昆虫中枢DUM神经元受体和离子通道电生理学研究进展 总被引:1,自引:1,他引:0
背侧不成对中间神经元(DUM)是一类位于多种昆虫腹神经索神经节背侧的神经元,能自发产生内源性超射动作电位。在DUM神经元细胞膜表达多种受体和离子通道,且电生理特性有别于哺乳动物中枢神经元膜上同种类型的受体和离子通道。目前已证实其细胞膜上表达K+通道、电压依赖的Na+通道、Ca2+敏感的Cl-通道、Ca2+通道、氯离子通道、乙酰胆碱受体、谷氨酸受体等多种离子通道和受体。近年来因膜片钳(patch-clamp)技术进展和对受体和离子通道研究的深入,该类神经细胞已用于杀虫剂选择性神经毒性研究和杀虫剂离体筛选。 相似文献

Black lion tamarin (BLT) monkeys (Leontopithecus chrysopygus) have suffered a severe reduction in their natural range and are consequently critically endangered. Because allozyme data showed very low levels of variation, it was not clear if these monkeys had much genetic diversity. We designed microsatellite primers for BLTs, and from them we identified nine polymorphic loci, seven of which were tested on golden lion tamarins (GLTs) (Leontopithecus rosalia). All of the seven polymorphic loci and two other monomorphic BLT loci were polymorphic in GLTs. The microsatellite markers identified here are directly applicable to ongoing lion tamarin population and conservation genetics studies. 相似文献

The recessus lateralis , a complex structure in the otic region of the skull that is probably associated with detection and analysis of small vibrational pressures and displacements, is widely recognized as a synapomorphy of the Clupeiformes. The Clupeiformes includes the Denticipitoidei, with one living species, Denticeps clupeoides , and the Clupeoidei, with about 360 living species commonly known as herrings and anchovies. Comparisons between details of the recessus lateralis of the Clupeoidei and Denticipitoidei, and the sensory cephalic canals of other teleosts, lead to hypotheses of a series of transformations of the cephalic sensory canals . Treating that complex as a single binary 'presence vs. absence' character as was traditional practice obscures important phylogenetically informative variation. Specific synapomorphies in that system exist for the Clupeiformes and the Clupeoidei. Hypothesized synapomorphies in the recessus lateralis for the Clupeiformes are the presence of a dilated internal temporal sensory canal in the pterotic, a postorbital branch of the supraorbital sensory canal located in a bony groove in the lateral wing of the frontal, and the terminal portions of preopercular and infraorbital sensory canals closely positioned. Hypothesized synapomorphies for the Clupeoidei are the presence of a postorbital branch of the supraorbital sensory canal located deep within the body of the lateral wing of the frontal, with the distal portion of that branch totally internal on the cranium, and the expanded distal portion of the postorbital branch of the supraorbital sensory canal. To establish the likelihood of purchase and acceptability level of new fresh-cut apples, the responses of two categories of consumers, children and adults, were evaluated. The effect of storage time on acceptability was investigated and the shelf life of fresh-cut apples was determined by using a Weibull hazard model.
The samples were distributed at different storage time (from second to fifth day) at the Science Museum of Naples as part of an educational program for children to evaluate the likelihood of buying and the acceptability level of the product. The data were collected over 5 weeks, and the test was performed in 2,421 children and 224 adults. The product was distributed at the University of Naples at different storage time (time 0 to 10 days) to perform the Weibull test using 63 consumers.
The adults and children appreciated the product, and the adults were generally willing to buy it. The Weibull analysis proved an appropriate method to evaluate product shelf life, which was estimated at 7.5 days at 4C.
This study contributes to enhance the competitiveness of a traditional food as Protected Geographical Indication Annurca apples. In fact, an attractive way to improve the consumption of this variety of apple is to market it as a ready-to-eat product. Also, the research allows for a better understanding of the children's acceptability level of new fresh-cut apples in order to improve the intake of apples among primary schoolchildren. In fact, an interesting way to increase the children's consumption of fruit is to distribute it at school level and also to increase the convenience for children. The Chinese crested ibis, Nipponia nippon, is a critically endangered bird. The current population of this species has developed from four wild individuals rediscovered in 1981. Given its conservation status, there is considerable interest in assessing the genetic diversity and individual relatedness in this species. For this purpose, a set of eight polymorphic di‐ or trinucleotide microsatellite loci was developed for the crested ibis. The expected heterozygosity at these loci ranges from 0.01 to 0.50, with less than four alleles being observed at individual loci, a reflection of the serious population bottleneck experienced by this species. 相似文献

目的:筛选家蚕胚胎期重力相关基因。方法:对模拟失重与正常重力条件下的家蚕胚胎cDNA进行抑制消减杂交(Suppression subtractive hybridization,SSH),并对模拟失重过程中家蚕胚胎期表达发生变化的基因进行克隆、测序及同源性分析。结果:获得了34个与重力有关的序列标签。在模拟失重条件下有16个基因表达上调,其中15个为未知基因,1个为已知基因,其作用是维持mRNA的稳定性。在模拟失重条件下有18个基因表达下调,其中4个为未知基因,6个为蛋白合成相关基因,3个为基因组contig基因,5个为家蚕est库中功能未知基因。结论:模拟失重环境影响了家蚕胚胎发育期与mRNA稳定性和蛋白质合成相关基因的表达。 相似文献
