植物种群空间分布格局测定的新方法：摄影定位法

 在种群空间分布格局研究中,取样方法至关重要。受点格局分析方法及地理信息系统原理与方法的启示,该文论述了一种新的测定方法：摄影定位法,即在典型草原恢复样地中选取10 m×10 m的群落片段,用竹签将其分成400个50 cm×50 cm的亚样方,应用摄影技术将这400个亚样方内所有的物体按一定的顺序拍摄下来,借助地理信息系统技术准确地确定每株（丛）植物的着生点位置,实现种群格局的测定,并通过威尔柯克森符号秩检验,表明该种方法可行。在使用此法进行种群格局测定时,工作效率大幅度提高, 且在典型草原群落种群格局测定中得到很好的效果。应用该测定方法对种群格局进行动态监测,不仅可以测定每个种群的格局动态变化过程,而且可以监测每株植物的生死过程以及种间的相互关系,进而从种群格局角度去认识演替过程,从而把演替的群落、种群尺度监测细化到个体水平。     

Development and characterization of SSR markers in lychee (Litchi chinensis)

Sixteen microsatellite loci were isolated from lychee (Litchi chinensis), all of which exhibited polymorphism (two or three alleles per locus), with levels of heterozygosity ranging from 0.021 to 0.900. These loci can help assess the genetic structure of lychee.     

DCMU causes conformational changes of a synthetic fragment of D1 protein: A Fourier transform infrared study

A peptide ranging from residues 229 to 240 (ENESANEGYRFG) of D1 protein was synthesized by stepwise solid-phase method. Resolution enhancement techniques were combined with band curve-fitting procedures to quantitate the FTIR spectra in the amide I' region (1700-1600 cm-1). FTIR analysis showed that DCMU induced drastic structural modification with a relative decrease of the unordered structure and turns, and a substantial increase of α-helix, which indicated that a much more compact structure was formed when DCMU was applied. The results may reflect molecular information for the protective effect of DCMU against photoinhibition.     

Isolation and characterization of 16 tetranucleotide microsatellite loci in the red panda (Ailurus fulgens)

A total of 15 polymorphic tetranucleotide microsatellite loci in the red panda, Ailurus fulgens, were characterized in this study. Based on evaluations of 33 red pandas, the number of observed alleles for each locus ranged from seven to 17 and the expected and observed heterozygosities were 0.412–0.897 and 0.121–0.909, respectively. The mean polymorphic information content was 0.721. These markers would greatly strengthen the utilization of microsatellite tools in genetic variation studies in red panda populations.     

B链N端去二肽(B1～2)C端去五肽(B26～30)胰岛素晶体结构的分子置换法研究

以B链羧端去五肽胰岛素(DPI)结构为模型,应用分子置换法对B链N端去二肽(B1～2)C端去五肽(B26～30)胰岛素(DesB1～2DPI)晶体结构进行了研究.DesB1～2DPI晶体单位晶胞中每个结晶学不对称单位包含1个DesB1～2DPI分子.交叉旋转函数和平移函数搜索均找到了明显突出的峰,确定了DesB1～2DPI分子在晶胞中的取向和位置.进一步的三维模型重建和结构精化结果巩固了DesB1～2DPI的分子置换法研究的正确性.     

折翼蝠冬眠期几项生理常数的测定及分析

折翼蝠(Miniopterus schreibersii chinensis Thomas)在皖南地区数量较多、分布较广,是哺乳类中具冬眠习性的异温动物。这种异温动物的生理生态研究,国内极少报道。我们于1981年10月至1982年5月对折翼蝠冬眠期的几项生理常数做了测定和分析,目的在于了解它们在冬眠期间的生理变化及其与外界环境因子之间的相互关系,从而进一步探讨异温动物冬眠期的代谢规律,为休眠的理论和动物资源的利用提供一点参考资料。
