2-Methyl-(3,4,6-tri-O-benzoyl-1,2-dideoxy-α-d-galactopyrano)-[2′,1′:4,5]-2-oxazoline (7) was prepared from 1-propenyl 2-acetamido-3,4,6-tri-O-benzoyl-2- deoxy-β-d-galactopyranoside (6). By four meristic and 14 morphometric characters of the skull the phenetic relationships of Altai Osmans of the genus Oreoleuciscus from lakes Ust-Nur (the Selenga Basin), Sangiyn-Dalai-Nur (the Khangai Highland), and Orog-Nur (Lake Valley) are estimated. Principal components analysis is performed. No interpopulational differences by the set of meristic characters are found. By the set of morphometric characters the specimens from Lake Ust-Nur in the space of principal components are separated from specimens from two other lakes while the distributions of specimens from Lake Sangiyn-Dalai-Nur and Orog-Nur overlap. With consideration of estimates of similarity in the structure of interpopulational differences it is assumed that separation of the phyletic line common for populations of lakes Ust-Nur and Orog-Nur from the phyletic line of population of Lake Sangiyn-Dalai-Nur preceded separation of phyletic lines of populations from lakes Ust-Nur and Orog-Nur.  相似文献

Humans differ from many other primates in the apparent absence of obvious advertisements of fertility within the ovulatory cycle. However, recent studies demonstrate increases in women's sexual motivation near ovulation, raising the question of whether human ovulation could be marked by observable changes in overt behavior. Using a sample of 30 partnered women photographed at high and low fertility cycle phases, we show that readily-observable behaviors - self-grooming and ornamentation through attractive choice of dress - increase during the fertile phase of the ovulatory cycle. At above-chance levels, 42 judges selected photographs of women in their fertile (59.5%) rather than luteal phase (40.5%) as "trying to look more attractive." Moreover, the closer women were to ovulation when photographed in the fertile window, the more frequently their fertile photograph was chosen. Although an emerging literature indicates a variety of changes in women across the cycle, the ornamentation effect is striking in both its magnitude and its status as an overt behavioral difference that can be easily observed by others. It may help explain the previously documented finding that men's mate retention efforts increase as their partners approach ovulation.  相似文献

Exosome-based therapy is an emerging novel approach for myocardial infarction (MI) treatment. Exosomes are identified as extracellular vesicles that are produced within multivesicular bodies in the cells' cytosols and then are secreted from the cells. Exosomes are 30–100 nm in diameter that are released from viable cells and are different from other secreted vesicles such as apoptotic bodies and microvesicles in their origin and contents such as RNAs, proteins, and nucleic acid. The recent advances in exosome research have demonstrated the role of these bionanovesicles in the physiological, pathological, and molecular aspects of the heart. The results of in vitro and preclinical models have shown that exosomes from different cardiac cells can improve cardiac function following MI. For example, mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) and cardiac progenitor cells (CPCs) containing exosomes can affect the proliferation, survival, and differentiation of cardiac fibroblasts and cardiomyocytes. Moreover, MSCs- and CPCs-derived exosomes can enhance the migration of endothelial cells. Exosome-based therapy approaches augment the cardiac function by multiple means, such as reducing fibrosis, stimulation of vascular angiogenesis, and proliferation of cardiomyocytes that result in replacing damaged heart tissue with newly generated functional myocytes. This review article aims to briefly discuss the recent advancements in the role of secreted exosomes in myocardial repair by focusing on cardiac cells-derived exosomes.  相似文献
