目的:比较PauwelsⅢ型股骨颈骨折分别经单纯空心钉、空心钉加内侧支撑钢板治疗的临床疗效。方法:回顾性分析2016年3月~2019年2月期间收治的113例PauwelsⅢ型股骨颈骨折患者的临床资料,根据手术方式分为A组(n=55,单纯空心钉内固定治疗)和B组(n=58,空心钉加内侧支撑钢板治疗),比较两组患者围术期指标、髋关节功能、术后疼痛及复位质量,记录两组患者随访期间并发症发生情况。结果:B组术中出血量多于A组,手术时间长于A组(均P0.05);B组骨折愈合时间、完全负重时间短于A组(P0.05)。两组患者术后3个月、术后6个月髋关节Harrris评分呈升高趋势,视觉模拟评分量表(VAS)评分呈下降趋势(P0.05);B组术后3个月、术后6个月髋关节Harrris评分高于A组,VAS评分则低于A组(P0.05)。与术后3 d相比,A组患者术后6个月正位、侧位Garden指数降低(P0.05);B组术后6个月正位、侧位Garden指数评分高于A组(P0.05)。B组并发症发生率低于A组(P0.05)。结论:与单纯空心钉内固定治疗PauwelsⅢ型股骨颈骨折相比,空心钉加内侧支撑钢板虽然术中出血量多,手术时间略长,但其术后恢复效果更佳,且并发症发生率更低,临床应用价值较高。  相似文献

The familial placements of Cyrtandromoea Zoll. and Wightia Wall., two small and enigmatic South‐East Asian genera, have long been controversial in Lamiales. Here we adopt a two‐step approach to resolve their phylogenetic relationships. We initially reconstructed a large‐scale phylogeny of Lamiales using six chloroplast markers (atpB, matK, ndhF, psbBTNH, rbcL, and rps4). The results showed that both Cyrtandromoea and Wightia emerged in the LMPO clade, including Lamiaceae, Mazaceae, Phrymaceae, Paulowniaceae, and Orobanchaceae. Based on the second set of six chloroplast markers (atpB, matK, ndhF, rbcL, rps16, and trnL‐F) and two nuclear ribosomal regions (external transcribed spacer and internal transcribed spacer) for the analyses focusing on the LMPO clade, our results revealed that Cyrtandromoea was consistently nested within Phrymaceae, whereas Wightia was supported as sister to Phrymaceae by the chloroplast DNA dataset or sister to Paulowniaceae by the nuclear ribosomal DNA dataset. Morphological and anatomical evidence fully supports the inclusion of Cyrtandromoea in Phrymaceae, and an updated tribal classification is done for Phrymaceae with five tribes, that is, Cyrtandromoeeae Bo Li, Bing Liu, Su Liu & Y. H. Tan, trib. nov., Diplaceae Bo Li, Bing Liu, Su Liu & Y. H. Tan, trib. nov., Leucocarpeae, Mimuleae, and Phrymeae. The conflicting phylogenetic position of Wightia indicated by different genome markers results in difficulty placing the genus in either Phrymaceae or Paulowniaceae. Considering the distinct morphological differences between Wightia and other families in the LMPO clade, we here propose a new family, Wightiaceae Bo Li, Bing Liu, Su Liu & Y. H. Tan, fam. nov., to accommodate it, which is the 26th family recognized in Lamiales.  相似文献

建立大脑中动脉闭塞(model of middle cerebral artery occlusion,MCAO)大鼠模型,研究阿加曲班对大鼠不同时间脑缺血再灌注损伤血小板功能的影响。将120只健康雄性SD大鼠随机分为假手术组(Sham)、模型组(Model)和阿加曲班给药组(Argatroban),其中Argatroban组分为4组:Argatroban+30 min组、Argatroban+1 h组、Argatroban+3 h组和Argatroban+7 h组,Sham组和Model组40只,其余各组每组10只。线栓法制备大鼠MCAO模型,术中输注Argatroban,剂量为0.3μg·kg^-1·min^-1,完成手术前5 min停止输注。手术完成后,Sham组和Model组分别于术后30 min、1 h、3 h和7 h处死10只取样;Argatroban给药组5个时间点处死取样。检测大鼠血浆血细胞数量,并计数骨髓有核细胞数的变化。采用流式细胞仪检测血小板-白细胞聚集体(platelet-leukocyte aggregates,PLA)表达水平,观察活化部分凝血活酶时间(activated partial thromboplastin time,APTT)、血小板计数变化,ELISA检测血浆D-二聚体和TAT。结果显示,与Sham组相比,Model组大鼠的红细胞(RBC)、白细胞(WBC)、血红蛋白含量(HGB)和中性粒细胞(GR)数都显著升高(p<0.05),且与给药组没有统计学差异。Sham组、Model组和Argatroban给药组的骨髓有核细胞数也没有统计学差异。与Sham组相比,Model组PLA表达水平极显著升高(p<0.01),Argatroban+30 min组PLA表达水平却低于Sham组,但没有统计学差异,Argatroban+1 h组高于Sham组和Argatroban+30 min组(p<0.05),Argatroban+3 h组和Argatroban+7 h组高于Argatroban+1 h组低于Sham组。术后各组的血小板计数均高于Sham组(p<0.05),Argatroban各组的血小板计数要低于Model组(p<0.05),并在30 min时达到最低,30 min以后血小板升高,但是1 h以后血小板不再升高,趋于稳定。Argatroban各组PT和APTT虽略有降低,但是与Sham组和Model组并没有统计学差异。造模后各组TAT、D-二聚体水平显著升高,Argatroban各组TAT水平较模型组明显降低(p<0.05),Argatroban+30 min组水平最低。MCAO模型大鼠血液呈现高凝状态,凝血功能和纤维蛋白溶解功能亢进,血小板活化增强,阿加曲班可对此起到改善作用。  相似文献

本研究旨在探讨抑瘤素M受体(OSMR)在慢性自身免疫性荨麻疹(CAU)发病机制中的作用。本研究分别检测30例CAU患者及30名健康受试者的皮肤组织中OSMR、JAK和STAT3的表达,研究显示OSMR、JAK和STAT3在CAU患者皮肤组织中高表达(p<0.05)。转染OSMR-siRNA可显著降低CAU模型小鼠血清炎症因子IL-1、IL-6和IFN-γ水平,而转染JAK/STAT3信号通路激动剂Tyr705则可显著升高炎症因子水平(p<0.05)。转染OSMR-siRNA可显著降低CAU小鼠瘙痒次数、瘙痒时间和嗜酸性粒细胞计数,而转染Tyr705则可显著升高CAU小鼠瘙痒次数、瘙痒时间和嗜酸性粒细胞计数(p<0.05)。转染OSMR-siRNA促进了CAU小鼠上皮细胞的增殖能力,并抑制了细胞凋亡(p<0.05)。而转染Tyr705则抑制了CAU小鼠上皮细胞的增殖能力,并促进了细胞凋亡(p<0.05)。转染OSMR-siRNA下调了上皮细胞中OSMR、JAK和STAT3的表达,而转染Tyr705则上调了OSMR、JAK和STAT3的表达(p<0.05)。总之,本研究表明OSMR基因在CAU患者皮肤组织中高表达。OSMR基因沉默可通过抑制JAK/STAT3信号通路来抑制炎症因子表达及嗜酸性粒细胞数量,促进上皮细胞增殖并抑制细胞凋亡。  相似文献

Wasp venom is a complex mixture of biologically active components, including high molecular weight proteins, small peptides, bioactive amines, and amino acids. Peptides comprise up to 70% of dried venom. In social wasp venoms, three of the major peptide types are mastoparans, which cause mast cell degranulation, chemotactic peptides, which promote chemotaxis of polymorphonucleated leukocytes, and kinin‐related peptides, which are known to produce pain and increase vascular permeability. Among these, the bioactive tridecapeptide mastoparan is the most common and may even have antimicrobial activity. Herein we summarize the results of studies on vespid mastoparans, focusing on hornets (Vespa spp.) identified following a systematic literature search for mastoparans of hornets in the genus Vespa, the most active mastoparan research taxon. The common features of hornet mastoparans are C‐terminal amidation, amphipathic helical structure, and multiple functions such as mast cell degranulation and hemolysis, as well as membrane permeabilization. Most interestingly, all tested hornet mastoparans have strong antimicrobial activities, suggesting that they can provide useful insights into and opportunities for development of novel antibacterial peptides.  相似文献

Understanding the interplay between bacterial fitness, antibiotic resistance, host immunity and host metabolism could guide treatment and improve immunity against antibiotic-resistant pathogens. The acquisition of levofloxacin (Lev) resistance affects the fitness of Vibrio alginolyticus in vitro and in vivo. Lev-resistant (Lev-R) V. alginolyticus exhibits slow growth, reduced pathogenicity and greater resistance to killing by the host, Danio rerio (zebrafish), than Lev-sensitive (Lev-S) V. alginolyticus, suggesting that Lev-R V. alginolyticus triggers a weaker innate immune response in D. rerio than Lev-S V. alginolyticus. Differences were detected in the metabolome of D. rerio infected with Lev-S or Lev-R V. alginolyticus. Maltose, a crucial metabolite, is significantly downregulated in D. rerio infected with Lev-R V. alginolyticus, and exogenous maltose enhances the immune response of D. rerio to Lev-R V. alginolyticus, leading to better clearance of the infection. Furthermore, we demonstrate that exogenous maltose stimulates the host production of lysozyme and its binding to Lev-R V. alginolyticus, which depends on bacterial membrane potential. We suggest that exogenous exposure to crucial metabolites could be an effective strategy for treating and/or managing infections with antibiotic-resistant bacteria.  相似文献

Fusarium verticillioides is a fungal pathogen that is responsible for maize ear rot and stalk rot diseases worldwide. The fungus also produces carcinogenic mycotoxins, fumonisins on infested maize. Unfortunately, we still lack clear understanding of how the pathogen responds to host and environmental stimuli to trigger fumonisin biosynthesis. The heterotrimeric G protein complex, consisting of canonical Gα, Gβ and Gγ subunits, is involved in transducing signals from external stimuli to regulate downstream signal transduction pathways. Previously, we demonstrated that Gβ protein FvGbb1 directly impacts fumonisin regulation but not other physiological aspects in F. verticillioides. In this study, we identified and characterized a RACK1 (Receptor for Activated C Kinase 1) homolog FvGbb2 as a putative Gβ-like protein in F. verticillioides. The mutant exhibited severe defects not only in fumonisin biosynthesis but also vegetative growth and conidiation. FvGbb2 was positively associated with carbon source utilization and stress agents but negatively regulated general amino acid control. While FvGbb2 does not interact with canonical G protein subunits, it may associate with diverse proteins in the cytoplasm to regulate vegetative growth, virulence, fumonisin biosynthesis and stress response in F. verticillioides.  相似文献
