A method of enzymatic synthesis of electroconductive polyaniline on the micelles of dodecylben-zenesulfonic acid sodium salt (DBSNa) is proposed. The high potential laccase from the basidiomycete Trametes hirsuta was used as a biocatalyst. The conditions for polyaniline synthesis were optimized (pH 4.0; reagent concentrations, 10-20 mM; and aniline/DBSNa ratio, 2: 1). The resulting product was electrochemically active in the range of potentials from -200 to 600 mV, electroconductive, and capable of reversible dedoping with a change in pH of solution. 相似文献

The principal possibility of enzymatic oxidation of manganese ions by fungal Trametes hirsuta laccase in the presence of oxalate and tartrate ions, whereas not for plant Rhus vernicifera laccase, was demonstrated. Detailed kinetic studies of the oxidation of different enzyme substrates along with oxygen reduction by the enzymes show that in air-saturated solutions the rate of oxygen reduction by the T2/T3 cluster of laccases is fast enough not to be a readily noticeable contribution to the overall turnover rate. Indeed, the limiting step of the oxidation of high-redox potential compounds, such as chelated manganese ions, is the electron transfer from the electron donor to the T1 site of the fungal laccase. 相似文献

Partial sequences of mitochondrial genes nad1 (316 bp) and cox1 (429 bp) were analyzed to estimate the variability of the liver fluke samples collected in 20 localities in Russia, Belarus, Ukraine, Bulgaria, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Turkey, Turkmenistan, and China. The sequences had 4.1% (nad1) and 2.3% (cox1) of variable sites, and 13 and 10 haplotypes were identified among nad1 and cox1 genes, respectively. Spatial analysis of genetic and nucleotide diversity indicated little or no structuring of genetic variation between hosts or regions. The analysis of distribution of both separate and combined (nad1 + cox1) haplotypes revealed the existence of 2 well-defined lineages with 2 main haplotypes and a number of shared divergent haplotypes. Our study showed that the first lineage included the main N1-C1 haplotype, which was found in Australia, China, Georgia, Turkey, Armenia, Azerbaijan, and in all European populations (from Russia, Belarus, Ukraine, Bulgaria). The second lineage was found in all European populations and in populations from Armenia and Azerbaijan. It was suggested that one of the lineages (I) has an Asian origin. The possible source of mtDNA variability and associations between lineage divergence of parasite and its definitive hosts (cattle and sheep) are discussed. 相似文献

Novel polycationic amphiphiles derived from triethylenetetramine, a spermine analogue, containing cholesterol or dialkylglycerol residues as hydrophilic domains were synthesized. The amphiphiles and a helper lipid 1,2-dioleoyl-sn-glycero-3-phosphoethanolamine) served for the preparation of cationic liposomes, physicochemical properties of which were evaluated. Eight strains of Pseudomonas were studied for development of phenol sensor. The immobilization of cells was performed by absorbing them on the working part of mediator-modified screen-printed electrodes (SPEs). Only three Pseudomonas strains were able to transfer electrons resulting from specific oxidation of phenol to the electrode by means of mediators; ferrocene, duroquinone and dimethyferrocene were successfully used with the strains 394 (p20), 74-III and 83-IV (working names), respectively. The lower limits for detection of phenol were 1 micro M for the strain 74-III and 10 micro M for the strain 83-IV and 394 (p20). Calibrations were obtained as the dependencies of logarithm of current changes (log deltaI) on logarithm of concentration (logC), log delta I vs. logC. Among all substrates tested (phenol, catechol, hydroquinone, ethanol, methanol, propanol, isopropanol, isobutanol, isoamylalcohol, acetate, glucose, xylose, vanillin, 2,4,6-trichlorphenol, 2,3,6-trichlorphenol, 4-hydroxy-3-methoxybenzoic acid, coumarin, pentafluorophenol), bacterial sensor demonstrated a good selectivity with respect to phenol and lower responses to catechol and hydroquinone (10-times lower). The dependence of signals on operating conditions was studied. The biosensor should be used during the day of preparation. The operational stability was satisfactory to perform up to 10 consecutive measurements. Low cost and very simple manufacturing procedure allow for bacterial sensor to be applied as disposable devices. 相似文献

We present novel data on mitochondrial DNA polymorphism in the Udmurt population, which represents a Finno-Ugric ethnos residing in the Volga-Ural region. Our analysis of the Udmurt mtDNA polymorphisms have shown that neighboring ethnoses had almost no effect on formation of the Udmurtian intra-ethnic diversity. These results strongly indicate that genetic differences in the Udmurtian population are determined by their tribal structure rather than their geographic location. 相似文献

Energy metabolism of isolated hepatocytes at various levels of oxidative phosphorylation uncoupling]
The energy metabolism changes in isolated hepatocytes at different levels of proton conductivity of cellular membranes were studied. The low doses of the uncoupler which increased hepatocyte respiration rate but did not markedly affect the mitochondrial potential caused: the reduction in total adenine nucleotide contents (ATP + ADP + AMP), the oxidation of mitochondrial NADH, the increase in the rates of glycogenolysis and net flux via phosphofructokinase without any changes in the rates of glucose, lactate and pyruvate accumulation. High doses of the uncoupler which eliminated completely oxidative phosphorylation decreased Atkinson's energy charge down to 0.5, reduced cytoplasmic NADH, induced a further increase in the glycogenolysis rate, increased the rates of glucose and lactate accumulation, heightened glucose-6-phosphate content and lowered contents of 3-phosphoglycerate and 2-oxoglutarate. 相似文献
