研究了在红光下雨生红球藻Haematcoccus pluvialis的细胞增殖过程中, 叶绿素荧光参数的变化以及氮磷消耗特征, 并且研究了在不同初始氮磷浓度下, 细胞增殖周期、色素变化以及氮磷消耗速率, 以期为雨生红球藻的培养工艺提供参考。结果显示: (1)在细胞增殖过程中, 光合荧光参数PSⅡ、qP、ETR与细胞增殖周期一致, 没有显著差异。Fv/Fm、NPQ则随着细胞密度的上升而下降, 随着细胞密度下降而上升, 且发生变化的拐点与营养盐胁迫造成细胞数量下降的时间点基本一致。(2)以不同初始氮磷浓度(氮磷比10:1, 重量比)的培养液接种细胞, 较高浓度的氮磷条件(45/4.5130/13.0 mg/L), 比较低浓度的氮磷条件(15/1.5 20/2.0 mg/L)有利于提高批次培养后的细胞终产量。但是, 在初始高浓度氮磷下, 接种初期细胞受到胁迫, 相对增长速率小; 氮磷消耗率低, 后期浓度维持高位; 藻细胞指数生长延迟, 培养周期变长。在红光下, 最优化的氮磷接种浓度为45/4.5 mg/L。研究结果对半连续培养雨生红球藻的应用进行了讨论。

Fa plants from Yang94-138 ×92R149 were analyzed using species-specific probe pHv62 for Haynaldia villosa (L.) Schur and RFLP probe Psrll3 located on the short ann of homoeologous group six for wheat ( Triticum aestivum L. ). The results showed that the transmission rate of 6VS in the F2 was 69.5 %, which was close to the expected value of 75%. 147 F2 plants from the above Fl plant were tested for their resistance in seedling stage to 6 pathogenic strains of powdery mildew. It was observed that Pm21 genes on 6VS inherited dominantly and expressed well when transferred to wheat-"Yangmai 158" genotype. 相似文献

A genetic linkage map comprising 148 SSR markers loci was constructed using an F2 population consisting of 90 lines derived from a sub-specific cross between a japonica variety Nipponbare and an indica variety Guangluai-4. The F2 population showed high significantly distorted segregations. Among these SSR markers, 49 markers (33.11%) showed the genetics distortion(P<0.05). Of them, 36 markers deviated toward male parent indica GuangLuAi-4 and 13 markers toward heterozygote, but none toward the female parent Nipponbare. It was found that the segregation distortion might be caused by gametophyte and zygote. Since most gametophyte loci and sterility loci were mapped in segregation distortion regions, it indicated that the segregation distortion may be caused by these gametophyte loci and sterility loci. Finally, this research also analyzed the skewed segregation of some markers, which had not been mapped on chromosome. 相似文献

利用已完成基因组测序的两个水稻品种日本晴和931l的数据库成功开发出水稻微卫星新标记,并利用由90个单株组成的日本晴×9311 F2作图群体,构建了一张包含152个SSR标记位点、覆盖基因组总长度2 455.7 cM的连锁图谱,有46个SSR新标记为自主开发,该图谱标记间的平均遗传距离为16.16 cM;并将未能在Temnykh等人(2001)构建的图谱上定位的微卫星标记RM345和RM494定位在第6染色体上.通过与Temnykh等人(2001)和兰涛等人(2003)所构建的图谱从作图群体的类型和大小、标记的类型和数量、标记在染色体上的线性排列顺序等几个方面进行比较,所绘制的图谱其标记在染色体线性排列上与Temnykh等人绘制的图谱具有很高的一致性,达93.81%. 相似文献

由高通量微阵列技术产生的数据集可以用于解释生物系统基因调控的未知机制.生物过程是动态的,所以很有必要关注某些条件下特异的基因调控子网络.细胞周期是一个基本的细胞过程,识别酵母的细胞周期特异调控子网是理解细胞周期过程的基础,并且有助于揭示其他细胞条件的基因调控机理.使用一个基因表达微分方程模型(GEDEM),从静态网络中识别了动态的细胞周期相关调控关系.与已经报道的细胞周期相关调控相互作用相比,该方法识别了更多的真实存在的条件特异调控关系,取得了比当前的方法更好的性能.在大数据集上,GEDEM 识别了具有高敏感性和特异性的调控子网.组合调控的深入分析显示,条件特异调控子网的转录因子之间的相关性呈现出比静态网络中转录因子相关性更强,这说明条件特异网络比静态网络更加接近真实情况.另外,GEDEM 方法还识别更多潜在的共调控转录因子. 相似文献
