In 1993, we introduced K. virginica (L.) into China from the Halophyte Biotechnology Center (University of Delaware, USA) as a potential species to improve the soil and develop ecologically sound saline agriculture. Our nearly 10 years of experimental research, both in a test garden and in the field, indicated that K. virginica adapts excellently to the heavy saline soils of Jiangsu Province, China. The average seed yield of K. virginica in 2001 at Yancheng was 638 kg/ha from 1-year old seedlings. There were significant variations among individuals from the unselected population of K. virginica on growth, quality, and seed yield traits. There is great potential to increase the seed yield if superior clones are selected. The seed yield of 35 selected individuals was six times greater than that of the average. Four growth traits of K. virginica were found to have a significant correlation with seed yield. However, there was no strong positive or negative correlation among seed quality traits. The mean seed weight and the germination ratio of the 35 selected individuals of K. virginica were 16.36±0.32 g and 76.11±1.82%, respectively. The percentage content of oil and crude protein in the seeds was 11.28±0.67 and 8.17±0.19%, respectively. A prenylated flavonoid, moralbanone, along with seven known compounds kuwanon S, mulberroside C, cyclomorusin, eudraflavone B hydroperoxide, oxydihydromorusin, leachianone G and alpha-acetyl-amyrin were isolated from the root bark of Morus alba L. Leachianone G showed potent antiviral activity (IC(50) = 1.6 microg/ml), whereas mulberroside C showed weak activity (IC(50) = 75.4 microg/ml) against herpes simplex type 1 virus (HSV-1). The abundance–adaptation hypothesis argues that taxa with more individuals and faster generation times will have more evolutionary ‘experiments’ allowing expansion into, and diversification within, novel habitats. Thus, as older taxa have produced more individuals over time, and smaller taxa have higher population sizes and faster generation times, the Latitudinal Diversity Gradients (LDGs) of these clades should show shallower slopes. We describe the LDGs for archaea, bacteria, fungi, invertebrates and trees from six North American forests. For three focal groups – bacteria, ants, and trees – older taxa had shallower LDG slopes than the more recent, terminal taxa. Across 12 orders of magnitude of body mass, LDG slopes were steeper in larger taxa. The slopes of LDGs vary systematically with body size and clade age, underscoring the non‐canonical nature of LDGs. The steepest LDG slopes were found for the largest organisms while the smallest, from bacteria to small litter‐soil invertebrates, have shallower‐ to zero‐slope LDGs. If tropical niche conservatism is the failure of clades to adapt to, and diversify in temperate habitats, then the steep LDGs of chordates and plants likely arise from the decreased ability of clades with large individuals to adapt to the multiple challenges of extra‐tropical life. 相似文献

Reductions of carbonyl groups catalyzed by oxidoreductases are involved in all biological processes and are often a class of important biocatalyst. In this article, we report a novel enzyme designated as diketoreductase (DKR) that was able to reduce two carbonyl groups in a diketo ester to corresponding dihydroxy ester with excellent stereoselectivity. The DKR was cloned from Acinetobacter baylyi by reverse genetic method, heterogeneously expressed in Escherichia coli, and purified to homogeneity by two chromatographic steps. This novel enzyme exhibited dual cofactor specificity, with a preference of NADH over NADPH. The dihydroxy ester product catalyzed by the DKR was only 3R,5S-stereoisomer with both diastereomeric excess and enantiomeric excess values more than 99.5%. In addition, some biochemical properties of the enzyme, such as the optimal pH and temperature, were also characterized. Furthermore, sequence analysis indicated that this new enzyme was homologous to bacterial 3-hydroxyacyl coenzyme-A dehydrogenase. More importantly, based on the unique catalytic activity and excellent stereoselectivity, the DKR could be utilized in the synthesis of valuable chiral drug intermediates, such as Lipitor. 相似文献
