Interfacial studies and band alignment engineering on the electron transport layer (ETL) play a key role for fabrication of high‐performance perovskite solar cells (PSCs). Here, an amorphous layer of SnO2 (a‐SnO2) between the TiO2 ETL and the perovskite absorber is inserted and the charge transport properties of the device are studied. The double‐layer structure of TiO2 compact layer (c‐TiO2) and a‐SnO2 ETL leads to modification of interface energetics, resulting in improved charge collection and decreased carrier recombination in PSCs. The optimized device based on a‐SnO2/c‐TiO2 ETL shows a maximum power conversion efficiency (PCE) of 21.4% as compared to 19.33% for c‐TiO2 based device. Moreover, the modified device demonstrates a maximum open‐circuit voltage (Voc) of 1.223 V with 387 mV loss in potential, which is among the highest reported value for PSCs with negligible hysteresis. The stability results show that the device on c‐TiO2/a‐SnO2 retains about 91% of its initial PCE value after 500 h light illumination, which is higher than pure c‐TiO2 (67%) based devices. Interestingly, using a‐SnO2/c‐TiO2 ETL the PCE loss was only 10% of initial value under continuous UV light illumination after 30 h, which is higher than that of c‐TiO2 based device (28% PCE loss). 相似文献

Developing immobilized molecular complexes, which demonstrate high product efficiencies at low overpotential in the electrochemical reduction of CO2 in aqueous media, is essential for the practical production of reduction products. In this work, a simple and facile self‐assembly method is demonstrated by electrostatic interaction and π–π stacking for the fabrication of a porphyrin/graphene framework (FePGF) composed of Fe(III) tetraphenyltrimethylammonium porphyrin and reduced liquid crystalline graphene oxide that can be utilized for the electrocatalytic reduction of CO2 to CO on a glassy carbon electrode in aqueous electrolyte. The FePGF results in an outstanding robust catalytic performance for the production of CO with 97.0% faradaic efficiency at an overpotential of 480 mV and superior long‐term stability relative to other heterogeneous molecular complexes of over 24 h (cathodic energy efficiency: 58.1%). In addition, a high surface area carbon fiber paper is used as a substrate for FePGF catalyst, resulting in enhanced current density of 1.68 mA cm?2 with 98.7% CO faradaic efficiency at an overpotential of 430 mV for 10 h, corresponding to a turnover frequency of 2.9 s?1 and 104 400 turnover number. Lepidium vesicarium is a weed species with a wide distribution in the rangelands and dry‐land farming in East Azarbaijan, Iran. The experiments were undertaken to assay the effects of light, temperature, pH, osmotic potential, NaCl concentration and burial depth on seed germination and emergence of L. vesicarium. Germination was maintained at high levels (> 80%) over a wide day/night temperature range (10/5 to 30/20°C), but a severe reduction in the germination rate of L. vesicarium was found below 20/10°C. Germination of L. vesicarium was influenced by different light/dark regimes, as the germination rate was highest at 16 h light for the all treatments (0, 8, 12, 16 and 24 h light). Germination was 92–95% over a wide range of pH (2‐10). Germination was >50% at a water potential of ?0.7 MPa and salinity of 21 dS/m, indicating that drought and salt conditions have a minimal impact on seed germination. With increasing burial depth from 0 to 2 cm, the number of days required for 50% emergence increased and no germination was observed at burial depths deeper than 3 cm. This suggests that L. vesicarium would become troublesome in the rangelands and for growers in reduced‐tillage cropping systems. The ability to emerge from shallow depths, coupled with tolerance of a wide pH range, drought and salinity at germination, should be taken into account when managing this weed species. 相似文献

A method is described which demonstrates nuclei, elastic fibers, red blood cells, collagen and fibrin. Nuclei and elastic fibers are stained by a modified Verhoeff's elastic tissue stain which was previously developed and used in the elastic-Masson combination. Both early fibrin and red blood cells are shown by lissamine fast yellow. Mature fibrin, some types of collagen and other cytoplasmic changes are stained by a combination of acid fuchsin, Biebrich scarlet and ponceau 2R, while old fibrin is demonstrated by the collagen stain. The quantitative estimation of total dopamine (DA), noradrenaline (NE), serotonin (5-HT) and 5-hydroxyindoleacetic acid (5-HIAA) content in the whole brain tissue of normal Nile grass rat, Arvicanthis niloticus, gives and average of 631 +/- 12 ng DA/g, 366 +/- 12 ng NE/g, 617 +/- 15 ng 5-HT/g and 431 +/- 10 ng 5-HIAA/g fresh brain tissue. The effect of barbitone sodium and thiopental sodium on the total DA, NE, 5-HT and 5-HIAA content in the brain tissue of the Nile grass rat, Arvicanthis niloticus, was studied. The total DA, NE, 5-HT and 5-HIAA contents were determined 5 hr after i.p. injection of different doses of barbitone sodium (20, 40 and 80 mg/ml/100 g body wt) and thiopental sodium (5, 10 and 20 mg/ml/100 g body wt). The effect of different time intervals (1, 10, 30 min, 1, 2.5, 5, 8, 16, 24 and 48 hr) on the total brain DA, NE, 5-HT and 5-HIAA content was investigated after i.p. injection of 40 mg of barbitone sodium and 10 mg of thiopental sodium/ml/100 g body wt. Both barbitone sodium and thiopental sodium caused an increase in DA, NE and 5-HT content and a decrease in 5-HIAA content in the brain tissue of Arvicanthis niloticus. The increase in the whole brain contents of DA, NE and 5-HT after the administration of barbitone sodium and thiopental sodium may be due either to inhibition of transmitter release by an action at the monoamine nerve terminal or to effects causing a decrease in nerve impulse flow.
