合成肽抗原在戊型肝炎病毒感染诊断中的应用

An ELISA for the detection of anti HEV using synthetic peptide antigens was developed. The synthetic antigens were encoded by OFR2 and OFR3 genes of HEV. The purpose of this study was to determine the applicability of the synthetic antigens in the serodiagnosis of hepatitis E. The anti HEV detection using synthetic antigens was carried out in 47 healthy subjects and 89 patients with acute or chronic viral hepatitis. The results showed that the positive rate of anti HEV IgG in healthy subjects was 4.2%(2/47), and no IgM antibody to HEV was found. The positive rates of IgG and IgM antibodies to HEV in the hepatitis patients were 8.9% and 10% respectively. In addition, we compared the detecting efficacy of the synthetic antigens with that of the market reagent in 57 serum samples, the total coincident rate was 87.7% (50/57). All of the results accorded with the literatures reported. This study suggests that the ELISA based on the synthetic peptide antigens was specific, sensitive and convenient in diagnosis of HEV infection, it can be widely used in both clinical and epidemiological reseaches.

云南等翅石蛾科五新种记述（毛翅目）

记述中国云南毛翅目等翅石蛾科 4属 5新种 ;杨氏梳等翅石蛾 Kisaura yangaeSun & Gui,sp.n.,双突短室等翅石蛾 Dolophilodes didactylus Sun & Yang,sp.n.,喙突闭室等翅石蛾 Doloclanes rhynchophysa Sun & Gui,sp.n.,齿肢闭室等翅石蛾 Doloclanes dentata Gui & Yang,sp. n.及四瓣合脉等翅石蛾 Gunungiella te-trapetala Sun & Gui,sp. n.,其中合脉等翅石蛾属 Gunungiella为中国新记录属。新种模式标本保存于南京农业大学昆虫标本室。     

五种鳃金龟幼虫描述（鞘翅目）

对日胸突鳃金龟Hoplosternus japonicus Harold,坦狭肋鳃金龟Holotrichia tonkinensis Moser,白云鳃金龟替代亚种Polyphylla alba vicaria Semenov,大皱鳃金龟Trematodes grandis Semenov和二色希鳃金龟Hilyotrogus bicoloreus(Heyden)5种幼虫首次进行了形态描述,绘制了特征图,并编制了幼虫分类检索表。     

应用基因芯片技术检测肝组织的基因表达

为检测正常肝组织中的基因表达状况,采用cDNA microarray技术对正常肝组织中表达的1500个基因进行定量,结果为97个基因较高表达,1010个基因中度表达,380个基因低表达,结果是cDNA microarray技术是大规模检测基因表达的有效方法。     

天然产物中透明质酸酶抑制剂的研究

透明质酸酶抑制剂是对透明质酸酶的激活有抑制作用的物质。透明质酸酶是透明质酸的特异性裂解酶,而透明质酸在人体许多发育和调控过程中起重要作用,抑制透明质酸酶的活性可使透明质酸不被分解,维持正常的生理功能,笔者对天然产物中透明质酸酶抑制的研究开发进行了概述,并探讨了透明质酸酶抑制在医药及保健食品工业中的应用潜力。

一类具稀疏效应生态系统的极限环

研究如下一类具稀疏效应的生态系统模型dx/dt=bx^2(κ-x)-bxy/1 hx,dy/dt=cy dxy/1 hx。应用微分方程定性理论,对该系统的平衡点进行了分析,给出了极限环存在唯一性及不存在的参数范围。
