Virological survey of rhesus monkeys in China   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
A virological survey of rhesus monkeys captured in China for 13 viruses and/or antibodies was performed. Antigens used were SFV, SF40, HSV-1, Sa11, measles, vaccinia, epidemic or simian hemorrhagic fever, Langat, Kunming, poliomyelitis, HIV, SV41 and rubella. Monkeys were from Sichuan, Hunan, Guizhou, Yunnan and Guangxi provinces. Antibody was detected to all the listed viruses except HIV, SV41 and rubella. Both SFV and SV40 were recovered from monkeys, but H. simiae, LCM and coxsackieviruses were not.  相似文献

睫状神经营养因子对大鼠去神经骨骼肌的营养作用   总被引:6,自引:0,他引:6  
目的:了解睫状神经营养因子(CNTF)对去神经引起的肌肉萎缩的治疗作用。方法:离断SD大鼠一侧坐骨神经,连续给予CNTF20d,观察肌肉湿重、蛋白含量、肌纤维横截面积、收缩性能和残肢程度。结果:①给予0.2mg/kg的CNTF,可使损务侧肌纤维横截面积增加35%,肌肉湿重增加38%,胫前肌总蛋白含量增加24%,腓长肌强直收缩强度提高40%,显著改善肢残程度;②0.2mg/kg的CNTF作用明显强于0.05mg/kg的CNTF;③此目鱼肌(慢肌)比伸趾长肌(快肌)对CNTF更敏感。结论:CNTF能显著改善成年大鼠坐骨神经离断后骨骼肌的萎缩和功能丧失,该效应的强弱与用药剂量和肌肉类型有关。  相似文献

在湖北省宜昌县百里荒草场山地黄棕壤上配合施用氮锌硒肥,研究其对混播白三叶,混播黑麦草及单播黑麦草的干重及混播白三叶的固氮作用和氮转移的影响,试验结果表明:(1)氮锌硒肥配合施用,混播黑麦草的干重均高于相应处理的单播黑麦草,混播牧草和单播黑麦草重最高的处理都是N46Zn0Se5,其干重辚25.38 g/盆和19.93g/盆。(2)施氮对混播白三叶,混播黑麦草及单播黑麦草的生长有明显的促进作用,施锌,硒对混播白三叶,混播黑麦草及单播黑麦草的生长作用不明显。(3)混播白三叶氮素的主要来源是固氮作用,占全氮产量的57.6000%-77.258%。(4)混播白三叶固定氮的转移量只占混播黑麦草的全氮产量的0.316%-12.251%,通过正交方差分析发现,适量氮肥(N30mg/kg)促进固定氮的转移,高量氮肥(N46mg/kg)抑制固定氮的转移。  相似文献

Aims The diversity–productivity relationship is one of the most critical questions in ecology and can be altered by environmental factors. Hydrological fluctuation affects growth of wetland plants, and such effects vary with plant species. Therefore, we hypothesized that hydrological fluctuation changes effects of species richness on productivity of wetland plant communities.Methods We constructed wetland plant communities consisting of three or six wetland plant species and subjected them to hydrological fluctuation (i.e. gradually changing water level) of two frequencies and two ranges, with unchanged water level as the control. We measured height, root and shoot dry mass of each plant at harvest.Important findings Hydrological fluctuation significantly decreased biomass of wetland plant communities, which was due to impacts of fluctuation range, but not those of fluctuation frequency. Community biomass was significantly higher when species richness was higher, and such an effect did not depend on hydrological fluctuation. Therefore, hydrological fluctuation can decrease the productivity of wetland plant communities but may not alter the diversity–productivity relationship.  相似文献

Sargassum thunbergii is a kind of natural edible algae. STP (S. thunbergii polysaccharides) was considered as the main bioactive compounds in S. thunbergii. To obtain the optimal processing conditions for maximum total sugar yield, single factor investigation and response surface methodology (RSM) were employed. The optimal processing conditions were as follows: liquid to solid ratio 120 mL/g, extraction time 210 min, extraction temperature 97°C. The experimental yield 7.53% under optimized conditions was closely agreed with the predicted yield 7.85% of the model. The major polysaccharide fraction from S. thunbergii (named STP-II) was purified by DEAE-Sepharose CL-6B column chromatography. High-performance size-exclusion chromatography (HPSEC), gas chromatography (GC) and high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) were used to identify its characterizations, and in vitro antioxidant assays and cytotoxicity assays were used to research its bioactivities. The purified fraction STP-II (63.75%) was a single peak in HPSEC with Sugar KS-804 column, had a molecular weight of 550KD, and comprised mainly of fucose, xylose, galactose, glucose and glucuronic acid. STP-II had higher scavenging activities on hydroxyl radical (76.72% at 0.7 mg/mL) and superoxide radical (95.17% at 2 mg/mL) than Vitamin C (Vc). STP-II also exhibited the capability of anti-proliferation in Caco-2 cells. STP-II possessed good antioxidant and inhibitory activity against human colon cancer Caco-2 cells in vitro and could be explored as novel natural functional food.  相似文献

NYB is chlorophyll-less barley mutant, which is controlled by a recessive nuclear gene. The mutation mechanism is revealed. The activities of enzymes transforming 5-aminolevulinic acid into protochlorophyllide were the same in both NYB and the wild type (WT), but the activity of the protochlorophyllide oxidoreductase (POR) in WT was much higher than that of NYB. Most of the photosystem 2 apoproteins were present in both WT and NYB, suggesting that the capability of protein synthesis was probably fully preserved in the mutant. Thus chlorophyll (Chl) biosynthesis in NYB was hampered at conversion form protochlorophyllide (Pchlide) into chlorophyllide. The open reading frame of porB gene in NYB was inserted with a 95 bp fragment, which included a stop codon. The NYB mutant is a very useful material for studies of Chl biosynthesis, chloroplast signalling, and structure of light-harvesting POR-Pchlide complex (LHPP).  相似文献
