Experiments with simultaneous recording of the heart rate, peripheral blood pressure, and respiration showed differences between the cardiovascular system parameters of men and women at rest and during various functional tests (cold, mental and physical exercise, spirometric mask testing). The results of several series of experiments using the same sample showed that women were characterized by a relationship between the state of the cardiovascular system and the psychoemotional status and well-being, as well as by a greater involvement of the central mechanisms in the regulation of the cardiovascular system when functional tests are performed. A high level of tonic activity and high reactivity of the sympathetic link of regulation of the cardiovascular system is typical of men.  相似文献

A microsomal fraction from the cells of the malaria parasite of rodent Plasmodium berghei was obtained. The spectral properties of microsomal preparations suggest that P. berghei microsomes contain cytochromes b5 and P-420. Electrophoretic separation of microsomal proteins revealed the presence of proteins whose molecular mass corresponds to NADPH-cytochrome c reductase, cytochrome P-450 and epoxide hydratase. The activities of NADPH-cytochrome c reductase and benzpyrene hydroxylase were determined. The spectral parameters, electrophoretic data and enzymatic activities of microsomal proteins indicate that P. berghei cells contain a cytochrome P-450 monooxygenase system. The interrelationship between the activity of the microsomal monooxygenase system and the resistance of P. berghei cells to the antimalaria preparation chloroquine is discussed.  相似文献

The heart rate, peripheral arterial blood pressure (BP), and respiration parameters were simultaneously recorded in adult subjects and young schoolchildren in two modes of testing: using a mask with airflow sensors that did not restrict air inflow but increased the pulmonary dead space and without the mask. It was demonstrated that wearing the mask was a functional test for the state of the cardiorespiratory system in both age groups; however, the responses of the children’s and adults’ bodies differed from each other, probably, because of the functional immaturity of the sympathetic component of the autonomic control. In adults, the parameters of the cardiovascular system did not change, except that the heart rate variability spectrum was redistributed toward an enhancement of the high-frequency component. In children, testing with the mask on decreased the systolic BP; increased the heart rate; and, as evidenced by the spectral characteristics of BP variability, activated the sympathetic nervous system.  相似文献

Microsporidia of the genus Amblyospora parasiting the adipose body of mosquito larvae of the genus Aedes and Culex has been studied with both light and electron microscopy. Six new species of microsporidia are described based on ultrastructural characteristics of spores and sporogony stages. Amblyospora flavescens sp. n. Mature spores are egg-shaped. The spore wall with three layers, about 165 nm. Exospore is two-membranous. Subexospore is absent. Endospore is electron-translucent. Polaroplast consists of three parts: lamellar, large vesicular, lamellar. The anisofilar polar filament with 10--11 coils (3 1/2 + 2 1/2 + 4-5). Fixed spores are 6.3 +/- 0.1 x 4.24 +/- 0.1 microm. Amblyospora kolarovi sp. n. Mature spores are egg-shaped. The spore wall with three layers, about 265-315 nm. Exospore shapes tucks on the surface of spore. It is two-membranous. Subexospore is quagge, structural. Endospore is electron-translucent. Polaroplast consists of two parts: lamellar and large vesicular. The anisofilar polar filament with 11-13 coils (3 + 8-10). Fixed spores are 5.4-5.6 x 3.5-4.2 microm. Amblyospora orbiculata sp. n. Mature spores are widely egg-shaped. On a back pole there is a small concavity. The spore wall with three layers, about 155 nm. Exospore is shapes tucks on a surface of spore. It is two-membranous. Subexospore is absent. Endospore is electron-translucent. Five new microsporidian species of the genus Parathelohania have been found in the fat body of blood-sucking mosquitoes collected in various water basins in the South of West Siberia: Parathelohania divulgata sp. n., P. formosa sp. n., P. sibirika sp. n., P. teguldeti sp. n., and P. tomski sp. n. Processes of merogony, sporogony, and ultrastructure of spores was were investigated by means light and electronic microscopy.  相似文献

We attempted to find some compounds for the effective delivery of gene constructs into cells and obtained two trispherical dendrimers on the basis of lysine, (Lys)8-(alpha, epsilon-Lys)4-(alpha, epsilon-Lys)2-(alpha, epsilon-Lys)-Ala-NH2 (D1) and (Lys)8-(alpha, epsilon-Lys)4-(alpha, epsilon-Lys)2-(alpha, epsilon-Lys)-Ala-[Lys(Plm)]2-Ala-NH2 (D2), as well as the starburst polymeric derivatives of D1, (pVIm)8-D1 and (pLys)n-D1, containing poly(N-vinylimidazole) and polylysine chains bound at a single point to the dendrimer amino groups. The conditions of dendrimer-plasmid DNA complex formation were studied. The intracellular localization of these complexes and the expression of gene constructs delivered with their help were analyzed in transfection experiments on the HeLa cell cultures of human epithelial carcinoma and on C2C12 mouse myoblasts. It was found that the chemical structure of dendrimer D1 and its derivatives significantly affected the structure and properties of complex.
