Three-dimensional organization of the liver vascular bed in (C57B1/6 X CBA)F1 mice and rats was examined by scanning electron microscopy of injection replicas. Preneoplastic changes in organ cultures of mouse embryonic kidney (OCEK) under transplacental N-nitrosoethyl urea (ENU) did not increase under the influence of Ado-Cbl. The frequency of focal proliferation in OCEK under transplacental influence of Ado-C bl and ENU was 2.2 times less than the combination of carcinogen with MeCbl (32.2% and 71.9%, respectively, P less than 0.01). The number of DNA-synthesising epithelial cells in OCEK were less under transplacental influence of Ado-Cbl (8.6 +/- 1.4%) than in MeCbl or FA (19.4 +/- 1.8% and 16.2 +/- 1.3% respectively, P less than 0.01).  相似文献

A complex evaluation of energy metabolism, oxygen-transport function of blood and physical work capacity of aquanauts has been performed during three imitation divings at depths of 400, 450 and 500 m in heliox as a breathing medium. These experiments have shown that optimal levels of partial oxygen pressure in artificial chamber environment are 30-33 kPa at 4.1 MPa, 32-35 kPa at 4.6 MPa and 33-34 kPa at 5.1 MPa. It is established that 24-days exposure of aquanautes to 4.6 MPa and 10-days exposure to 5.1 MPa yield no unfavourable changes of the examined organism functions. The activated lipid exchange in combination with stable carbohydrate catabolism, the elevated levels of oxygen consumption and its partial pressure in blood and transient fluctuations of erythropoiesis activity are interpreted as compensatory responses of diverse organisms under the influence of hyperbaric factors.  相似文献

Potassium conductance of single muscle fibres from Rana esculenta was studied in isotonic K2SO4 solution under constant current conditions using double sucrose gap method. At room temperature the channel formation by gramicidin was much faster than that of the synthetic head to head covalently linked gramicidin dimer. The increase of temperature by 8-10 degrees C resulted in a considerable rise of both dimer- and gramicidin-induced conductances. The effect was much greater than in the case of bilayers indicating a remarkable entropy change in the muscle fibre membrane. The temperature dependence of adsorption was more pronounced than that of desorption: there was no effect on desorption of dimer and only 20% of the temperature-activated desorption of gramicidin irreversibly bound at room temperature.  相似文献

Pharmacological parameters of non-NMDA-receptors and their participation in the associative learning in the honeybee Apis mellifera L. have been studied using the method of conditional reflexes and pharmacological analysis. The effect of 1-amino-3-hydroxy-5-methyl, 4-isoxazolprpionate (AMPA), kainate, domoate, antagonist of AMPA-receptors NS-257 HCl and modulator of AMPA-receptors cyclothiazide was studied on retention of the elaborated conditional reflex in short- and long-term memory. It was shown that AMPA-receptors, but not kainate receptors, are involved in the process of formation of short-term memory and are characterized by pharmacological profile similar with that in molluscs. Coactivation of AMPA- and NMDA-receptors is considered as one of possible mechanisms of formation of short-term memory in the honeybee.  相似文献

The complex investigation of immune and nonspecific reactivity of 30 aquanauts was carried out during five experimental saturation divings up to 350-500 m accompanied by an increase of microbic contamination in water of the hyperbaric chamber. Peculiarities of humoral immune response and phagocyte functions were found to depend on the inflammatory disease of aquanauts. It is concluded that the situational transitory immune deficiency development under the influence of hyperbaric factors is possible and changes in the microbe spectrum are real.  相似文献

The intron sequence of chloroplast rpS16 and the secondary structure of its pre-mRNA were characterized for the first time in 26 Allium sativum accessions of different ecologo-geographical origins and seven related Allium species. The boundaries and main stem-loop consensus sequences were identified for all six domains of the intron. Polymorphism was estimated for the total intron and its regions. The structural regions of the rpS16 intron proved to be heterogeneous for mutation rate and spectrum. Mutations were most abundant in domains II and IV, and transition predominated in domains I, III, V, and VI. In addition to structural elements and motifs typical for group IIB introns, several Allium-specific micro- and macrostructural mutations were revealed. A 290-bp deletion involving domains III and IV and part of domain V was observed in A. altaicum, A. fistulosum, and A. schoenoprasum. Several indels and nucleotide substitutions were found to cause a deviation of the pre-mRNA secondary structure from the consensus model of group II introns.  相似文献

The effect of human and rabbit neutrophilic defensins NP-1 and amonoglycoside antibiotic gentamicin on the synaptic transmission in the afferent synapse of isolated vestibular apparatus of the frog has been comparatively studied. Both defensins proved active in the concentration range of 0.0001 to 1 nM and efficiently decreased the impulse frequency in the afferent nerve fibers in a concentration-dependent manner. No significant differences in the efficiency of rabbit and human defensin NP-1 have been revealed in these experiments. Gentamicin also had an inhibitory effect on the afferent discharge in the concentration range of 10–500 μM (0.5–25 mg/kg). The inhibitory effect of gentamicin on the impulse activity of the vestibular nerve was observed at therapeutic doses. The excitatory effect of the putative neurotransmitter L-glutamate was considerably inhibited by defensin NP-1. These findings suggest that the mechanism of defensin action involves a modification of the synaptic transmission in the hair cell receptor and modulation of the effect of L-glutamate.  相似文献
