Using lymphocytes of 5 healthy individuals the ability to adaptive response (AR), cell composition of population after PHA stimulation, changes in cell composition population after irradiation in the dose of 1.0 Gy and after irradiation in adaptive (0.05 Gy) and challenge (1.0 Gy) doses have been studied. AR observed in 2 of the 5 individuals only. After PHA stimulation the persons with AR have the total amount of cells after mitosis or during mitosis (the number of binucleated cells + the number of multinucleated cells + the whole cells with micronuclei + the number of mitotic cells) on average is higher than in persons without AR. In individuals with AR the linear correlation between the number of binucleated cells with micronuclei (on the 1000 scored binucleated cells) and the part of binucleated cells in the population is observed with coefficients of correlation -0.89 and -0.91. In the humans without AR this correlation is absent. The correlation observed permits to suppose that AR may occur at the expense of not only the decrease in number of damaged lymphocytes, but also the increase in the share of not damaged binucleated cell with the stable number of damaged cells.  相似文献

Using a TV installation for studying the microcirculation (with 30-160-fold magnification), the density of microvascular network in the pia matter of the rat brain sensomotor cortex was determined after intracerebral transplantation of mesenchymal stem cells (MSC) or (as control) of the MSC cultivation nutrition medium, or of saline. The results have shown that intracerebral transplantation does not change density of microvascular network in the pia mater of the ipsilateral hemisphere. Transplantation of the MSC led to a 1.8-fold increase of density of the pia matter of the contralateral hemisphere as compared with control animals; the number of arterioles in the same zone was 2.5-fold higher than in intact rats.  相似文献

Alterations of Na+,K+-ATPase activity and serotoninergic system functioning were investigated in brain synaptosomes fractions of rats under experimental acute 1,2-dichloroethane (DChE) intoxication. It was shown that Na+,K+-ATPase activity was markedly increased (by 41,8%) in a period of 24 h after DChE intoxication and decreased (by 27%) after 48 h intoxication. The level of [2-14C]-serotonin uptake by synaptosomes was progressively diminished after 24 and 48 h after DChE injection whereas the activity of monoamine uptake proved to be unchanged. Nicotinamide (200 mg/kg of body weight) was administered to rats subjected to DChE 1, 24 and 36 h after poisoning. The treatment of rats with nicotinamide resulted in some normalization of brain synaptosomal Na+, K+-ATPase activity and serotonin uptake controlled at 48 h after DChE intoxication.  相似文献

With aid of optical methods, the presence of the paired correlations of pi-electrons has been revealed in phospholipids as well as in triacylglyceride molecules. Used for analysis were lipid extracts of individual representatives of animals of various evolutionary levels--cartilaginous and bony fish and mammals differing by the content of unsaturated fatty acids in lipids. It has been established that the necessary condition for formation of electron pairs is interaction of lipid molecules with each other. An opinion is put forward that in the liquid crystal structure of the membrane monolayer there are two zones able to form electron pairs--the zone of location of ester bonds and the zone in the region of double bonds. Besides, the paired correlation in the phospholipid molecule electron system is accompanied by the absence of electric resistance of the membrane monolayer, which provides the monolayer superconductivity at low rates of movement of the "electron fluid". It is to be noted that the very fact of the presence of the electron pair implies transfer of energy by small portions, which does not allow excitation of individual phospholipid molecules in the monolayer and promotes stability of the native membrane. Our data agree with the known statements of A. Pulman and B. Pulman that the life dynamicity is determined by dynamicity of the electron cloud in coupled or partially coupled systems.  相似文献

Antineoplastic effect of hydrogel dextran phosphate, hydrogel prospidin, and prospidin in an injectable preparation has been assessed using Seidel ascites hepatoma as a model. Injectable and hydrogel prospidin in doses from 250, 500 to 1000 mg/kg and hydrogel phosphate dextran in doses of 500 and 1000 mg/kg were administered to rats intraperitoneally in a single dose in a volume of 1 or 2 ml per each 100 g of animal body weight. The study has shown that irrespective of rats with Seidel ascites hepatoma and significantly increase in the dosage of prospidin preparations and hydrogel dextran phosphate results in a longer average life expectancy of rats Compared with its injectable variant, hydrogel prospidin appears to produce more than twice as high antineoplastic effect, and is found to provide prolonged therapeutic effects, as well as cure of animals in more than 60 % of cases.  相似文献

Investigation the influence of calyx[4]arenes C-90, C-91, C-97 and C-99 (codes are indicated) on the enzymatic activity of four functionally different Mg2+ -dependent ATPases from smooth muscle of the uterus: actomyosin ATPase, transporting Ca2+, Mg2+ -ATPase, ouabain-sensible Na+, K+ -ATPase and basal Mg2+ -ATPase. It was shown that calixarenes C-90 and C-91 in concentration 100 microM act multidirectionally on the functionally different Mg2+ -dependent ATP-hydrolase enzymatic systems. These compounds activate effectively the actomyosin ATPase (Ka = 52 +/- 11 microM [Ukrainian character: see text] 8 +/- 2 microM, accordingly), at the same time calixarene C-90 inhibited effectively activity of transporting Ca2+, Mg2+ -ATPase of plasmatic membranes (I(0,5) = 34.6 +/- 6.4 microM), but influence on membrane-bound Na+, K+ -ATPase and basal Mg2+ -ATPase. Calixarene C-91 reduce effectively basal Mg2+ -ATPase activity, insignificantly activating Na+, K+ -ATPase but has no influence on transporting Ca2+, Mg2+ -ATPase activity of plasmatic membranes. Calixarenes C-97 and C-99 (100 microM), which have similar structure, have monodirectional influence on activity of three functionally different Mg2+-dependent ATPases of the myometrium: actomyosin ATPase and two ATPases, that related to the ATP-hydrolases of P-type--Ca2+, Mg2+ -ATPase and Na+, K+ -ATPase of plasmatic membranes. Basal Mg2+ -ATPase is resistant to the action of these two connections. Results of comparative experiments that were obtained by catalytic titration of calixarenes C-97 and C-99 by actomyosin ATPase (I(0,5) = 88 +/- 9 and 86 +/- 8 microM accordingly) and Na+, K+ -ATPase from plasmatic membranes (I(0,5) = 33 +/- 4 and 98 +/- 8 nM accordingly) indicate to the considerably more sensitiveness of Na+, K+ -ATP-ase to these calixarenes than ATPase of contractile proteins. Thus, it is shown that calixarenes have influence on activity of a number of important enzymes, involved in functioning of the smooth muscle of the uterus and related to energy-supplies of the process of the muscle contracting and support of intracellular ionic homeostasis. The obtained results can be useful in further researches, directed at the use of calixarenes as pharmaceutical substance, able to normalize the contractile function of the uterus at some pregnancy pathologies in women's.  相似文献

Nonspecific aortoarteritis (NAA) is a chronic inflammatory disease that affects the aorta and its branches. The clinical manifestations of this disease are of a great variety and depend on the site of a lesion and the stage of the disease. A wide range of highly informative noninvasive imaging techniques, such as duplex scanning (DS), magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), and computed tomography (CT) of the aorta and its branches, are used to make a more accurate diagnosis and to determine the site and extent of a vascular bed lesion. The given clinical example suggests that CT angiography of the aorta and its branches is a high-precision technique in determining the site of vascular bed lesion in patients with NAA and the pattern and extent of arterial involvement and that it may be used for both the diagnosis of the disease at its developmental stages and the monitoring of the vessels during pathogenetic therapy.  相似文献

With the goal to study radioadaptation on life-span and observe the role in this phenomenon of genotype, we investigated the dynamics of life-span in 14 consistent generations after chronic gamma-irradiation in heterogenic (Canton-S) and isogenic (Oregon-R spa) Drosophila wild type strains. The gamma-source was 226Ra in dose 60 cGy per generation. The animals kept in standard conditions (25 degrees C and 12 h lighting). Was shown, that the dynamics of median life-span in wild type strains Canton-S and Oregon-R spa was different and the character of alterations depends on genetic heterogeneity. After chronic irradiation in generations in heterogenic line Canton-S since 5 generation cyclic life-span oscillations disappeared, values of median life-span leave on a plateau. Since the 8th generation the life-span values of irradiated populations exceeded all the control values. As a result of the irradiation practically in all generations in isogenic line Oregon-R spa occurs increasing of life-span with the comparing to non-irradiated control. This is possible due to the positive influence of radio-induced heterogeneity on the life-span of isogenic strain. Thus, chronic irradiation led to violation of natural cyclic dynamics of Drosophila life-span in heterogenic strain, discovered in the end 80-s' years by F. Lints and D. Ismaylov. Irradiation of isogenic strain led to increasing of life-span in all generations.  相似文献
