Multistimuli-responsive fluorescent materials have garnered great research interest benefited from their practical applications. Two twisted-structure compounds containing tetraphenylethylene (TPE) as the aggregation-induced emission (AIE) group and a pyridine unit as the acid reaction site to obtain new multistimuli-responsive fluorescent compounds (namely, TPECNPy: TPECNPy-2 and TPECNPy-3) were successfully synthesized through a one-step Knoevenagel condensation reaction. The multiple-stimuli response process of TPECNPy was investigated by means of photoluminescence (PL) spectra and emission colour. The results showed that both TPECNPy compounds with excellent AIE abilities displayed reversible emission wavelength and colour changes in response to multiple external stimuli, including grinding–fuming by CH2Cl2 or annealing and HCl-NH3 vapour fuming. More importantly, fluorescent nanofibre films were prepared by electrospinning a solution of TPECNPy mixed with cellulose acetate (CA), and these exhibited reversible acid-induced discolouration, even with only 1 wt% TPECNPy. Calceolarioside A is a phenylethyl glycoside compound, originally isolated from the bark of Fraxinus mandshurica Rupr. In this work, the protective effect of Calceolarioside A on beta Amyloid protein induced toxicity in SH-SY5Y cells was studied. DPPH experiment, MTT assay, SEM, Atomic force microscopy and Colony formation were used to study the activity of Calceolarioside A. The results in this article show that the survival rate of the cells with Calceolarioside A (20–40 mg/mL) was significantly higher than that of the model cells without Calceolarioside A. Calceolarioside A could protect SH-SY5Y cells by improving some parameters in cells, such as the cell height, Young's modulus, adhesion and branch. In summary, Calceolarioside A can reduce Aβ25–35-induced damage in SH-SY5Y cells. It can be a potential medicine to treatment with AD. 相似文献

Based on small-scale synthesis (0.3 g), a 100-g scale-up synthesis of crude [Aib8, Arg34]-glucagon-like peptide-1 (GLP-1) (7–37) was completed. The crude [Aib8, Arg34]-GLP-1 (7–37) was purified using a dynamic axial compression column 200 (DAC-200). Approximately 61 g of [Aib8, Arg34]-GLP-1 (7–37) with a purity of >99% was obtained through one-step reverse-phase chromatography. The purification yield was approximately 92%. The yield from the total reaction was approximately 60%. In summary, we developed an economical and environmentally friendly route to the synthesis and purification of crude [Aib8, Arg34]-GLP-1 (7–37), laying a foundation for subsequent industrial production. 相似文献

在生态系统中,鸟类是重要的组成部分,对调节生态环境和监测生物多样性至关重要,甚至可以通过监测鸟群动向与监听鸟群异常鸣声对地震、海啸等自然灾害进行辅助预测和防范,为此,鸟鸣声识别和异常鸣声监测成为热门的研究方向。然而,由于传统鸟鸣声识别方法存在特征提取不充分等问题,导致识别率不高。本文采用融合特征的方法结合深度学习技术提取鸟鸣声特征,融合特征选择改良后的对数梅尔谱差分参数同原始信号参数拼接所得的特征;深度学习方法是基于Dense Net121网络结构,并融入自注意力模块与中心损失函数进行鸟鸣声识别。自注意力模块部分提高了关键通道的特征表达能力;中心损失函数可解决类内特征不紧凑问题。我们通过消融实验对比验证,对在Xeno-Canto世界野生鸟类声音公开数据集上选取的10种鸟类声音进行识别,准确率达到96.9%。代码已开源至Github:https://github.com/Carrie X6/-Xeno-Canto-.git。 相似文献

Persisters are a small subpopulation of bacterial cells that are dormant and extremely tolerant to antibiotics. The intrinsic antibiotic tolerance of persisters also facilitates the development of multidrug resistance through acquired mechanisms based on drug resistance genes. In this study, we demonstrate that (Z)-4-bromo-5-(bromomethylene)-3-methylfuran-2(5H)-one (BF8) can reduce persistence during Escherichia coli growth and revert the antibiotic tolerance of its persister cells. The effects of BF8 were more profound when the pH was increased from 6 to 8.5. Although BF8 is a quorum sensing (QS) inhibitor, similar effects were observed for the wild-type E. coli RP437 and its ΔluxS mutant, suggesting that these effects did not occur solely through inhibition of AI-2-mediated QS. In addition to its effects on planktonic persisters, BF8 was also found to disperse RP437 biofilms and to render associated cells more sensitive to ofloxacin. At the doses that are effective against E. coli persister cells, BF8 appeared to be safe to the tested normal mammalian cells in vitro and exhibited no long-term cytotoxicity to normal mouse tissues in vivo. The primary objective of this 3 years study was to determine the prevalence of porcine pathogens of the lungs of swine in swine farms in southern China. A total of 5,420 samples were collected from 200 swine farms. The bacterium that was most commonly isolated was Streptococcus suis, with 10.24 % of the samples being positive, 114 lungs (2.1 %) were positive for pseudorabies virus and 263 (4.85 %) were positive for classical swine fever virus; much lower than positive for PRRSV (15.1 %, p = 0.023) and PCV2 (13.8 %, p = 0.038). lungs that were positive for PRRSV and/or PCV-2 have significantly increased odds of being positive for any of the S. suis (9.79 vs. 0.44 %, p = 0.003). 相似文献

The antineoplastic target aldo–keto reductase family member 1B10 (AKR1B10) and the critical polyol pathway enzyme aldose reductase (AKR1B1) share high structural similarity. Crystal structures reported here reveal a surprising Trp112 native conformation stabilized by a specific Gln114-centered hydrogen bond network in the AKR1B10 holoenzyme, and suggest that AKR1B1 inhibitors could retain their binding affinities toward AKR1B10 by inducing Trp112 flip to result in an “AKR1B1-like” active site in AKR1B10, while selective AKR1B10 inhibitors can take advantage of the broader active site of AKR1B10 provided by the native Trp112 side-chain orientation. 相似文献

Boric acid and compound containing nitrogen, 2,4,6-tri[(2-hydroxy-3-trimethyl-ammonium)propyl]-1,3,5-triazine chloride (Tri-HTAC) were used to finish cotton fabric. The flame retardant properties of the finished cotton fabrics and the synergetic effects of boron and nitrogen elements were investigated and evaluated by limited oxygen index (LOI) method. The mechanism of cross-linking reaction among cotton fiber, Tri-HTAC, and boric acid was discussed by FTIR and element analysis. The thermal stability and surface morphology of the finished cotton fabrics were investigated by thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) and scanning electron microscope (SEM), respectively. The finishing system of the mixture containing boron and nitrogen showed excellent synergistic flame retardancy for cotton fabric. The cotton fabric finished with mixture system had excellent flame retardancy. The LOI value of the treated cotton fabric increased over 27.5. Tri-HTAC could form covalent bonds with cellulose fiber and boric acid. The flame retardant cotton fabric showed a slight decrease in tensile strength and whiteness. The surface morphology of flame retardant cotton fiber was smooth. 相似文献

Evaluating how decomposition rates and litter nutrient release of different litter types respond to changes in water conditions is crucial for understanding global carbon and nutrient cycling. However, it is unclear how decreasing water affects litter mixture interactions for the maize–poplar system in arid regions. Here, the responses of the litter decomposition process and litter mixture interactions in the agroforestry system to changes in water conditions (control, light drought, and moderate drought) were tested. Moderate drought significantly decreased the decomposition rate for poplar leaf and mixed litters, and decomposition rate was significantly reduced for maize straw litter in light and moderate drought stress. The mass loss rates of maize straw and mixed litters were significantly higher than that of the poplar leaf litter under drought conditions, but there was no significant difference among the three litter types in the control. There was no interaction between mass loss of the mixed litter in the control and light drought conditions, and the litter mixture interaction showed nonadditive synergistic interactions under moderate drought. In terms of nutrient release, there was also no interaction between litter mixture with nitrogen and carbon, but there was antagonistic interaction with potassium release under the light drought condition. Our results demonstrate that drought conditions can lead to decreasing decomposition rate and strong changes in the litter mixture interactions from additive effects to nonadditive synergistic effects in moderate drought. Moreover, light drought changed the mixture interaction from an additive effect to an antagonistic interaction for potassium release. 相似文献

Sepsis is the most common cause of death in intensive care units. This study investigated the circular RNA (circRNA) and mRNA expression profiles and functional networks of the aortic tissue in sepsis. We established a lipopolysaccharide (LPS)‐induced rat sepsis model. High‐throughput sequencing was performed on the aorta tissue to identify differentially expressed (DE) circRNAs and mRNAs, which were validated by real‐time quantitative polymerase chain reaction (RT‐qPCR). Bioinformatic analysis was carried out and coding and non‐coding co‐expression (CNC) and competing endogenous RNA (ceRNA) regulatory networks were constructed to investigate the mechanisms. In total, 373 up‐regulated and 428 down‐regulated circRNAs and 2063 up‐regulated and 2903 down‐regulated mRNAs were identified. Gene Ontology (GO) and Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes (KEGG) analyses of mRNAs showed that the down‐regulated genes were mainly enriched in the process of energy generation. CNC and ceRNA regulatory networks were constructed with seven DE circRNAs. The results of functional enrichment analysis of CNC target genes revealed the important role of circRNAs in inflammatory response. The ceRNA network also highlighted the significant enrichment in calcium signalling pathway. Significant alterations in circRNAs and mRNAs were observed in the aortic tissue of septic rats.
