长期不同施肥对玉米根茬生物量及养分累积量的影响   总被引:1,自引:1,他引:1  
以黄土高原南部两个长期定位试验(分别开始于1990和2003年)为研究对象,探讨了不同肥料处理对玉米根茬生物产量和养分累积的影响.于2011年10月玉米收获后采集0~20 cm土层不同施肥处理玉米根茬.结果表明:与不施肥及偏施N、NK、PK化肥相比,氮磷配施(NP)、氮磷钾平衡施肥(NPK)、有机无机配施(M1NPK、M2NPK)及化肥配合秸秆(SNPK)处理均显著提高了玉米根茬干质量.根茬固碳量及氮、磷、钾养分累积量在NP、NPK、M1NPK、M2NPK、SNPK处理显著高于不施肥和偏施N、NK、PK化肥处理,其中以有机无机配施处理效果最好.与不施氮肥(N0)相比,施氮120 kg N·hm-2(N120)和240 kg N·hm-2(N240)处理根茬干质量分别提高38%和45%,高量氮肥对根茬增量效果不显著.施用氮肥也显著提高了根茬碳、氮、磷、钾累积量.根茬可溶性有机碳、可溶性总氮含量在NP、NPK、M1NPK、M2NPK、SNPK及N120和N240处理中较高.氮磷钾平衡施肥、有机无机配施以及秸秆还田处理降低了根茬的纤维素、木质素含量.根茬C/N、木质素/N在CK、PK、N0处理间显著高于其他施肥处理.因此,氮磷配施、氮磷钾平衡施肥、有机无机配施及秸秆还田处理能够促进玉米根生长,提高营养成分含量,有利于土壤培肥和固碳.  相似文献

The effect of 14 combinations of photoperiod, soil and air temperature, and growth substance applications on the cold hardiness of Chrysanthemum morifolium‘Astrid’ rhizomes was evaluated. Both triphenyl tetrazolium chloride and regrowth tests were used to determine the viability of the cold-stressed rhizome tissues. The rhizomes exhibited different degrees of cold hardiness under these environmental conditions. A combination of short photoperiod and low air and soil temperatures induced maximum cold hardiness. Low soil temperature accompanied by long photoperiods and warm aerial temperatures did not induce rhizome hardening, while some hardening in cool soils was evident under either short photoperiods or low aerial temperatures. Warm soils reduced rhizome hardening under the normally inductive short photoperiod-cool aerial conditions. Since the induction of rhizome hardening was dependent on the induction of the aerial organs, the involvement of translocatable hardiness promoters is indicated. Foliar applications of low levels of gibberllic acid (GA3) or abscisic acid only slightly influenced rhizome hardiness.  相似文献

新疆焉耆盆地辣椒地土壤重金属污染及生态风险预警   总被引:5,自引:0,他引:5  
从新疆加工辣椒主产地(焉耆盆地)采集105个辣椒地典型土壤样品,测定其中As、Cd、Cr、Cu、Mn、Ni、Pb和Zn等8种重金属元素的含量。采用污染负荷指数(Pollution load index,PLI)、潜在生态风险指数(Potential ecological risk index,RI)和生态风险预警指数(Ecological risk warning index,I_(ER))对辣椒地土壤重金属污染及生态风险进行评价。结果表明:(1)焉耆盆地辣椒地土壤Cd、Cr、Ni、Pb和Zn含量的平均值分别超出新疆灌耕土背景值的1.65、1.40、1.32、3.21、6.42倍。辣椒地土壤Pb和Zn呈现重度污染,Cd、Cr和Ni轻度污染,As、Mn和Cu无污染。(2)土壤PLI平均值为1.40,呈现轻度污染。各重金属元素单项生态风险指数从大到小依次为:Cd、Ni、As、Cu、Pb、Cr、Zn。土壤RI平均值为18.40,属于轻微生态风险态势,IER平均值为-4.78,属于无警态势;博湖县辣椒地污染水平、潜在生态风险程度与生态风险预警等级最高,焉耆县污染水平、潜在生态风险程度与生态风险预警等级最低。(3)辣椒地土壤As、Cd、Pb与Zn主要受到人类活动的影响,Cr、Cu、Mn和Ni主要受到土壤地球化学作用的控制。Cd是焉耆盆地辣椒地生态风险等级最高的重金属元素,研究区农业生产过程中要防范Cd的污染风险。  相似文献

Root formation was found to extend the life-span of excised cotyledons of Helianthus annuus L. markedly. Excised cotyledons of 12-day-old plants attained longer life-span, higher root number and total root length than cotyledons excised before or after 12 days. Protein content of attached cotyledons reached a maximum level 12 days after the commencement of germination followed by a decrease. Cotyledons excised 8 days after sowing showed maximum level of protein content 44 days after excision followed by a decrease. The increase was correlated with the full development of roots. The incorporation of 14C-glycine into protein followed a pattern similar to the protein content, both in attached and detached cotyledons.  相似文献

Ontogenic development and classification of tentaculitids at high systematic levels are reevaluated in the light of new findings on shell structure and morphology of larval parts, and these features are here regarded as being of primary importance for taxonomy. Class Tentaculita Bouček, 1964 is subdivided into two subclasses, of which subclass Chionioconarida Farsan, 1994 is distinguished by a tubular larval process closed at the apex and covered with microrings. The process is differentiated into a prolarval, metalarval and epilarval part, of which the latter coincides with metamorphosis. Morphology of the larval parts suggests that metamorphosis proceeds in two different manners, giving rise to superorders within this subclass. Within superorder Trompetoconarida Farsan, 1994 a bilaterally symmetrical larval cone develops with an aperture oblique to the long axis of the conch; following metamorphosis the conch becomes radially symmetrical and the aperture perpendicular to the axis; secondary shell, septa and pseudopunctae develop in the adult phase, and the structure of the shell is lamellar. In contrast, within the second superorder, Lirioconarida Farsan, 1994 the epilarval tube develops into a larval bulb with no changes in symmetry and position of the aperture; secondary shell, septa and pseudopuncta are absent. The microstructure of the shell is lamellar in the larval part whereas in postlarval parts it is either sigmoidal or lamellar. The subclass Dacryoconarida Fisher, 1962 possesses a subspherical, tear- or drop-like embryonic chamber which may have a caudal process. The microstructure of the embryonic chamber is variable within this group, being lamellar in some taxa whereas in others, a single layer of shell is present. The postembryonic parts of the lamellar forms possess nacreous or sigmoidal structures.  相似文献

Hexokinase (HXK) is present in all virtually living organisms and is central to carbohydrate metabolism catalysing the ATP‐dependent phosphorylation of hexoses. In plants, HXKs are supposed to act as sugar sensors and/or to interact with other enzymes directly supplying metabolic pathways such as glycolysis, the nucleotide phosphate monosaccharide (NDP‐glucose) pathway and the pentose phosphate pathway. We identified nine members of the tobacco HXK gene family and observed that among RNAi lines of these nine NtHXKs, only RNAi lines of NtHXK1 showed an altered phenotype, namely stunted growth and leaf chlorosis. NtHXK1 was also the isoform with highest relative expression levels among all NtHXKs. GFP‐tagging and immunolocalization indicated that NtHXK1 is associated with mitochondrial membranes. Overexpression of NtHXK1 resulted in elevated glucose phosphorylation activity in leaf extracts or chloroplasts. Moreover, NtHXK1 was able to complement the glucose‐insensitive Arabidopsis mutant gin2‐1 suggesting that NtHXK1 can take over glucose sensing functions. RNAi lines of NtHXK1 showed severely damaged leaf and chloroplast structure, coinciding with an excess accumulation of starch. We conclude that NtHXK1 is not only essential for maintaining glycolytic activity during respiration but also for regulating starch turnover, especially during the night.  相似文献
