The influence of streptokinase on plasminogen activators inhibitor of type I (PAI-1) was investigated with the use of model systems in vitro and in vivo. It was defined, that intravenous streptokinase injection causes an increase in PAI-1 content in mammals' blood plasma. Experiments in vitro have shown that the increase in PAI-1 concentration takes place as a result of streptokinase action. It occurs due to platelets activation with subsequent PAI-1 secretion from their a-granules. It is established, that PAI-1 is secreted by platelets both in free and in complex forms. The data obtained in the work, allow to assume, that the simultaneous substantial increase in PAI-1 content with platelets activation, as a result of streptokinase influence, can lead to new thrombotic complications risk.  相似文献

Activators of fibrinogen, prothrombin and protein C isolated from venoms of Agkistrodon halys halys and Echis multisquamatus may be used as a tool both for thrombosis investigations in the model systems and for diagnostic in the clinical practice. The complex of diagnostic tests developed on the base of these activators allows to characterize the haemostatic system at different pathologies and as well as to determine the unbalance between separate components of haemostasis. The tests are approved on plasma of patients with heart diseases, ulcers, nephrites, hestoses etc. The tests are sensitive, informative, easy to use and do not require an additional equipment. They have no analogues in Ukraine.  相似文献

Transformation of fibrinogen into fibrin with consequent formation of the fibrin clot trimeric structure is one of the final steps in the blood coagulation system. The plasminogen activation by the tissue plasminogen activator (t-PA) is one of the fibrinolysis system key reactions. The effect of different factors on transformation of plasminogen into plasmin is capable to change essentially the equilibrium between coagulation and fibrinolytic sections of haemostasis system. We have studied the plasminogen activation by tissue plasminogen activator on fibrin clots surface formed on the interface between two phases and in presence of one phase. The t-PA plasminogen activation rate on fibrin clots both with film and without it the latter has been analyzed. These data allow to assume that the changes of fibrin clot structure depend on its formations, as well as are capable to influence essentially on plasminogen activation process by means of its tissue activating agent.  相似文献

Management of eutrophication in marine ecosystems requires a good understanding of nutrient cycles at the appropriate spatial and temporal scales. Here, it is shown that the biogeochemical processes controlling large-scale eutrophication of the Baltic Sea can be described with a fairly aggregated model: simple as necessary Baltic long-term large scale (SANBALTS). This model simulates the dynamics of nitrogen, phosphorus, and silica driven by the external inputs, the major physical transports, and the internal biogeochemical fluxes within the seven major sub-basins. In a long-term hindcast (1970–2003), the model outputs reasonably matched observed concentrations and fluxes. The model is also tested in a scenario where nutrient inputs are reduced to levels that existed over 100 years ago. The simulated response of the Baltic Sea trophic state to this very large reduction is verified by a similar simulation made with a much more complex process-oriented model. Both models indicate that after initial, rather rapid changes the system goes into much slower evolution, and nutrient cycles would not become balanced even after 130 years. Guest editors: J. H. Quaternary aeolian deposits of the Canary Islands contain well‐preserved terrestrial gastropods, providing a suitable setting for assessing the taphonomy and compositional fidelity of their fossil record over ~13 kyr. Nine beds (12, 513 shells) have been analysed in terms of multivariate taphonomic and palaeoecological variables, taxonomic composition, and the stratigraphic and palaeontological context. Shells are affected by carbonate coatings, colour loss and fragmentation. Shell preservation is size‐specific: juveniles are less fragmented and show colour preservation more commonly than adults. In palaeosols, the adult shell density correlates negatively with the proportion of fragmented adults, negatively with the proportion of juveniles, and positively with the proportion of adults with coatings. High bioturbation intensity in palaeosols is associated with low shell fragmentation and high proportion of shells with coatings. These relationships imply that high adult density in palaeosols was driven by an increase in shell production rate (related to a decrease in predation rates on adults and a decrease in juvenile mortality) and a decrease in shell destruction rate (related to an increase in durability enhanced by carbonate precipitation). In dunes, the relationships between taphonomic alteration, shell density and bioturbation are insignificant. However, dune assemblages are characterized by a lower frequency of shells with coatings and higher rates of colour loss, indicating lower shell durability in dunes than in palaeosols. Additionally, non‐random differences in the coating proportion among palaeosols imply substantial temporal variation in the rate of carbonate crust formation, reflecting long‐term changes in bioturbation intensity that covaries positively with shell preservation. Dunes and palaeosols do not differ in species abundances despite differences in the degree of shell alteration, suggesting that both weakly and strongly altered assemblages offer data with a high compositional fidelity. Carbonate‐rich terrestrial deposits originating in arid conditions can enhance the preservation of gastropods and result in fossil assemblages that are suitable for palaeoecological and palaeoenvironmental studies of terrestrial ecosystems.  相似文献

Fibrinogen to fibrin conversion and then fibrin clot three-dimensional network formation is one of the final steps in the coagulation system activation. Different factors, such as the environment temperature and pH, ions, so on, render an effect on the fibrin gel formation. Recently, the presence or absences of interface between two phases influence on the fibrin gel structure during its formation have been shown. Studies of fibrin gel structure peculiarities formed at different conditions (between two phases and without one phase) are demonstrated in this article. The plasmin enzymatic hydrolysis of fibrin clots both with surface film and without it was investigated. Experimental data allow to make a conclusion that the fibrin clot structure changes depend on its essential influence on the plasmin hydrolysis process of these clots.  相似文献

The concentrations of nine metals were measured by atomic absorption spectrophotometry in surface sediments of three coastal creeks, namely, the Ifie, Egbokodo and Ubeji creeks, in the Niger Delta of Nigeria, from August 2012 to January 2013. The aim of the study was to provide information on the spatial and seasonal distribution patterns, degree of contamination, and ecological risks of metals in these sediments. The mean concentrations of the nine metals in these creek sediments ranged from 0.30 to 3.20?mg kg?1 Cd; 10.7 to 24.7?mg kg?1 Pb, 125 to 466?mg kg?1 Cr; 3.1.10 to 14.9?mg kg?1 Cu; 4.7 to 14.3?mg kg?1 Co; 61.1 to 115?mg kg?1 Ni; 106 to 183?mg kg?1 Mn; 52.0 to 170?mg kg?1 Zn and 5 469 to 20 639?mg kg?1 Fe. In general, the metal concentrations were higher in the dry season than the wet season, except for Cr. The concentrations of Cd, Cr, Ni and Zn were above their regulatory control limits in sediment as specified by the Nigerian Regulatory Authority and Cd was identified as the main ecological risk factor. The enrichment factors for the studied metals followed the order: Cd > Cr > Ni > Zn > Pb > Co > Mn > Cu. The average multiple pollution index values indicated that these sediments were severely polluted with significant inputs from Cd, Ni and Cr.  相似文献
