广东省部分龙眼产区主要害虫调查及其防控策略   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
系统调查了粤西与珠三角地区龙眼园内的害虫种类,共记录到6目18科33种.对各类害虫的发生比例与危害程度进行了分析.结果表明在我省危害严重的龙眼害虫主要有荔枝蝽、龙眼角颊木虱、荔枝蛀蒂虫、荔枝尖细蛾和龙眼亥麦蛾等几种害虫.针对我省生产实际,提出了龙眼害虫综合防控的策略.  相似文献

Plants employ both direct and indirect defenses to protect themselves from attacks by herbivores and pathogens. To date most aboveground and belowground interaction studies have focused on interactions between plants and leaf-chewing herbivores, while the plant defence on the performance of phloem-feeding insects, induced by above- and belowground interaction, has been less explored. Here, jasmonic acid (JA) was used to mimic herbivore-induced responses in Chinese broccoli (Brassica oleracea var. alboglabra) roots (RJA) and shoots (SJA). The effects of JA-induced plant defenses on the performance of the phloem-feeding whitefly, Bemisia tabaci, and its aphelinid parasitoid Encarsia formosa were investigated. The results indicated that SJA induction has a much larger negative effect on B. tabaci than RJA: nymphs develop slower and have a lower survivorship. Also, females live shorter and have a lower fecundity on SJA plants compared to those on RJA and untreated control (CON) plants. The intrinsic rate of increase (rm) of B. tabaci on SJA plants was 0.089, which was significantly lower than those on CON and RJA plants (0.115 and 0.104, respectively). The parasitoid E. formosa, on the other hand, shows a significantly faster development when parasitizing whitefly hosts feeding on SJA plants, whereas parasitism rate, longevity and fecundity were similar to those on RJA and CON plants. The current study reveals that plants induced with exogenous JA vary in both their resistance to whitefly and suitability for parasitoids, depending on the organ to which the JA was applied. Root and shoot JA applications also have contrasting effects on the phloem-feeding insect B. tabaci and its parasitoid, that is, SJA induction leads to more negative effects on whitefly performance than RJA induction, but its parasitoid performs better on hosts reared on SJA plants. These results show that top-down and bottom-up processes governing herbivore populations on Chinese broccoli are working in concert to increase plant resistance when plants are induced by SJA application.  相似文献

Aluminum-induced secretion of organic acids from the root apex has been demonstrated to be one major AI resistance mechanism in plants. However, whether the organic acid concentration is high enough to detoxify AI in the growth medium is frequently questioned. The genotypes of AI-resistant wheat, Cassia tora L. and buckwheat secrete malate, citrate and oxalate, respectively. In the present study we found that at a 35% inhibition of root elongation, the AI activities in the solution were 10, 20, and 50 μM with the corresponding malate, citrate, and oxalate exudation at the rates of 15, 20 and 21 nmol/cm2 per 12 h, respectively, for the above three plant species. When exogenous organic acids were added to ameliorate AI toxicity, twofold and eightfold higher oxalate and malate concentrations were required to produce the equal effect by citrate. After the root apical cell walls were isolated and preincubated in 1 mM malate, oxalate or citrate solution overnight, the total amount of AI adsorbed to the cell walls all decreased significantly to a similar level, implying that these organic acids own an equal ability to protect the cell walls from binding AI. These findings suggest that protection of cell walls from binding AI by organic acids may contribute significantly to AI resistance.  相似文献

C型凝集素是一类含有糖结合结构域的蛋白质,从节肢动物到哺乳动物的C型凝集素都具有共同的基序,它在进化上相当保守,在免疫反应中发挥重要作用. 埃及伊蚊表达30多种C型凝集素蛋白,它是登革病毒的关键传播媒介,这些蛋白质对病毒和细菌感染均有至关重要的作用. 最近研究表明,C型凝集素mosGCTL-3与二型登革热病毒包膜蛋白具有相互作用,能够增强登革病毒对埃及伊蚊的感染. 在本文中,我们发现了C型凝集素蛋白mosGCTL-2具有与mosGCTL-3类似的功能. 两种C型凝集素mosGCTL-2和mosGCTL-3的氨基酸残基序列一致性高达43.56%. 为研究mosGCTL-2在登革病毒蚊媒传播中的作用,我们通过果蝇S2细胞表达系统表达纯化了mosGCTL-2蛋白. 结果表明,mosGCTL-2与二型登革热病毒包膜蛋白的结合具有钙离子依赖性. 进一步的研究表明,埃及伊蚊感染登革病毒能够诱导mosGCTL2表达上调,是二型登革热病毒感染埃及伊蚊所必需的蛋白质. 以上研究说明,mosGCTL-2蛋白可能是在登革热病毒感染埃及伊蚊中起重要作用的一种模式识别受体.  相似文献

【目的】检测Q型烟粉虱Bemisia tabaci(Gennadius)体内Rickettsia的感染情况,研究分析Rickettsia共生菌经烟粉虱传入豇豆植物后的分布、转移效率等。【方法】以Q型烟粉虱为实验材料,利用常规PCR及荧光原位杂交技术(FISH),检测了烟粉虱体内Rickettsia的感染率,以及Rickettsia传入豇豆植物体内后的存留情况。【结果】Q型烟粉虱可以通过取食将Rickettsia传至豇豆植株内;接虫数量与Rickettsia传入效率及其在取食部位相邻的下部叶片中检测到的起始时间呈负相关;Rickettsia经烟粉虱取食传入豇豆叶片后,集中分布在叶片的韧皮部筛管中;基于16S r RNA的系统发育分析结果表明,Q型烟粉虱体内的Rickettsia与经取食传入豇豆叶片的Rickettsia高度同源。【结论】Rickettsia可以通过烟粉虱的取食传入植物体内,并且可以在相邻叶片之间转移传播,Rickettsia在由寄主昆虫向植株传播过程中高度保守。  相似文献

【目的】本研究旨在揭示河南省不同地区棉蚜Aphis gossypii种群共生菌Wolbachia的感染情况,明确Wolbachia的感染类型及分类地位。【方法】2016-2017年间采集河南省不同地区的13个棉蚜种群,通过扩增COI基因片段对其进行种类鉴定;通过扩增棉蚜种群中Wolbachia的wsp基因片段对其进行Wolbachia感染率的检测,应用neighbor-joining法构建系统进化树进行棉蚜种群中Wolbachia的系统发育分析。【结果】对河南省内不同地区采集的13个棉蚜种群的Wolbachia感染率而言,郑州(ZZ)种群最高(46.67%),信阳2(XY2)种群最低(6.67%),13个种群Wolbachia的感染率范围为6.67%~46.67%,平均感染率为28.35%。基于wsp基因构建的系统发育树表明,安阳和信阳的棉蚜种群感染的Wolbachia株系属于B大组,其余地区棉蚜种群感染的Wolbachia株系属于A大组。【结论】河南省不同地区的棉蚜种群Wolbachia感染率差别较大,且不同种群感染的Wolbachia株系分别属于A大组或B大组。  相似文献

在实验室条件下研究了沙巴拟刀角瓢虫Serangiella sababensis Sasaji与越南斧瓢虫Axinoscymnus apioides Kuzne tsov and Ren对烟粉虱Bemisia tabaci(Genna dius)卵的捕食行为及各种行为的时间分配。2种瓢虫的捕食过程非常相似,大致可以分为搜寻、取食、清洁、静息、整翅和排泄6个部分。在整个捕食过程中,沙巴拟刀角瓢虫在饥饿状态下,其各行为所占的时间为爬行时间>取食时间>静息时间>清洁时间>猎物处置时间,而在非饥饿状态下,各行为所占的时间为爬行时间>静息时间>取食时间>清洁时间>猎物处置时间;对于越南斧瓢虫来讲,饥饿状态下各行为所占的时间比例为爬行时间>静息时间>取食时间>清洁时间>猎物处置时间,而在非饥饿状态,越南斧瓢虫用在取食方面的时间很少,仅长于处置猎物的时间。2种瓢虫相比,沙巴拟刀角瓢虫用在爬行和取食方面的时间要比越南斧瓢虫长,而用在静息和清洁方面的时间比越南斧瓢虫短。  相似文献
