An allograft from man cultured fibroblasts has been received. Results of its transplantation on long not-healing donor wounds in 13 patients after autodermatoplastic operations have been studied. Expressed stimulating influence of cultured fibroblasts on donor wound epithelialization processes has been stated. In spite of allograft applications there has been no tearing away reactions. It has been connected with elimination of superficial cell antigens during cultivation. Microbe contamination of more than 10(2) is the contraindication for grafting. 相似文献

The model of experimental chronic pulmonary aspergillosis has been obtained in mice and guinea pigs by the intrapulmonary infection of the animals with the suspension of Aspergillus mycelium and spores in complete Freund's adjuvant. Such method of infection has made it possible to produce chronic local mycotic process. Morphologically, focal inflammatory changes of the lung tissue with the subsequent formation of a multitude of small abscesses in these areas have been observed as characteristic manifestations of aspergillosis. 相似文献

Electron microscopic investigation of the rat small intestine revealed a great number of vesicles 50-75 nm in diameter with enterocyte microvilli. The number of vesicles increased with the increase of digestive activity in the small intestine. Vesicles were formed by gemmation of enterocyte microvilli from the lateral membrane in contraction of microvillous actin skeleton. Simultaneously with the production of exocytotic vesicles, the formation of pinocytotic vesicles in the base of microvilli was observed. There is a supposition that the vesicle gemmation is a natural process of the intestinal secretion to fulfil numerous important function: it promotes the penetration of enterocyte hydrolases into the parietal layer; equilibrates an increase in the enterocyte volume during absorption. Evoked visual potentials in associated, parietal and second somatosensory zones of the neocortex were analysed in trained cats using implanted electrodes. The influence of bemethyl on the structure of behavioral reactions was analysed using theoretical methods of perceptual images, particularly the method of cluster analysis. With light and electron microscopy structure and composition of the small intestine parietal mucous layer of rat, chicken, and man were studied. It has been shown that parietal layer is complicated and multicomponent system includes mucous glycoproteins, vesicular and membrane structures, epithelial cells fragments, food substrates particles and bacteria.
