蛇骨粉中活性钙在动物体内吸收和利用的研究 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
目的 探讨蛇骨粉中活性钙在动物体内的吸收和利用情况。方法 以蛇骨粉为钙源饲料喂养大鼠,以低钙、碳酸钙、全脂奶粉喂养大鼠作为对照;喂养大鼠28天,动物单笼饲养,自由饮水,自由进食,逐日记录饲料摄取量,每4天称重1次。实验结束前4天做代谢实验,收集粪尿。实验结束时断头取血,测血清钙、磷及碱性磷酸酶,同时采双侧股骨,剔净肌腱,测股骨中Ca、P含量,计算钙存留。结果 蛇骨粉组股骨钙的存留率、活性钙在体内的吸收率和存留率与碳酸钙和全脂奶粉组无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论 以蛇骨作为活性钙来源在动物体内的吸收利用较好,能有效地补充钙质。 相似文献

首次报道了染色体高多倍性种天目当归(Angelica tianmuensis Z.H.Pan et T.D.Zhuang)的染色体数(n=55)及花粉形态。通过与近缘种拐芹(A.polymorpha Maxim.)、曲柄当归(A.genuflexa Nutt.)和重齿当归[A.biserrata(shan et Yuan)Yuan et Shan]花粉形态的比较,在赤道区外壁纹类型相似性程度的基础上,结合外部形态,明显看出赤道区纹饰为脑纹-网状的天止当归与具有近脑纹-网状纹饰的曲柄当归似有较密切的亲缘关系,与具有拟脑纹-网状纹饰的拐芹和重齿当归关系稍远。 相似文献

本文采用EBV(Epstein?Barr Virus)上清液转化B淋巴细胞,并加入环胞霉素A(Cyclosporine A)抑制T淋巴细胞,成功地对中国东北地区鄂温克族、鄂伦春族及达斡尔族的部分个体建立了永生细胞系,其中鄂温克族49株,鄂伦春族40株,达斡尔族51株,总计140株。永久保存我国特有民族的基因组,为分析其遗传学差异奠定了基础。
Abstract:The immortal lymphoblastoid cell lines were established by EBV transformation of B cells and addition of cyclosporin A to inhabit the activity of T cells.In the present study ,140 immortal cell lines of the Ewenki,the Oroqen and the Daur ethnic groups in the Northeast China were established .This is an important part of the research of human genome diversity for the exploration of the origin and progression of different ethnic groups ,and also provide enough research materials for further studies. 相似文献

南极利文斯顿岛赫德半岛中的迈尔斯陡崖组主要是浅变质的石英长石杂砂岩、粉砂岩、泥岩和粉砂岩与泥岩互层等组成的复理石,厚度可能超过3000m,形成于浊积扇的上扇和下扇部分,时代可能为晚三叠世。在复理石相岩石中发育一套深水的遗迹化石,共有15个遗迹属、16人遗变种,其中有10个可以鉴定到遗迹种,两个比较种,4个只鉴定到遗迹属,未鉴定到遗迹种,1建立1个新遗迹属及新遗迹种,除新遗迹属种外,其余14个遗迹属,15个遗迹种都曾经在深海复理石相浊积岩内发现过,其中Belorhaphe,Glockerichnus,Lophoctenium,Rhabdo-glyphus,Paleodictyon,Suborenzinia,Spirophycus,Strobilorhaphe,Tuberculicnus,Cochlichnus等,属于浊流前产生在复理石相泥岩内的高度分异的雕画迹(Graphoglyptida),它们产于泥岩却保存为上覆砂岩底面的铸型凸起。别外,Fucusopsis和Neonereites却产生在砂岩内代表浊流后形成的沉积后遗迹组合,文内还描述3种浊流常见的无机构造,并上上述遗迹化石进行比较。 相似文献

Cadherins form connection between cells, facilitate communication, and serve as essential agents in the progression of multiple cancers. Over 100 cadherins have been identified and they are mainly divided into four groups: classical cadherins (CDHs), protocadherins (PCDHs), desmosomal (DSC), and cadherin-related proteins. Accumulating evidence has indicated that several members of the cadherins are involved in breast cancer development. Nevertheless, the expression profiles and corresponding prognostic outcomes of these breast cancer-related cadherins are yet to be analyzed. Here, we examined the expression levels and prognostic potential of these breast cancer-related cadherins from the specific databases viz. oncomine, gene expression profiling interactive analysis, human protein atlas, UALCAN, Kaplan–Meier Plotter, and cBioPortal. We found that the CDH2/11 levels were higher in breast cancer tissues, compared to healthy breast tissues, whereas with CDH3-5, PCDH8/10, and DSC3, the levels were lower in the former than in the latter. Additionally, for CDH1/6/13/17/23, PCDH7, and FAT4, trancript level alterations between breast cancer and healthy tissues varied across different databases. The CDH1 protein levels were elevated in breast cancer tissues versus healthy breast tissues, whereas the protein levels of CDH3/11 and PCDH8/10 were reduced in breast cancer, compared to healthy breast tissues. For CDH15 and CDH23, the expression levels paralleled tumor stage. Survival analysis, using the Kaplan–Meier Plotter database, demonstrated that elevated CDH1-3 levels correlated with diminished relapse-free survival in breast cancer patients. Alternately, enhanced CDH4-6/15/17/23, PCDH10, DSC3, and FAT4 levels estimated a rise in relapse-free survival of breast cancer patients. These data suggest CDH1-3 to be a promising target for breast cancer precision therapy and CDH4-6/15/17/23, PCDH10, DSC3, and FAT4 to be novel biomarkers for breast cancer prognosis. 相似文献

Hydrogen sulfide (H2S) is a crucial endogenous signaling component in organisms that is involved in redox homeostasis and numerous biological processes. Modern medical research has confirmed that hydrogen sulfide plays an important role in the pathogenesis of many diseases. Herein, a fluorescent probe Eu(ttbd)3abt based on europium(III) complex was designed and synthesized for the detection of H2S. Eu(ttbd)3abt exhibited significant quenching for H2S at long emission wavelength (625 nm), with rapid detection ability (less than 2 min), high sensitivity [limit of detection (LOD) = 0.41 μM], and massive Stokes shift (300 nm). Additionally, this probe showed superior selectivity for H2S despite the presence of other possible interference species such as biothiols. Furthermore, the probe Eu(ttbd)3abt was successfully applied to detect H2S in water samples. 相似文献
