报道了采自辽宁大连和江苏南京的跳小蜂新种 ,即娄氏伊克跳小蜂 ,EctromalouiXu ,sp .n .和仁蚧平背跳小蜂 ,新种PlatencyrtusaclerusXu ,sp .n .。对新种进行了详细描述。娄氏伊克跳小峰E .loui,正模♀ ,本种与EctromafulvescensWestwood 1833相似 ,与后者的长翅型相比 ,有以下几点区别 :(1)本种触角索节均白色 ,后者触角索节有黑色节 ;(2 )本种前翅相当退化 ,不超过腹末 ,透明无色 ,后者前翅发达 ,超过腹末 ,暗色 ;与后者的短翅型相比 ,有以下几点区别 :(1)本种触角索节均白色 ,后者触角索节有黑色节 ;(2 )本种前翅较退化 ,前翅超过并胸腹节 ,后者前翅退化 ,不及并胸腹节。仁蚧平背跳小蜂 ,新种PlatencyrtusaclerusXu ,sp .n .寄主 :芦苇日仁蚧Nipponaclerdabiwakoensis (Kuwana)。正模♀ ,郝康陕采 ,本新种与PlatencyrtusparkeriFerriere ,195 5很相似 ,主要区别是新种 :(1)体黑色 ,具弱红色金属光泽 ,后者体黑色有蓝绿色金属光泽 ;(2 )头胸具稀疏细刻点 ,后者头胸有网状刻纹 ;(3)前翅透明 ,后者前翅暗色。本文也是伊克跳小蜂属EctromaWestwood和平背跳小蜂属PlatencyrtusFerriere在我国分布的首次记录。 相似文献

采用Y形嗅觉仪测定法和干燥器测定法研究了烟粉虱对一品红、地瓜、菜心、番茄和包菜 5种植物的定向行为 ,结果表明 :(1) 5种植物对烟粉虱均有引诱作用 ;(2 )不同种植物对烟粉虱有不同的引诱作用 ,其引诱力的顺序为 :一品红 >菜心 >地瓜 >包菜 >蕃茄 ,方差分析表明 :烟粉虱对 5种植物的定向行为差异极显著 ,LSD法测定进一步表明 :一品红与其余 4种植物差异极显著 ;菜心与包菜和番茄的差异达到显著水平 ,而与地瓜无显著差异 ;地瓜与包菜、番茄之间以及包菜与番茄之间均无差异显著性。 相似文献

Aquaporins play a significant role in plant water relations.To further understand the aquaporin function in plants underwater stress,the expression of a subgroup of aquaporins,plasma membrane intrinsic proteins(PIPs),was studied at boththe protein and mRNA level in upland rice(Oryza sativa L.cv.Zhonghan 3)and lowland rice(Oryza sativa L.cv.Xiushui63)when they were water stressed by treatment with 20% polyethylene glycol(PEG).Plants responded differently to20% PEG treatment.Leaf water content of upland rice leaves was reduced rapidly.PIP protein level increased markedlyin roots of both types,but only in leaves of upland rice after 10h of PEG treatment.At the mRNA level,OsPIP1;2,Os-PIP1;3,OsPIP2;1 and OsPIP2;5 in roots as well as OsPIP1;2 and OsPIP1;3 in leaves were significantly up-regulatedin upland rice,whereas the corresponding genes remained unchanged or down-regulated in lowland rice.Meanwhile,weobserved a significant increase in the endogenous abscisic acid(ABA)level in upland rice but not in lowland rice underwater deficit.Treatment with 60μM ABA enhanced the expression of OsPIP1;2,OsPIP2;5 and OsPIP2;6 in roots andOsPIP1;2,OsPIP2;4 and OsPIP2;6 in leaves of upland rice.The responsiveness of PIP genes to water stress and ABAwere different,implying that the regulation of PIP genes involves both ABA-dependent and ABA-independent signalingpathways during water deficit. 相似文献

Water striders are insects living on the water surface, over which they can move very quickly and rarely get wetted. We measured the force of free walking in water striders, using a hair attached to their backs and a 3D strain gauge. The error was calculated by comparing force and data derived from geometry and was estimated as 13%. Females on average were stronger (1.32 mN) than males (0.87 mN), however, the ratio of force to weight was not significantly different. Compared with other lighter species, Aquarius paludum seems stronger, but the ratio of force to weight is actually lower. A. paludum applies about 0.3 mN·cm-1 to 0.4 mN·cm-1 with its mid-legs, thus avoiding penetrating the surface tension layer while propelling itself rapidly over the water surface.We also investigated the external morphology with SEM. The body is covered by effectively two layers of macro-and micro-hairs, which renders them hydrophobic. The setae are long (40 um-60 um) and stiff, being responsible for waterproofing, and the microtrichia are much smaller (<10 um), slender, and flexible, holding a bubble over the body when submerged. 相似文献

新疆苦豆子根瘤菌的数值分类研究 总被引:8,自引:0,他引:8
苦豆子(Sophora alopecuroides)对于干旱荒漠地区的畜牧业发展有着非常重要的意义,其生长特性与根瘤菌有密切关系。我们对分离自新疆苦豆子根瘤的67株根瘤菌及36个模式菌株进行了118项表型性状的测定,包括唯一碳源利用、唯一氮源利用、对抗生素和染料的抗性、耐盐性、初始pH值生长范围、生长温度范围及石蕊牛奶反应、氧化酶、过氧化氢酶和脲酶。对测定结果用聚类分析方法进行了分析,获得数值分类树状图。结果表明:新疆苦豆子根瘤菌在碳氮源利用、抗生素敏感性以及对染料的抗性程度等方面存在着差异。新疆苦豆子根瘤菌能耐受低温,并具有较强的耐盐、碱能力,所有供试菌株均能在初始pH值为9-12的YMA培养基上生长,92.5%的菌株能耐受3.0%的NaCl,91.0%的菌株能耐受4.0%的NaCl,有18株菌甚至能耐受5.0%和6.0%的NaCl。聚类结果表明, 在84.8%的相似性水平上,67个供试菌株构成了4个新的表观群,第Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ类群分别有21、7、4、3个菌株,中心菌株分别为NWBC152、NWTKX101、NWYJS12、NWLP112。此外,数值分类结果还表明,苦豆子根瘤菌与模式菌株的相似性较低,它们所形成的4个独立群可能有新种出现。 相似文献
