Synthesis of tetraphenyl substituted porphyrins with tert-butyl and methoxycarbonyl groups in meso-aryl radicals is described. It is shown that, during the condensation of dipyrromethanes with substituted benzaldehydes, a rearrangement occurs with the formation of a mixture of isomeric porphyrins. The character of these rearrangements depends on the position of substituents in the starting compounds. 相似文献

A number of boradiazaindacene dyes containing a carboxyl group separated from a fluorophore by two methylene units were synthesized. The compounds have narrow spectral bands with absorption maxima at 480–530 nm and fluorescence maxima at 500–550 nm. Succinimide esters of these compounds and the corresponding fluorescent-labeled oligonucleotides were also prepared. Boradiazaindacene dyes can be used as fluorescent labels for oligonucleotides for analysis of melting curves of duplexes on microchips either by themselves or in combination with Texas Red. They can also be applied for labeling primers for polymerase chain reaction. 相似文献

Leaves of 10- to 12-day-old chlorescence lethal Pisum sativum L. mutant are similar to control plants with respect to the content of chlorophylls, carotenoids, fatty acids and α-tocopherol. Subsequent development of the mutant under high irradiation resulted in th destruction of the photosynthetic pigments, polyunsaturated fatty acids, α-tocopherol, and also in the accumulation of liposoluble fluorescent products. No increase in the level of malondialdehyde was observed. In chloroplasts isolated from mutant plants the contents of chlorophyll a and β-carotene were decreased to a greater extent than the more oxidized pigments (xanthophylls and chlorophyll b ). The data obtained are discussed with special reference to the role of lipid peroxidation in the injury of plant cells under the action of visible light and to the antioxidative mechanisms stabilizing photosynthetic membranes. 相似文献

An indirect somatic embryogenesis via the development of proembryogenic cell complexes (PECC) was observed in the in vitro cultured hypocotyl explants of 4–5-day-old buckwheat (Fagopyrum esculentum Moench.) seedlings. PECC development was shown to depend on culturing conditions, including 2,4-D concentration and the period of explant exposure to 2,4-D, sucrose concentration, and explant density. The culturing protocol was designed to ensure the development of buckwheat somatic embryos in two-month period. The cytogenetic analysis demonstrated that this protocol did not affect the chromosome numbers in the regenerated plants. 相似文献

The content of soluble proteins and individual polypeptides was studied in calluses of buckwheat Fagopyrum tataricum (L.) Gaertn with different morphogenic potential. The morphogenic callus had a higher content of soluble proteins and cyclic pattern of changes in this index during passaging, which seems to be due to formation of proembryogenic cell complexes. Comparison of the protein patterns of the calluses demonstrated differences in composition and content of individual components. Extra euchromatic material was found within the major heterochromatic block of chromosome 16 (16qh) in one de novo case and seven members of two families. In contrast to the euchromatic variants of chromosome 9 (9qh), which are derived from pericentromeric euchromatin, molecular cytogenetics confirmed that these duplications were of 16q11.2-->q12.2 in the de novo case, of 16q11.2-->q13 in three members of family 1 and 16q11.2-->q12.1 in four members of family 2. The duplication had arisen as a post-zygotic mitotic event in the mother of family 1 and been transmitted paternally in family 2. An insertional mechanism of origin is proposed for the duplications in case 1 and family 1. Expression at the 16q13 matrix metalloproteinase-2 (MMP2)locus in families 1 and 2 was proportional to genomic copy number and not therefore consistent with position effect silencing due to the flanking blocks of heterochromatin. We conclude that proximal 16q duplications within 16qh are not novel euchromatic variants but associated with a variable phenotype including developmental delay, speech delay, learning difficulties and behavioural problems. The behavioural problems in families ascertained through affected children are much less severe than those encountered in previous patients ascertained as adults. 相似文献

Using ESR and spin-trapping techniques, it was found that synthetic 2-dimethylamino-3-chloro-1,4-naphthoquinone and the natural anticancer quinone daunomycin, when added to a system containing purified NADPH-cytochrome P-450 reductase, NADPH, ferric ions, and oxygen, (i) generated hydroxyl radicals and (ii) caused single-strand scission of supercoiled DNA of the plasmic pBR322. Since these two effects of the quinones were correlated to each other, we propose that potential anticancer quinones can be effectively screened by measuring their ability to form hydroxyl radicals in the above system. 相似文献
