黑龙江省低额溞属的种类及分布（鳃足纲：双甲目）

本文对黑龙江省低额属Ｓｉｍｏｃｅｐｈａｌｕｓ的种类及分布进行了初步的调查。鉴定出低额９种,即锯顶低额Ｓｉｍｏｃｅｐｈａｌｕｓｓｅｒｒｕｌａｔｕｓ,老年低额Ｓ．ｖｅｔｕｌｕｓ,拟老年低额Ｓ．ｖｅｔｕｌｏｉｄｅｓ,棘爪低额Ｓ．ｅｘｓｆｉｎｏｓｕｓ,西伯利亚低额Ｓ．ｓｉｂｉｒｉｃｕｓ,角壳低额Ｓ．ｌｕｓａｔｉｃｕｓ,微齿低额Ｓ．ｈｉｍａｌａｙｅｎｓｉｓｍｉｃｒｏｄｕｓ,黑龙江低额Ｓ．ｈｅｉｌｏｎｇｊｔａｎｇｅｎｓｉｓ和北安低额Ｓ．ｂｅｉａｎｅｎｓｉｓ。对各种低额的形态特征及分布特点作了概括并编制了种的检索表。对所述各种的模式形态及已获种中雄体的精子形态提供活体照片。对部分低额生活环境中的几种主要因子进行了测试,其结果表明,本属各种多生活在水质清洁溶解氧较高且偏碱的水环境中,其水质多在寡污到β中污之间。     

布氏四鼠在低温条件下的实验观察

实验在－２０℃的低温下进行。结果表明。（１）单笼饲养鼠平均存活期为１４５．９±３０．８ｈ。其中幼鼠耐低温力最差。然后依次为老体组、亚成体组、成体组。除幼体外,雌鼠的抗寒能力稍高于雄体。（２）饲喂冷蒿组比饲喂其它６种牧草在低温下布氏田鼠的存活期显著延长．（３）聚集可明显增强对低温的耐受程度。（４）窝草可使巢内温度保持在５～８℃,窝巢内层的温度可达１５～２２℃。     

达斡尔族成人的体格,体型及半个多世纪来的变化

对内蒙古自治区莫力达瓦族３５３名（男１８７,女１６６）２０－６０岁达斡尔族进行了活体观察与测量,总结了达斡尔族的体格特征和类型。并在城乡之间和与半个世纪以前同一地区达斡尔族的体质资料之间进行了比较。     

Reversion of malignancy in human gastric cancer MKN—45 cells through the transfection of transforming growth factor—β type Ⅱ receptor gene

Human gastric cancer MKN-45 cells which are resistant to TGF-β growth inhibition and possess TGF-β type I and type Ⅲ receptors,but not type Ⅱ receptors,have been used as a model system to reconstitute these cancer cells with TGF-β RII cDNA.The results of these experiments indicated that the reexpression of TGF-β RII gene in MKN-45 cells can restore their sensitivity to TGF-β growth inhibition,decrease their growth rate,reduce their cloning efficiency in soft agar and tumorigenicity in nude mice in stable transfectants,in comparison with their control MKN-45 cells.Among different RII transfectants,their difference in the changes of these parameters,as a result of the regain of autocrine negative growth control by TGF-β,is roughly proportional to their level of expression of transfected RII mRNA.From these data,it is concluded that the inactivation of TGF-β RII gene is related to the escape of growth control by TGF-β in MKN-45 cells.The importance of the study of the interplay of TGF-β and its receptor system in the negative growth control of gastric cancer,and possibly also of other cancers,is discussed.     

一类新内含子的研究状况

在真核细胞基因组中发现一类新内含子——AT-AC内含子, 除结构特征与普遍存在的核mRNA前体内含子有明显不同外,剪接机制上也存在一定差异.文章介绍了该内含子的分布,结构特征及剪接机理,并与主内含子作了相应比较.     

Expression of betaine aldehyde dehydrogenase gene and salinity tolerance in rice transgenic plants

Betaine as one of osmolytes plays an important role in osmoregulation of most high plants. Betaine aldehyde dehydrogenase C BADH) is the second enzyme involved in betaine biosynthesis. The BADH gene from a halophite, Atriplex hortensis, was transformed into rice cultivars by bombarment method. Totally 192 transgenic rice plants were obtained and most of them had higher salt tolerance than controls. Among transgenic plants transplanted in the saline pool containing 0.5% NaCl in a greenhouse, 22 survived, 13 of which set seeds, and the frequency of seed setting was very low, only 10% . But the controls could not grow under the same condition. The results of BADH ac-tivity assay and Northern blot showed that the BADH gene was integrated into chromosomes of transgenic plants and expressed.     

棒状类细菌电击转化中多种条件对转化效率的影响

以质粒PXZl0145电击转化不同棒状类细菌菌株,研究了影响电击转化效率的诸个因素,在含4%甘氨酸的培养基中生长至对数前期的菌体最适用于电击转化,当以同源DNA进行电击转化时,1．μgDNA中转化效率最高可达到8×1O⁶转化子,但用异源DNA时,转化效率要比前者低10²～10³倍。     

促黄体素释放激素类似物(LH-RH-A)对人蜕膜组织核糖核酸和蛋白质合成的抑制作用

高剂量LH-RH-A可明显抑制人蜕膜组织在离体下对~3H-尿嘧啶和~3H-亮氨酸的摄取;低剂量LH-RH-A无明显影响。在人蜕膜组织中也发现有高亲合力(K_?=3.83±1.36×10~?M~(-1))的LH-RH-A特异受体。上述发现表明,高剂量LH-RH-A可通过直接抑制RNA和蛋白质的合成而调节蜕膜组织的功能。     

光刺激参数控制器

本文介绍一种能准确而迅速改变光刺激器光学参数(波长、强度等)的远距控制装置。将具有不同光学参数的滤光片(或孔径)置于转盘的不同位置,并对其编码。通过对编码值与预置值的比较,驱动步进马达带动转盘到所需的位置。仪器操作简便,有良好的重复性。     

亚东璃眼蜱的延迟交配对吸血时间和生殖力的影响

蜱类种群密度的制约因素包括生物的和非生物的两类,分析和认识这些规律,对蜱类的防治上有重要意义。 蜱类的生殖是维持种群密度的重要一环。后肛沟类硬蜱的雌虫当吸附在宿主体时,由于某些原因可发生延迟交配现象。蜱类延迟交配对生育力的影响,在这方面的研究较少。本文为亚东璃眼蜱Hyalomma asiaticum kozlovi Olenev的延迟交配对吸血时间、饱食后的体重以及产卵量等的试验研究结果。
