Superovulated Holstein heifers (n = 32) were given a depot injection of 500 mg recombinant bovine somatotropin (rBST) or vehicle at Day 4 of the estrous cycle (7 days before the first FSH injection); at Day 11, coincidentally with the first FSH injection; or at Day 15, the time of artificial insemination. Embryos were collected nonsurgically, and the number of corpora lutea was counted by ultrasonography at Day 7 after insemination. Blood samples were taken every second day, from Day 2 of the superovulatory cycle until the day of embryo collection, and were analyzed for progesterone, somatotropin and insulin-like growth factor-1 (IGF-1). Somatotropin-treated heifers at Day 11 had a significantly higher mean number of corpora lutea than the controls (18.1 vs 13.4; P = 0.05). Day 4 treatment tended to increase the mean number of corpora lutea (15.4; P <- 0.10), and significantly increased the overall percentage of transferable embryos (74.6 vs 58.6%; P = 0.01). In the control animals, plasma IGF-1 was uncorrelated to somatotropin (P > 0.63), but it was negatively correlated with progesterone (P = 0.01), suggesting that IGF-1 production in the superovulated heifer may be related to ovarian development. 相似文献

Root, hypocotyl and cotyledon explants of Sesbania bispinosa, Sesbania cannabina, Sesbania formosa, and Sesbania sesban were cultured on Murashige and Skoog medium with benzyladenine (BA; 2.22, 4.44, 8.88 M) in combination with 2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetic acid (2,4-d; 2.26, 4.52, 9.05 M), indolebutyric acid (IBA; 0.25, 0.49, 4.92 M) or naphthaleneacetic acid (NAA; 2.69, 5.37, 10.74 M). Although all explant types developed some callus, callus occurred earliest and continued to grow fastest with hypocotyls. Media including 2.4-d or NAA gave the fastest growing callus. Callus was subcultured up to 10 times at 20-day intervals and retained a rapid growth rate. Shoots regenerated readily from both hypocotyls or cotyledons but not from roots. Shoot organogenesis was most frequent with IBA (0.25–4.92 M) in combination with BA (4.44–8.88 M) and did not occur with 2,4-d. With each species at least one medium induced shoot differentiation from more than 50 percent of the callus pieces. With one exception, media containing IBA that induced shoot organogenesis on explants also did so in callus, but media containing NAA, even when effective with explants, did not cause differentiation of callus. Shoots that differentiated were excised and cultured on MS medium without growth regulators or with IBA (2.46, 4.92, 9.84 M). Roots developed after 3–8 days on an appropriate rooting medium, often without IBA. Rooted plantlets were transplanted to pots in a greenhouse and developed into normal plants. Suitable media and protocols for initiating and subculturing callus and regenerating whole plants in vitro from callus and explants have thus been established for four species of Sesbania. 相似文献

本文报道了新疆腔菌纲座囊菌目刺球座属(Lasiobotrys)、穴壳属(Dothiora)和普氏腔孢属(Plowrightia)的六种子囊菌,即:忍冬刺球座菌(L.loniccrae)、花楸穴壳菌 (D.sorbi)及其无性阶段花楸疡壳孢(Dothichiza sorbi)、茶蔗子普氏腔孢菌(P.ribesia)、小檗普氏腔孢菌(P.berberidiJ)、沙棘普氏腔孢菌(P.hippophaeos)及雕刻普氏腔孢菌(P.insculpta)。这三个属的真菌在我国均未报道过,为我国新纪录属(种)。标本均采于新疆,保存于新疆八一农学院植保系真菌标本室(HMAAC)。 相似文献

Abstract An overview is presented on recent (1989–19911 investigations on insecticidal plants in China, specially in South China. The main emphasis was laid on studies of Meliaceae including Azadirachta indica, Melia azedarach and M. toosendan , as well as on Rhododendron molle, Derris elliptica, Tephrosia voglii, Ajuga nipponensis, Plumbago idea and Celastrus anplatus . Research work on the bioactivities and application of essential oils from plants for the control of stored-grain insects is also discussed. The results of these investigations reveal a great potential of the active ingredients of a number of Chinese plants for integrated pest management, as well as for using these natural product models as guides for the synthesis of a novel class of insecticides. 相似文献

观察了hFPIL6/2对6.5Gyγ线照射NIH小鼠第10天造血功能恢复的影响。结果表明:照射小鼠连续4d给予hFPIL6/2250μg·kg-1·d-1,其脾重、CFU-8、骨髓有核细胞数及CM-CFU分别比对照组增加59.0%、278.5%、57.9%和138.2%,统计学处理均有显著差异;对此四项指标的改善也明显优于25μg组。另外,250μg剂量组小鼠外周血象30d的动态观察结果表明,hFPIL6/2不但能明显提高红细胞和血红蛋白的最低值,而且能使血小板的恢复提前。提示hFPIL6/2在促进血小板生成和促进红系造血方面可能具有良好的应用前景。 相似文献

腹腔注射链脲佐霉素(65mg/kg)诱发Wistar大鼠糖尿病。糖尿病发病4周后,向饲料中加尼群地平(30mg·kg-1·d-1)。结果表明,糖尿病4周时大鼠心室舒张功能首先受损,8周后心室舒张和收缩功能均明显受累。尼群地平处理对糖尿病大鼠的心肌收缩性有一定的改善作用。提示尼群地平对大鼠糖尿病性心肌病有一定有益作用。 相似文献

本文采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳系统,测定了河南木兰属8种、1变种50多份的成熟叶片材料的过氧化物同工酶酶谱。测定结果表明,该属植物9种、变种的酶谱均有差异性,每种、变种均有特征酶谱,种间酶谱显著大于种内酶谱,根据其酶谱差异性,可以进行生物种、变种的鉴别和良种的选择。为免除其酶带Rf单一指标,鉴别生物种、变种可能出现的问题,作者创立了"酶谱多指标综合判断距离法"分析技术,首次将该属植物种、变种酶谱的酶带数目、Rf、酶带宽度及其活性强弱4个因子的差异性,进行编码联机、电脑运算分析,其结果与该属玉兰亚属内的玉兰派和辛夷派的形态分类相吻合。但是,从酶学观点不支持椭圆叶玉兰作为独立种的存在,以作为河南玉兰的变种为宜,也不支持河南玉兰派和腋花玉兰派的成立,以并入辛夷派为佳。 相似文献

本实验合并应用枸杞有效成份和大蒜有效成份,作用于U_14腹水型宫颈癌小鼠,腹腔注射第四天,发现一般状况改善,取腹水观察,癌细胞破损,DNA、RNA荧光染色强度减弱,有大量白细胞和巨噬细胞围绕;流式细胞分析G_1期细胞堆积,超微结构显示胞质中线粒体肿胀,嵴破坏甚至中空,粗面内质网扩大、脱颗粒,肯定了其作用的效果。此因枸杞有效成分活化巨噬细胞与肿瘤细胞紧密结合而起到溶瘤作用,与大蒜有效成分直接杀伤而作用维持短暂结合起来,可大大提高抗癌作用。 相似文献
